Aris brushed his lips across her skin kissing her cheeks.  His arms wrapped around her, pulling her more into his chest.  He kissed her ears, trailing his way down her neck.  Saoirse moaned slightly as she began waking up to his affection.  He lifted his head off the pillow nipping at her collarbone where it shown through her blouse.

“Saoirse.”  he whispered against her skin.

She curled her fingers in his dark curls holding him against her skin.  She breathed deep trying not to be nervous.  She wanted him but it was always on her terms.  Aris nudged her on her back.  His forearms fell on either side of her ribs as he lifted her blouse breathing hot kisses on her stomach.

“Aris, I...”

He kissed her, stopping her words and distracting her thoughts, as he pushed himself up to kneeling then pulled her to sit up.  His shirt found its way to the floor before he leaned forward pulling her blouse over her head and unhooking her bra.  He dropped back down to all fours coming face to face with her.

“I would never hurt you.”  he kissed her passionately pushing her back down beneath him.

She struggled to catch her breath.  He turned his attentions to her collarbone again before continuing down to her breasts, kissing and licking at her nipple sending shivers down her spine.  She tangled her fingers in his hair again pulling the warmth of his body closer to her.  Cupping her other breast, he softly kneaded it before he turned his attention to it, sucking on it.  Tugging lightly on her nipple with his teeth, he let his tongue swirl around the whole nipple, as he groaned quietly.  He slid his hands under her back lifting her tits closer to him as he teased her nipples harder, switching back and forth between the two.

Saoirse’s center began to throb, with thoughts of him thrusting inside her making the aching worse.  His weight pressing down on her made the tightness between her thighs more urgent.  She shifted her hips trying to stave off the rising need, but Aris took advantage of the situation, dropping his leg between hers.  Her breath became ragged as Aris tightened his thigh, bearing down on her pussy just a little bit more, she groaned beneath him.

He lifted himself back to all fours again stepping off of the bed and out of his shorts.  Kneeling on the bed again, he lifted her hips peeling her shorts off of her too.  She sat up, pushing them the rest of the way down her legs behind him, coming face to face with his cock.  It curved gracefully toward his stomach as he knelt in front of her.  She ran her hands up his thighs, eliciting a moan, before dragging her thumbs up the creases of his thighs, applying pressure as her hands continued their way across his hips, then squeezing his buttocks.  They were tight, but his skin soft, making the throbbing between her legs worse as she fondled them.  Saoirse leaned in to him, nipping at the vein rising out the entire length of his cock, evoking a deep groan as Aris let his hands fall to her shoulders.  At the moment his body was hungry for more of her mouth all over him.

Saoirse took his cock in her hands stroking the length of it with her nails.  Aris shivered as the tingling raced through his body like electricity.  She lavished her tongue over the head before sliding his erection in her mouth.  Shuddering with the sensation, Aris groaned, encouraging her lips to curl around his cock as she engulfed all of him.  She pulled her head back, sucking him as she moved, before lowering her head toward his body again as the rhythm began.  Aris’s head fell back.  He became lost in the feelings she elicited from his body.  She cupped her hand around his balls pushing them toward his body in sync with her strokes.  Aris felt his legs shake.  The hunger raced through every nerve, demanding more of the attention being showered on him.  Saoirse’s rhythm ran faster as she sucked harder on him, his entire body begged for the anticipated release.

“No.”  Aris pulled away from her.

He dropped back down to all fours on the bed kissing her.  His tongue traced her lips, nipping and tugging at them until she let him in.  He slid his tongue in her mouth tangling his caresses with her tongue.  He kissed her more forcefully, pushing her back down on the bed, his weight settling on her again.  Saoirse’s hips tilted with the pressure against her pussy.  The throbbing was still there aching to be fulfilled.

Aris slid his hand underneath her, running it down her butt cheeks to grasp the underside of her knee, lifting her leg along side his hip.  He wrapped his arm around it, pulling it toward his chest letting his cock slowly sink into her pussy as he pulled her leg up.  She moaned, shifting her hips underneath him, she felt the head of his shaft moving through her wet folds, burning her with his heat as it went.  She lifted her hips into him trying to quench the throbbing.

She gasped, feeling him slide the whole of his shaft inside her.  He waited for a minute letting her get used to his size, allowing his own body time to revel in the sheer bliss of being so deep inside her he could feel her wetness against the base of his shaft.  He shifted his hips slightly letting his balls feel her, taking in the hot tingling coursing through his body, created a rumbling groan from deep inside him.

Saoirse was becoming impatient underneath him, her hips trying to thrust against him.  Aris nipped at her jaw and neck while he began rocking inside her.  Grinding his cock against her pussy, he teased her clit with each movement while she strained to get more of the feeling.

