Those very hands were moving down her slender waist as his mouth traveled the slight line that indented the middle of her abdomen. He kissed a fiery trail to her bely button, where he paused to lick the delicate cup. Dani giggled at the tickle, her hands diving into Krijero’s rumpled hair to pul him off her. His eyes flashed a warning at her, punctuated with a growl.

“Oh,” she whimpered, her lower parts seizing at the dark gaze. Her hands fel away to lie like beached starfish at her side. She trembled as he again licked the edge of her navel, but she offered no resistance this time.

Krijero wadded his fists around the pushed-down rol of her dress and puled it over her generous hips, slowly exposing the slight hil of her lower bely. He tore the fabric away, displaying her hairless mound. Dani had purposely taken her panties off before approaching him on the balcony, planning to divert him from the depression that had taken him in its grip. He seemed wel diverted now, his widening gaze taking in her naked sex. A moaning growl escaped his throat.

“My beautiful Matara,” he breathed.

He looked at the place he’d visited so often as if he’d never seen it before. If a gaze could have weight, Krijero’s would have kept Dani pinned down for eternity. Krijero slid her legs wide apart, opening her like a blooming flower. Then he simply stared for awhile, an art critic carefuly studying every color on the canvas she presented. Dani lay quietly under his scrutiny, though her insides felt as if they executed crazed somersaults in the face of such careful analysis.

At last he reached for her, his long fingers stretching towards the wet, shuddering flesh. The first tentative touch made a high, startled bird’s cry escape Dani. It was as ephemeral as a breath, that stroke which slowly traced the outer lips of her sex, right at the border where the moisture of her juices wet it.

Every mote of her being demanded she move towards that air-light contact, to make Krijero flood her with glorious sensation. Instead she lay perfectly stil, whimpering like an eager child on Christmas morn as he investigated her femininity.

The Imdiko stroked her with sadistic thoroughness, working from the outside in. When he completed the circuit of her outer lips, he next put that moth’s flutter to the crevice between them and her inner petals. So slowly and tenderly did he canvas her womanhood that Dani’s eyes ran with tears produced from equal parts delight and torment. From the deep folds, he went to the edges of her rapidly engorging inner lips. Dani couldn’t stop the shudders that quaked her body as he methodicaly traced the soaked flesh.

A finger played around her access, and Dani gushed honey in anticipation of his entrance. Krijero’s growl filed her ears, and she mewled a wordless plea in return. The fingertip went in her slightly. Her breaths sobbed welcome as he slowly entered.

She felt its questing probe, seeking to know every part of her most intimate flesh. Dani’s senses rioted at the careful searching, the minute investigation as if Krijero had never been within her before. He was so careful, so dedicated to meticulous discovery like an archeologist dusting off a tiny pottery shard with a paintbrush. No part of her environs that he could reach was overlooked. She’d never been so exposed, so fuly revealed to anyone before.

A second finger joined in. Dani’s sheath was so engorged from desire, she gasped from the slight ache of accepting the increased width. Now Krijero slowly stroked in and out of her, his eyes stil riveted on her secret flesh, watching the complicated pinks and reds of her invaded by his thick brown fingers. She felt her vulnerability keenly now, fuly on display for his enjoyment, completely open to him. She was his to do with as he pleased, and he pleased very wel.

His fingers curled inside, unerringly finding that spot within that made her whole body galvanize. Dani had lain quiescent for Krijero’s enjoyment al this time, but now she stiffened, her body arching hard against the couch’s softness as heated delight surged from her pussy al the way up to the top of her head. She gripped the cushions as if she would tear them apart in great handfuls.

“That’s my girl,” Krijero whisper-snarled, his eyes very dark as he watched her react to the pleasuring. “Just a little more, yes? Just a little more.” He picked up the pace, the palm of his hand slap-slapping against her straining sex, sending bolts of heady bliss into her womb. Dani gasped and writhed, unable to keep stil now as he drove her towards cataclysm. Despite her desperate flailing, Krijero’s rhythm never wavered, pushing her closer and closer to the precipice.

His other hand now went to her eager pussy, capturing her clit between middle finger and thumb. With amazing dexterity, he rubbed up and down while his index finger drew gentle circles over the tip.

