GARLIC
Garlic is said to provide and prolong strength in the body, and it’s also been used as a cure for toothaches. It is a member of the lily family and a cousin of leeks, chives, shallots, and onions. The white-skinned variety is known as American garlic. The Mexican and Italian garlic have a mauve-colored skin and a mild flavor.