“Hm.”  her breath came in short pants, “Harder.  Ah.  Faster.”  she couldn’t imagine herself ever begging anyone for anything, but the words seem to slip from her mouth.

“Shh, my love, not everything should be over and done with in a heart beat.”

Aris lengthened his strokes inside her, intensifying the pressure on her clit.  Her stomach felt queasy.  Her arms and legs seemed to float.  Pressure began building somewhere in her body that felt like everywhere at once.  Her climax slammed into her harder than she had ever felt before, flipping over her stomach and arching her up off the bed as it went.  Aris took his cue from her body, thrusting harder and faster inside her to his own release.

“Aris!”  Saoirse’s shoulders curled up off the bed before he was done.

She dropped her head back down on the pillow, panting and exhausted.  She was light headed.  Her body felt like jello.  Aris dropped her knee back down beside her, rubbing her hip before he rolled off of her.  He lay beside her listening to her pant, aware that she was unable to move.  Drawing the sheet up over them, his fingers traced little patterns on her skin as he waited for her to catch her breath.

Chapter 9

Sometimes you gotta ca
ll it like you see it and Saoirse hit it right on the head.  Denise was having an absolute gem of a conniption when she finally got into Martin’s office.

“You don’t need a paralegal for this mess.  You need a screaming damned bomb!  Just level it all and start over.” Denise’s face was bright red as she huffed slamming papers and folders everywhere.

“It gets better, well, in a sadistic and sarcastic sort of way.”

“Really.  Tell me how this crap could possibly get any worse.”

“You haven’t read this guys’s idea of a contract yet.”

“Seer, I don’t want to know.  The fact that this guy was sleeping with a woman, that he couldn’t figure out was married, kind of indicates he couldn’t find his way out of a wet paper bag to start with.”

The door to the office opened slowly.  Jerith stuck his head in.

“Jerith, if you don’t have chocolate brownies with cream cheese frosting, ranch Doritos or Starbucks, don’t come in.  Nise will cut you off at the knees!”  Saoire was leaning back in the chair grinning like a cheshire cat.

Apparently he had none of the above, since he didn’t bother coming into the office.

“Come on, let’s try and figure out some system to get this stuff in.”  Seer stood up out of the chair.

“Aren’t you supposed to be going over the contracts?”

“Sure, but they’re all crap.  I figured I’d just set up a template for them since they use pretty much the same terms for every business and leave it with them.  I think they can figure out how to fill in the blanks.”

“Fill in the blank?  Have you been out in the sun too long?”

“No, I had a conversation with Aris about it.  He was comfortable with leaving his ass out in the breeze, so there’s not much I can do.  I’ll write some teeth in the contract to give them options anyway, I’ll just have to word it so they get tired of the legalese before they bother trying to read the whole thing.  I don’t think our client really cares.  I think as long as Jerith sees the numbers he expects every month no one really bothers.”

“Hey, you be nice.  That’s one sharp customer next door.  He likes numbers so much he can do depreciation in his head.”

“Oh, I’m sorry.  I forgot you were getting all keen on Mr. Snorkel Yummy.”

Denise burst out laughing.  “Okay, that came across way more kinky than I think I can handle.”

“Yeah, but even if I had said yummy snorkeling it still doesn’t work out right.”

“I certainly hope the walls on these offices are thick.  I can just see the heart attack Jerith would be having.”

“Come on.  I can’t work now.  You’ve got me all off on the wrong track.”  Seer let the folders fall on the desk again.

“Me?  We can’t go anywhere now.  We haven’t even started anything yet!”

“Oh, yes you have!  We’ll make it up tomorrow.  Just don’t start talking about snorkeling yummy again and I’ll be able to focus.”

“Sure you will.”

By the time they got back to the house, Aris had not yet returned from wherever it was he got off to.  In the past week Saoirse had gathered that he was an early morning sort of person, not that he couldn’t manage to keep her up for half the night as it was, but how he still got out of bed in the morning, long before she did, and in a good mood, was twisted in her mind.

“Hey Seer did you bring your ipod with you?”

“No.  What’s the matter?”

“I must have kinked my charger or something cause it’s not charging.”

“Aris has a pad, he must have a charger around here somewhere.  It’s probably in his office.  I don’t think he takes the tablet upstairs.  He was telling me something the other day about how blue light messes up your rhythms or something.”

“What?”

“I don’t know.  He reads everything.  It’s crazy.”  Saoirse looked around the den in case it was in with all the other techno gadgets that he had in there.

She headed further down the hall toward a room she presumed to be Aris’s office.  Saoirse opened the door.  Directly ahead of her was a large dark colored desk.  It was almost big enough to lay out a map of the world and play Stratego on it.

“There’s his pad on the charger.  Here.” she unhooked it from the tablet.  There was a picture on the corner of the desk in a vine swirl frame.  She frowned picking it up.

“What are you looking at?”

