I assumed that P stood for penis and V stood for vagina. To me, it was no surprise that Kaiden would choose to go into that one. I had no clue how wrong I was. As soon as we walked through the door, the smell of sex filled the air. The moaning, yelling, and sounds of pleasure were all around us. I looked around and could see some people having sex while others were just watching. There were quite a few couples and there was one woman who was taking on several men by herself.

“This is interesting,” I said to Kaiden.

“This is what they call the voyeur room, which is why the big V is painted on it.”

“What was the room with the P?”

“That’s the private room. Only one couple or group is allowed in there at a time. That room is why the photos you found were so disturbing to me.”

“What do you mean?”

“When I’m here, the private room is the only room I play in.”

It was starting to click with me that he wasn’t making any of the story up. He really was being blackmailed. For the first time, I felt like I was actually doing a good thing by being there to help him. I hoped he would remember it when it came time to give me a raise. I continued looking around the room. Everyone was so free and not shy at all. I was mesmerized by everything I was seeing. It was so hot. Yes, it was taboo and so very wrong but so, so sexy!

We left the voyeur room and went back to the main area of the club. Stopping at the bar, Kaiden bought us both a drink. I had chosen not to drink in the limo, but I felt like I could use a bit of liquid courage. There was so much going on around me that I felt nervous and overwhelmed and alcohol could only help to calm my nerves. I had no idea what he got me so when I made a sour face after taking a big drink from the straw, Kaiden laughed at me.

“What in the hell did you buy me?” I asked.

“It’s a Long Island iced tea. I didn’t know what you liked so I figured I’d get you a drink that had a little bit of everything in it. If you don’t like it, they can make anything.”

“No, it’s fine. I rarely drink and when I do, I get girlie drinks. I wasn’t prepared for how strong that was gonna be.”

“When you’re out with me, you have to be prepared for anything,” he said with a wink as he reached around me and started walking me to the massive chairs I saw earlier.

As I looked around, I was amazed by how many people were there. All of the women were so beautiful and the men were so handsome. Everyone was dressed in fine clothing and most of the women were wearing expensive jewelry. I felt like I was out of place. I was certainly out of my element. The more I thought about it, the more I couldn’t believe that I had agreed to go to the club with Kaiden. I was really starting to regret my decision. Not because I was shy, even though I was. The reason I was regretting my decision to come to the club was because I didn’t want to get too close to him. I was already much more attracted to him than I should have been and I was afraid that spending time in that type of a setting would only serve to make that attraction grow.

The two of us sat down and started to talk. We didn’t discuss anything in particular but sitting there with him seemed to make me feel safe and set my mind at ease. I honestly wasn’t okay with where I was, but the very strong drink was fixing that as the minutes passed. After we took our seats, I couldn’t help but notice that several people were staring at us.

“Why are all these people looking at us?” I asked, genuinely puzzled.

“Look at you. You’re hot as hell. I can’t really blame them for looking in your direction.”

“They’re looking at you too. Is that normal? I feel like we should be in that voyeur room with all the eyes that are on us.”

“Well, if that’s what you want, I’m sure I can arrange it,” he said.

“I’m serious! It’s making me uncomfortable and very self-conscious.”

“They’re probably trying to figure out if you’re available, and you’re the only dark skinned woman in the room. Not many women of color come here, and you’re definitely sexy in that outfit.”

“What? You told me that everyone would leave me alone since I was here with you.”

“And they will but you’re giving off the wrong signals. Look at how far away from me you’re sitting. If you want everyone to leave you alone, you’re going to have to play the part. If you want people to think we’re a couple, you’re going to have to help keep up the illusion. Come here and I’ll show you what I mean.”

Kaiden slid me over to where he was sitting and pulled me onto his lap. I wrapped my arm around his neck as I settled onto him. While I was moving my body into place, I could feel a bulge in his pants. He was rock hard and his cock was positioned right between my legs. I wondered if he was hard because he was at the sex club or because I was sitting on his lap? I wanted to ask him, but I didn’t know what to say. Considering how wet my panties were getting, I needed to hold onto the little bit of control I still had.

My plan went out the window when Kaiden placed his hand on my cheek and pulled my face to his. The next thing I knew; his lips were on mine. It started with a small peck, but it didn’t take long for his tongue to part my lips. I turned my body until I was facing him with one leg on each side of him. I could feel his cock through his pants pushing right up against my panties. I was so turned on that I would have let him take me right then and there in front of everyone.

We were making out hot and heavy. I ran my fingers through his hair while his hands explored my body. Right as I was really getting into it, I started to get a very strange feeling. I got the feeling that somebody was staring at me. Realizing that there were probably a lot of people looking, I tried to put it out of my mind, but it wouldn’t work. There was something wrong. I bent down and whispered in his ear.

“Kaiden, I can feel somebody watching us.”

CHAPTER SIX

Kaiden

I tried to convince Natalia that she was being paranoid. I had her in a place where she was completely out of her element. The whole situation was extremely foreign to her. The fact that we had found ourselves in an impromptu make-out session probably didn’t help her nerves either. I did my best to bring her back to what we were doing, but she was insistent.