Climax began with the electrical shockiness of that touch. It barreled into her core, gaining strength from where his fingers rubbed against the cluster of nerves. Her toes curled in on themselves. The pressure built to a tsunami, sweling huge until it loomed to block out everything else. Then it rushed through her, obliterating with its roaring strength, crashing and rending everything in its path. Dani felt herself torn apart with its force, the bits of her shattered body sent scattering into the maelstrom.

Lesser but stil momentous waves folowed, eager to reduce her to no more than grains of sand. Dani felt herself dissolving into the dark fury until she was a part of that storming sea of sensation, now particles of its strength washed back and forth by the calming tide.

She opened her eyes to find Krijero leaning over her, his expression gently loving despite the almost desperate need in his eyes. “Are you back, my Dani?” he asked.

“Ermm,” was al she could coax her mouth to say. She floated in contentment, the world gone soft-focus in the aftermath of the storm.

He chuckled. “That’s al the thanks any man could want. But perhaps you’l alow me a bit more compensation anyway?”

“Mmm-hmm.” She sent her agreement from what felt like a continent away.

More indulgent laughter. He shifted over her, cradling his large body in her accommodating hips, his dual maleness pressing against her openings. Through the mists of her post-climax drunkenness, Dani felt him invade.

Her body was quite used to Krijero, and it usualy accepted him as if his cocks had been molded within her passages. Many lovemaking sessions had convinced Dani they had been made specificaly for each other. And while her back orifice accepted his smaler member easily, it was her pussy, stil greatly engorged by the Imdiko’s lavish attentions that gave in with only grudging acceptance.

Dani’s breath caught at the intense sensation, but she made no complaint. Despite her overwrought body’s reluctance, she welcomed having Krijero sheathed within her. She made herself soft and pliant, inviting him to bury himself deep.

He groaned. “So tight. So good. But am I hurting you, Dani?”

“No,” she whimper-sobbed, though his thickness was verging on pain. “It feels wonderful to have you inside me. Take what you wil, my Imdiko. ” Her invitation brought forth the beast that lurked in gentle Krijero. He drove in the last half of his length hard, impaling her with force that made her cry out.

His groin beat against hers, thrusting fast, his body voicing its hunger with the power of his lovemaking. Dani hung onto his shoulders, gasping at the throbbing ache of being taken with such demand and fervor. Like the spankings she gave herself over to for the pleasure of her men, the hurt twisted into something delightful. No matter that she didn’t understand how something that shouldn’t be arousing was.

She welcomed the hard use Krijero made of her, and her body heightened towards crescendo once more.

She came as the Imdiko’s rhythm stuttered, as his jaw clenched and his muscles tightened to vein-popping tension. His deep-throated roars joined her higher cries, teling any who would listen of their shared bliss.

A few minutes later, stil imbedded inside her, Krijero said, “I
am
a lucky man.”

His tone sounded as if he was putting the last word on an argument with someone. Dani smiled against his broad chest.

“Damn straight you’re a lucky man, especialy when you consider who you have as a Matara. Now let’s discuss the replacement for that dress you just shredded.” His laughter made her heart sing. “I’m sure you already have it picked out. And it wil cost twice what the one I tore did.” Dani let him feel indulgent and happy, thinking it beat seeing him so sad. He didn’t need to know the dress she had in mind was actualy half the price of the other, though the color and cut were more flattering. Her boys loved to spoil her, so there was no harm letting them think they did.

Prelude to Redemption

Dramok Sojan raced after the rapidly moving search drone. Its placid beeps had become an almost continuous whine as it homed in on a life form. It hovered wel above the chunks of rubble among the crumbled wals of what had once been an Earther internment camp, so it was in no danger of damage. Sojan’s booted feet were another matter. The large bits of stone and metal were sharp in many cases, and the footing precarious. Broken legs and infected cuts were the most prevalent of injuries to the Kalquorians tasked with finding and rescuing survivors on Earth.

