swig of his bottle of OJ and stands up, swinging it between his
fingers and hoisting his backpack over his shoulder.

“
Better be going hadn't we, Candy? It's early start today.” He
waits for me to rise and follow. And of course, like a moth to a
flame, I do.

I thank Cody
for the drink and trot off next to him, alongside his heavenly
mixture of manly smell, and wildly erotic bloody undertones.

He's in my
English and Latin classes, unfortunately. He's another thing I need
a distraction for.

He chuckles
sexily. The sound trickles down from my ears to my toes.

Wanna know something? You're not only gorgeous, and weird,
you're kinda funny as well. You're fucking lethal,
girl.”

He wanders off
to his chair and sits down, giving me a heavy dose of sexy eye.

He could be
right there. Maybe I am lethal. But not in the way he meant.