“Natalia, we’re making out in the middle of a sex club. It’s only natural that people would stop to watch what we’re doing. You have to try to relax,” I whispered in her ear.

While I was in position, I nibbled on her earlobe before making my way down to her neck. I discovered that she had a particular spot right where her neck and shoulder meet that drives her wild. Each time I brushed over it with my lips, her arms would clamp tighter around my neck. She was so fucking hot and I had her right where I wanted her. Right as I was about to make my next move, she pushed me off of her.

“Kaiden, this doesn’t feel right,” she said.

“It doesn’t have to be right. It just has to be right for right now. Loosen up a bit and enjoy yourself.”

“That’s not what I mean Kaiden. I can feel someone staring at us. It’s making my skin crawl and freaking me out. Something seems sinister.”

I looked around the room and numerous couples and singles were watching us, but that was to be expected. I was about to tell Natalia that she was crazy and was only letting her nerves get the better of her when I saw him. Straight ahead, there was a man that I’d never seen before looking right at us. The fact that he was looking in our direction wasn’t so much the issue as that was standard for the club. The problem was that he seemed to be so out of place. All the regulars in the club are what are known as beautiful people. This man was overweight with bad skin and long, oily hair. He reminded me of Ron Jeremy—now that he’s old—and stuck out like a sore thumb. I was surprised he was even let into the building. I figured he must know someone or he has a lot of money and doesn’t feel the need to dress like it.

As I watched him and allowed my eyes to adjust to the lighting in the room, I noticed that he had his cell phone in his hand and was taking pictures of Natalia and I. This pissed me off because nobody is allowed to have their phones on them while inside the club and taking photographs of any kind is strictly prohibited. I yelled out to the man but the fact that he was about fifty yards away and the music being so loud made my voice impossible to be heard.

Trying to act nonchalant, I rolled Natalia over to the side of the chair and stood up. I decided to try to sneak up on the guy so, instead of walking right up to him, I walked towards the bar on the far side of the room. I made a drink order so nothing looked suspicious before turning to walk towards the man taking my photo. I was about halfway to him when he turned his head and saw me approaching. He ran out the door as fast as he could. Knowing that this might be my only chance to get the answers I was looking for, I gave chase and ran out the door after him.

For a big guy, he was pretty fucking fast. Either that or the fact that I was wearing my Brooks Brothers leather dress shoes while he was in sneakers gave him a competitive edge. He raced down the hall and out the front door with me hot on his tail. I worried that he was going to jump in a vehicle and make his getaway before I could reach him.

Once he made it outside, the man started looking around, trying to figure out his escape plan. For some reason, he chose to run down the alley behind the building. He made it halfway to the street ahead when he slipped and fell, allowing me to close the gap between us. Grabbing him by his shirt collar, I pushed him up against the wall of a building.

“Who in the hell are you and why are you taking my pictures?”

“I’m sorry. I was just doing what I was hired to do. Please don’t hurt me.”

“Don’t hurt you? I should fucking kill you! Why did you send the pictures to my house? What is it you want?”

“I didn’t send any pictures to you. I just take them and email the files.”

“To who? Who are you working for?”

“I can’t tell you that. It’s confidential!”

I took my forearm and pressed it against his neck, making it tough for him to breathe. At the same time, I looked to my right and noticed Natalia had followed us outside. She was staring straight at us. Her eyes glimmered under the street lamp, her brows arched. She was scared.

“What do you mean you can’t tell me? I want to know who you’re working for.”

“It’s some woman. That’s all I know.”

“Bullshit! You’re emailing files and someone is paying you. You either tell me who you’re working for or I’ll snap your neck like a twig.”

“Anna,” he screamed. “Her name is Anna! Oh God, please don’t hurt me. I just needed the money. I swear I won’t take any more pictures.”

I didn’t hear a word he said after he uttered the name, Anna. I could feel the blood drain from my face as I tried to comprehend what was happening. The man used the opportunity to slip away and run down the alley and out into the street. I had no desire to give chase at that point. I had much more serious things to worry about.

Natalia, having watched everything unfold, walked over to me and put her arm around my waist. Looking down at her face, I could see that she appeared to be very confused.

“Are you okay?” she asked, genuinely concerned.

“Yeah, I just, uh, I think we better start heading home. I’ll have the driver drop you off at your place.”

We went back into the club so we could retrieve our phones and my jacket. The bouncer asked what in the hell had just happened, explaining that he wasn’t allowed to leave his post or he would have come out and found out what was going on.

“That guy I was chasing was taking pictures of me and has been giving them to someone to blackmail me. I got a set of pictures at my house a couple of weeks ago and I’m sure these new pictures will make their way to her as well.”

“Her? You know who he’s sending the pictures to?”

“Yeah, Anna.”

“Oh shit.”

“Right. We’re heading home. I can’t deal with this anymore tonight.”

“Okay, you have a good night Mr. Melrose.”

Natalia and I went back outside the club and waited for the limo to drive around and pick us up. I was waiting for the questions to start but was hoping that she would see I was upset and leave everything alone. She gave the driver her address so we could drop her off and we were on our way. As soon as the limo pulled onto the street, the question I was dreading was asked.

“So who is this Anna person?”

“She’s nobody. It’s not important and I really don’t want to talk about her right now.”
