Eleven

Roman observed his new mate take in her new surroundings, though if truth were told, he was honestly just enjoying watching her.

She was already beyond beautiful but this makeup…this dress. It was his undoing. He wanted to throw her against the wall and have her.

He kept it in his pants and led Grace around, introducing her to numerous guests of varying supernatural backgrounds. She didn’t seem uneasy at all about meeting Fae, Elves, more Vampires, Witches, and not even the one Cyclops in attendance. She was sweet to the Gnomes and took a knee when addressing them. Most simply walked by them, or forced them to stare up their nose as they spoke.

Not
his
Grace.
She
put herself on their level, made it easier for them to converse. She showed respect. It made him proud.

“Isn’t it fantastic?” Tiffany squealed as she ran up to Grace.

“It is fantastic.” Her eyes continually moved as she took in her surroundings, acknowledging anyone she made eye contact with.

“Oh the Gods, see that woman over there?” She pointed across the room. “She’s a Pixie and she wants to hang out.”

“Go on then,” Grace said with a laugh.

Roman leaned in toward her. “Sorry, I asked her to come to keep you company.”

She smiled. “She is having fun. That makes me very happy.”

Katarina apparated next to her. “Will you come with me, my dear? There is something I’d like to show you.”

Grace looked stiff, but like she was trying to relax.

He wanted to protest, but why? The Vampires hosted this party. They showed no ill will toward her. He’d have to hold his tongue.

“Uh, sure. I’ll follow you.” Grace forced a smile, trying to ignore the knot in her stomach.

“Follow? That’s adorable.” Katarina’s mouth stretched wide, showing her fangs.

Everything went black for a second before she could see again. They were in a different part of the castle now, well away from the crowd.

It startled her to be whisked away from her pack—a thought she’d never had before—a feeling that would have been foreign to her months ago. Roman wouldn’t hear her screams. Would he?

“Relax, beautiful Grace. I would never harm you. Quite the opposite,” Katarina released her hand and circled her. “I’d love to know you…more…intimately.”

Her heart thudded in her chest. She knew the vampire had lesbian tendencies and had a sexual relationship with one of her ancestors, but still…did she really think she could just carry on with her?

“Is that why you brought me here?” she gulped.

Katarina cackled a high pitch laugh giving Grace goose bumps. “No, darling. If we fuck, it’s because you want to fuck.”

Well that was abrupt and to the point.

“Yes it was. Did you forget I can hear your thoughts?” She circled Grace once more, this time tracing her body with her fingertips. “I don’t speak in riddles, Lycan. I want what I want and I will certainly make my desires clear. But…” her voice trailed off as she gazed at a wall.

“Holy shit!” When Grace traced over Katarina’s gaze, she spotted an old oil painting and it was her own image staring back. Different hair, different attire, maybe, but that was her likeness.

“Is that her? My great-grandmother?”

Katarina sniffed as a bloody tear threatened to spill from her eye, down her pale face. “I loved her, you know. She had passion. She was a warrior. You would have loved her. Lila was fierce yet filled with compassion. You remind me of her so very much.”

She didn’t know what compelled her to do so, but she took Katarina’s hand in her own and kissed the backs of her fingers. “You miss her?”

Before Katarina could respond, visions flooded in again. This time, they were intimate. Two naked women, one was Katarina. One was Grace, but not Grace. They were in bed, devouring one another. Lips, breasts, legs… everything touching. It sent her heart racing.

She snapped out of it. When she turned to face Katarina again, the vampire had cupped her pussy, rubbing herself. “Why did you do that?” She had an agonizing look on her face.

“Do what? I don’t have any control.” Grace felt horrible. Had she put the vampire into some sort of vampire heat?

Katarina lifted her skirt, tucking her ruby tipped fingers inside her black lace panties. Grace could see every detail of her intimate parts as Katarina separated her lower lips with her middle finger, rubbing the clit with each pass.

Grace’s stomach lurched. Heat rose from her core to her stomach, embarrassed watching her act out.

“I haven’t been fucked in ages.” Katarina pushed her free hand into her corset and pulled her voluptuous breast over the top of the material. At first, she cupped and squeezed her breast before rolling her pink bud between her fingers..

Grace stood in shock. Was this woman going to flat out masturbate in front of her? Was she trying to manipulate her into sex? Worse even, she wanted to touch Katarina, felt a yearning for her. How could this be?

Feeling the dampness pooling between her legs, Grace felt a moral dilemma ensuing. Lycans seemed to be cool with girl on girl action and she was told over and over again it was just part of their culture—not cheating. But Katarina wasn’t a Lycan. She was a vampire. A vampire in need, obviously. Before this moment Katarina sort of had a creepy vibe. Now she looked like any other woman who was desperate. She knew first-hand how unbelievably painful a Lycan heat was when it was unsatisfied and Katarina looked like she was in a similar condition. Remembering Tiffany’s words from the shopping trip gave her some reassurance that her urge to help this woman would be all right. But that would just be a pity fuck. Wouldn’t it? Was that even right?

Mentally, she paced. She stared at Katarina who had now hiked her skirt and leaned against a black leather fainting couch.

What do I do?

“Whatever you want.”
Her wolf replied.

Thanks for the help.

“Um, are you okay?”

“Why,” she cried out. “Why did you have to bring about such an intimate memory? It’s been so long without her.” She sniffed.

Grace took the four steps to the couch, but took them slowly, deliberately. She wasn’t certain what she was going to do. The only certainty in her mind was that she needed to be closer. “I have no control. They just started.”

Katarina continued furiously working herself through her thin black lace thong. “Have you any idea how useless masturbating is after centuries?” She bit her lip and tweaked her nipple again. “I’m sorry,” she cried. “I didn’t bring you here for this.”

