If he said that it would be alright then she would not doubt him. There was an all-encompassing feeling in her heart that the man could never lie to her and she trusted him without question.
Her hips bucked against him, wanting him to feel the same pleasure he had brought her. The way he flexed and writhed against her touch made her smile, loving the kind of reaction she could draw from him. Sweat dappled their skin, the entangled bodies wrapped together tightly. She was sure she would have plenty of time to freak out about how fast everything had moved, but for now she wanted nothing else than to enjoy the still moment of perfection between herself and the growly bear of a man she had stumbled upon.
Callum played with her long auburn locks, his breathing slowly going back to normal. One arm was still wrapped around Christie’s waist, holding her on top of him, as if making sure she would never stray too far from him.
“So, what happens now?” Christie asked, not looking up at him. Callum pursed his lips, pondering the question for a trifling second before shrugging his shoulders.
“I think now we have to get to know each other, my sweet. I don’t think there’s any way we could get rid of each other anymore.” His words were marked with a smile and when she glanced at him, he was grinning broadly. It was infectious and she giggled, an impossibly girlish sound that she thought incapable of making. Christie laid her head to rest on his chest, his hands enveloping her in a warm embrace.
Just like his brother Caleb, happiness had found Callum on its own and in the form of a delicious, smart and beautifully curvy woman. He couldn’t have been more lucky and there was nothing he wouldn’t do to protect that bliss.