The sun was setting, and he should have started his return to base camp with the drone half an hour ago. But the machine had picked up lifesign twenty miles away at the farthest limit of its range, and Sojan had been excited at the prospect of his first solo rescue. Finding an Earther, particularly one of their females, would elevate his status. At only 22 years of age, he was just starting out, finaly done with schooling and general training. He stil had no clan, no rank, no standing. His parents and brother were simple farmers back on Kalquor, very good people who worked hard and had the respect of their neighbors. Their names were not known, however. Sojan was eager to do something, anything, to make a mark.

Now as he and the drone closed in on the signal deep in this ravaged wasteland, Sojan had to remind himself to be careful. It would not impress anyone if he ended up being the one needing rescue.

The drone came to a halt so suddenly that Sojan ran several feet ahead before he realized it had stopped. He turned to see the cylindrical machine slowly lowering into a hole in the ground.

“Cease tracking and hold your position,” he ordered. The machine froze in place, its locator a steady whine. They were very close to their quarry, and Sojan checked his blaster to make sure it was ready to fire. He wasn’t to shoot any Earthers unless his own life was threatened, and then only to injure if possible. He’d won awards for marksmanship, but running the solo scout detail was dangerous even for a crack shot. This ruined world’s embattled inhabitants roamed in large groups nowadays, most ready to kil Kalquorians on sight.

Sojan tossed his long black hair back and approached the drone carefuly, his eyesight good despite the dimming sky. The hole was very wide he saw. As he neared, it resolved into a tunnel burrowing deep beneath the ruined landscape.

He huffed a breath and looked around. Here and there, jagged bits of the former prison’s wals jutted into the sky. Bent metal framework suggested skeletal remains, as if some prehistoric herd of beasts had died where they stood, their flesh rotting away. The red-tinged sky lit by the setting sun and the nearby poisonous cloud over what had been Washington, D.C. made the view even more unwelcoming.

Surely the roaming gangs of Earth wouldn’t come to this inhospitable place to forage. He should be safe.

He clicked on his com. “Dramok Sojan to base camp.”

He recognized the almost feral snarl of Nobek Cincad. “Base camp responding to Dramok Sojan. I show your drone is located forty-five miles away at the Bridgewater Womens Prison location. Is there a problem?”

Sojan wisely queled his curiosity as to what Cincad had done to draw night communications duty at the base. For a Nobek, such easy work was punishment. He’d no doubt hear al about it when he got back.

He settled for filing his report. “The drone picked up lifesign as my search period ended. It is consistent with a single Earther entity.”

“What have you found?” Cincad sounded a little less angry now that he was first to hear interesting news. Sojan could almost see the rugged Nobek’s eyes lighting in excitement. Cincad was his age, unclanned, and away from Kalquor for the first time. Drawing the dangerous Earth assignment was a thril for any Nobek, especialy the younger ones.

“The drone has led me to a large hole midway through the prison ruins, which appears to open into a tunnel. The lifesign is, uh –” Sojan paused to doublecheck the probe’s readout “—fifty yards further in.”

“Stand by for shift commander,” Cincad said after a second’s silence.

Sojan pursed his lips but didn’t voice the assertion he was perfectly capable of investigating a hole and puling a single Earther out, even if that Earther proved to be reluctant. Cincad was in trouble already.

He was going to go by the book and obey the letter of the rescue party’s policy by reporting Sojan’s situation to a superior officer.

After less than two minutes, another voice issued from Sojan’s com. “Scout Sojan, this is Commander Tanu. Is the lifesign showing any indication of movement?” Sojan frowned and studied the drone’s readout. “None, Commander. It is definitely keeping to an area of no more than ten feet in range.”

“What is your language rating?”

“I’m an eight rank in English and five in Spanish.” Those were the North American bloc’s two major languages.

“This tunnel the subject is in ... how are you for maneuverability in a hostile encounter?”

“To judge by the opening, it’s a bit cramped. I’m pretty confident I can approach without giving warning, however.” Sojan was eager to check out the tunnel, and the risk to himself seemed minor in his excitement. Inspiration made him report, “Even if we had a larger party to approach the subject with, the tunnel would prohibit more than one man at the time.” The silence from Tanu made Sojan regret his impulsiveness. He might very wel be ordered to wait for a more seasoned scout to arrive and approach the hidden Earther. And while Sojan would receive praise for tracking a survivor down, he wouldn’t have the privilege of having actualy rescued one.
