She teaches cooking all over the world, and has been featured at numerous schools and cooking centers, including Viking Culinary Arts Center, Sur La Table, Draeger's, and La Combe en Prigord. She is also a consultant to the food and beverage industry, having helped to develop products and menu items for companies such as General Mills and Foodmaker.
