This close,
Carol could look right down on to the top of Lin’s head. ‘God,
you’re tiny.’

‘I’m
five-one.’

‘Can you tiptoe
or something?’

Lin tilted her
head, asking the question with her eyes.

‘Kiss me. If I
can handle it, we’ll go further.’

Lin rose to her
toes. Bending to meet her, Carol closed her eyes and touched her
lips against those of the smaller woman. ‘Did you clean your teeth
too?’

‘It’s only
polite.’

Carol brushed
her mouth over Lin’s one more time. She felt the wet flick of the
other woman’s tongue and parted her lips just enough to catch a
stronger rush of mint and the aftertaste of lager which toothpaste
couldn’t combat.

Cupping Lin’s
cheek, Carol held her in place and let her own tongue explore the
warm depths.

When the kiss
broke, Carol’s mouth tingled. Her breath rushed between her lips
with a low whistle.

She heard Niall
shift on the sofa.

‘That’s the
sexiest thing I’ve seen all night,’ he whispered.

The party
closes, leaving Carol and Niall downstairs with tiny soft-spoken
Lin. Having spent the night getting to know each other, Niall wants
to move on to ‘step two’ of the meeting; the sex. Carol, despite
