Female sterilisation involves closing off both fallopian tubes so that ova cannot travel into the uterus. This means that the woman cannot get pregnant. But she still has menstural periods and she can enjoy sex in the same way that she did before she was sterilied.
But these are suitable only for those who are absolutely sure that they don’t want any more children and that they won’t change their mind later on.