Grace highly doubted that. She’d been sexually aggressive with her from the beginning, starting with that kiss by the fire. Then again when they’d arrived in this room, circling her…touching her.

Grace felt a bolt of fire through her spine and stood totally erect. In one very abrupt second, she was yanked from her body, her soul stood gazing at her body, confused.

Was this another vision?

She watched her body relax. “Katarina, my love.” But her voice was…different, far away and multi-layered.

Katarina’s eyes widened. “Is it you? Is it really you?”

Grace’s face looked at Grace’s soul. “Mind if I borrow your physical body, dear granddaughter?”

Grace felt nothing, not cold, nor hot. She felt no fear, no elation. She was blank. She was standing outside her own body, watching, instead of participating.
Did I die?

Intrigued and paralyzed with fear, she watched her mouth kiss Katarina with such furious passion that vampire looked like melted wax. Grace watched her own hand scale up the vampire’s body, freeing Katarina’s breasts before taking one into her mouth.

How is my body doing these things without my control? Why can’t I feel anything?

Grace tried to reach her wolf.

Nothing.

Anger nearly consumed her as well as panic over not having control over her own devices. She had to regain control, to get her body back.

She closed her eyes. “You can’t just use my body. You cannot take me!”

When she opened her eyes again, she was back in her own body, this time though, her mouth was between Katarina’s legs. The vampire was grinding into Grace’s mouth and panting for more.

“You’re back!”
Her wolf yelled.

What do I do?
She held her mouth on the vamp, not yet retreating from the grinding. Katarina’s dampness flooded Grace’s senses. She tasted of honey, and a tiny bit of salt, yet Grace noticed an earthy musk like a decent brand of shiraz. For a creature that existed on blood alone, her taste and smell was complex.

“Satisfy our fellow woman. Help her. She is needy and she’ll be a great ally.”

Giving gentle swirls with her tongue, she did what felt right, what she would have wanted. She ran her hand along Katarina’s thigh as she continued toying with her swollen bud.

The suddenness of the experience was all so jarring. She was turned on prior to her ancestor invading her body. Yet, now she felt…alien in her own skin. She couldn’t even begin to describe to herself what was going on, but curiosity won.

“Please,” her lusty vampire whined.

Backing away, she blew cool air on Katarina’s swollen bud.

“Would you do the same for me?” she whispered.
Why would I say that? Do I want her to? Am I bi-sexual now?

“Anything. Anytime. Just please, please don’t stop.”

If Grace were going to orally please a woman, she wasn’t going to be a sissy about it. She had plenty of fantasies during her heat and had even surfed some online porn to get new ideas to relieve the tension.

Taking her fingers, she firmly tapped the exposed and swollen bud. Her first time with a woman and she had no clue what to do except for porn she had watched which was clearly made for men. Then she remembered it—the flash of memory she’d just had, the positions of the bodies.

She crawled up the couch, planting a leg between Katarina’s and kissed her neck, mimicking the slow, sensual rhythm she had witnessed. It was Katarina’s undoing. The woman pressed her swollen bud against Grace’s leg, matching her pace, fondling her breasts until she let out a squeak.

Katarina gasped for breath at her climax. “I’m so sorry. I’m sorry, this isn’t how it was supposed to be.”

It wasn’t pity. It wasn’t empathy. It was a raw emotion in herself, like an exposed nerve or hidden side of her aching to be set free. She leaned in toward Katarina and placed a sweet, gentle kiss on the vampire’s lips.

“Are you okay?” she whispered.

Katarina nodded. After she tucked her breasts back in her corset, she reached just inside and retrieved a handkerchief and cleaned the dampness of Grace’s leg.

Standing up she fixed her dress.

Katarina straightened herself as well. “Those images…those were real.”

“You should, uh, probably stay out of my head while we’re around the others. As I said, I have no control.”

Katarina laughed. “A secret you should know, we can’t control being in your head. Your telepathy is strong. You send out a very powerful wave and we can’t stop it. Like moths to a flame. As I told you before, your memories will come in slowly, but once you’re bonded, that will change.”

“But you can control yourself? Please tell me you can control yourself.” Grace pleaded.

If vampires could blush, she was sure Katarina would have.

“I have not climaxed in over a hundred years. That is a long time.” She looked at the floor. Awkward. Fidgeted with her dress. Gawky. Uncomfortable.

“That is a hellova long time. Now, why did you bring me here?”

“To show you the painting. To show you this room. This was where your great-grandmother would stay when she visited. Your great-grandfather was an ass, so she would spend a lot of time here, sometimes weeks at a time. I thought, perhaps, it would help you connect.”

She pondered something for a moment. “Does she, or rather, does her ghost hang around?”

Katarina nodded.

Grace measured her. She seemed less cold, less calculating, less vampire-like. She seemed nearly human.

“I think she just possessed me, briefly anyway.”

“During the ‘my love’ portion? It certainly felt like her. But you came back quickly and, uh, decided to continue?”

She offered a soft smile and affirmative nod, hoping Katarina would understand awkward position she was in. “I did.”

Katarina nodded as if she understood Grace’s desire to discuss something other than the intimacy they’d just shared. “Everything in here is hers, and therefor yours. Anything you wish to take you can.”

She was in her ancestor’s shrine. Her dresses remained hung in a wardrobe. Her jewelry in an old wooden box. Her hairbrush still in front of an ancient mirror.

“I’d love to really take the time to go through this, but do you think we could go back to the party now?”

Katarina’s jaw dropped. “I’m sorry. I forget how Lycan’s feel when they’re away from the pack. I didn’t think you’d experience it yet. Of course, I’m being selfish. Take my hand.” She rushed to Grace’s side.