“I’m not sure, but I think someone’s going to get his ass kicked.”

“Seer!  Knock it off.  You should be flattered that he has a picture of you on his desk.”

“Yeah?  Where’d he get it?”  that MacLear lawyer’s analytical mind kicked in.

“I don’t know.  What’s it matter?  It’s a good picture of you.  You’re obviously happy.  Maybe one of the guys took it here.”

“Uh uh.  Those are my Ray-Bans.  I don’t have them with me.  So where did he get it?”

“Seer, it’s not that big a deal.  Look, the picture is a little grainy, and that’s my head right there behind you.  Maybe he took it with a camera phone the day we left the office early.  Didn’t Larry or Mike say something about them dropping off a retainer check?  Maybe we passed them on our way out.”

“Maybe.  I still have that
‘someone walking over my grave’
feeling.”

“I still think you’re over reacting.”

“Yeah?  There’s a reason paranoia is my middle name.”

“I thought it was Rowan.”  Denise couldn’t help but needle her a bit.

Aris returned to the house while Denise and Saoirse were out on the hammock.  It was difficult to tell where he’d been.  He didn’t have anything in his hands and he was in a good mood, though Denise noted that he was fairly happy most of the time anyway.

“So, what have you been up to in my absence?”

“Hm.  Stealing!  I swiped your charger out of your office.  I think I broke mine.”

“That’s fine, I have another one in by the couch.” he turned his attention to Saoirse.  She was quiet but he was getting to know that aura of flame around her only too well.  She was upset about something.  “I have to leave on business the day after tomorrow.”

“We don’t need a babysitter.  Denise and I have a ton of stuff to handle in Martin’s office.”

“I had rather hoped I could get you to come with me.”

“Oh no!  No.  I’ve done one bank robbery with you, that’s quite enough.”

“Seer, that was mean!”  Denise glared at her from the other side of the hammock.

“That’s too bad, I was looking forward to taping you to the helicopter again.  I have to go to Hong Kong.  I thought you might want to see it, but if you’d rather work on Martin’s office, I won’t distract you.”

“It won’t be a distraction at all.  Seer would love to go with you because otherwise she’s just going to be in my way, and I’m going to get bitchy about it.”

“Who’s going to help you with all the filing?”

“Seer, Jerith is right next door, I’m sure he’ll be in the office anyway, he can help me.”

“Oh not snorkel yummy again.”  Saoirse rubbed her face with her hands while Denise grinned.

Aris obviously missed the inside joke, “Snorkel what?”

“Nothing.”  both women replied in stereo.

Dinner was a casual affair.  Noah, Jerith and Anaya came to the house.  Noah had fresh fish he gutted, with Aris putting them on sticks over the open fire, as everyone else sat talking and laughing.  Anaya didn’t know Saoirse as well as she felt like she knew Denise, but the three of them got along brilliantly anyway.

“Let’s go!”  Denise jumped up from where she was sitting in the sand, joined by the other two women, heading for the house.   The men looked at each other not sure where the women were going.  Noah stared after Anaya.  Her long black pony tail was swaying back and forth in a rhythm opposite her hips which made her curves that much more obvious.  Noah closed his eyes taking a deep breath.  His body was still reacting to the image of her in his mind.
‘There is no forgiveness for me.’
he reminded himself.

“I’m taking Saoirse with us to Hong Kong.”

“Are you sure that’s wise?  She could end up being a distraction you don’t need.”

“Ha!  Jerith, I do believe Denise will have some things for you to do while Saoirse is with me.  Besides, this is Xang we’re talking about.  My presence is strictly a courtesy.  Noah’s the one that’s going to make the decisions.  I couldn’t tell diamonds from cut glass if my life depended on it.  I’m just going to say hi, and maybe buy something for Saoirse if she seems to like anything.  Maybe sapphires since she’s so adamant against green.”

“You know Xang will bring up the emeralds.”  Noah leaned forward pushing the fish closer to the flame.

“Xang’s a jeweler.  I’m sure he has clients in there all the time with something they bought for a woman that didn’t go over well.”

Noah looked at Aris out of the corner of his eye.  “Didn’t go over well?  That means she doesn’t know anything about them.”

Aris said nothing.  Jerith was sitting looking at the women gathered on the furniture in the small outdoor room beside the kitchen.  They could be heard laughing every once in a while.  Their conversation was animated as the three women carried on about something.

“Jerith are you alright?”

“It’s been a long time since there was the sound of women around.  I didn’t realized I missed it.”

Noah put his hand on Jerith’s shoulder.  He’d been alone since Faiya’s death so many years before.  Jerith took a deep breath,  “You know, you could always ask her what her favorite color is.”

Aris laughed, “I couldn’t do that.  That’s too straight forward, she’d be sure I was being sneaky about something.  I am a thief after all.”
