As our voices weave together, everyone in the place falls silent. This is more than just three and a half minutes of riffs, beats, and words thrown together. It is our story. It’s everything we have all been through in one song. No I’m not a philosophical asshole trying to spout shit that, one day, I will publish into a memoir. I do, however, have more things in my head than bacon, booze, and pussy on any given day. Not saying they are all as fun to swallow, or easy to stomach; but, hey, it is what it is.

We’ve all had our battles, fighting our demons to get through the shitty parts in life. We can choose to lie down and die, sure. To stay on that eternal hamster wheel in our mundane existence and swallow that it’s all we get. Or, like Chase said, we can fight. Putting everything on the line, we can push back against that fucking bitch fate and take what’s ours.

Chase throws her head back, lost in the moment with me. She belts out the chorus, holding the last note with everything she has. Just like she does with everything in life, it steals my breath. My heart beats faster, my hands itch to touch her, and my dick is rock hard just watching her find her feet on stage.

“Chase Motherfuckin’ Hanlon, you’re lucky fuckers to get to see
my
Tiger Lily in action.” I shout into the mic, making her blush. “Isn’t she amazing? Drool all you want, she’s all mine.” I purr, grabbing her hand and pulling her to me. Ignoring the applause and shouting, I tip her chin up. Her fingers slide up my arms, carefully. Slowly they trail up my sleeve until they finally reach the dragon. Losing control, I pull her flush against me and slam my mouth to hers.

Unable to help myself, I cup her ass with both hands. Chase gasps into my mouth so I dive in like a hungry Ethiopian ready for his first Thanksgiving feast. Don’t care about the crowd or the fact that I’m mauling my girl in front of like a thousand people, one of which being her brother. All that matters is kissing her.

“Thanks for comin’ out everyone.” Gray says into the mic, “That’s all we’ve got for you tonight.”

Breaking my lip lock with Chase, I look at him confused. “No cover tonight?”

Grinning, he shakes his head. “Nah, man, said all we needed to say in that song.”

Walking off the stage, we are lead down the hallway backstage like ducks in a row. Mack and Henry effectively keep the backstage pass holders at bay so that we can have a few minutes to ourselves. “So, I’ve been thinking.” I say when we walk back into the Staging Room. Henry closes the door once we’re all inside, standing guard outside while we unwind.

“Oh hell, that is getting to be a new trend.” Gray deadpans, running a hand through his hair.

“Flip yourself off for me dick trickle, I’m busy. This needs to be settled before Luke brings the kid in.” I wave him off, “I think we need to adjust last night’s bet. Since, obviously, our women aren’t strippin’ unless it’s for us, I feel ripped the fuck off. I won, dammit. Finally, I beat Daisy at something, and it was a trick to catch a shady twat. Do I really get no payback for all the shit Daisy made me do while we’ve been on tour.”

“You loved every minute and took it far beyond any of the things I ever wagered.” Daisy tosses out. “Hell, you strutted in every outfit we ever made you wear and ate up the attention like those mom’s on an episode of ‘
Toddlers and Tiara’s
’.”

“Calm down,” Aiden says sitting on the couch beside Cam. Everyone else looks at Daisy who is smug as hell. “What do you expect bro, you can only have so much bacon.”

“Don’t ever say something so horrible again. That’s a myth.” I gasp, rubbing my chin. “It is true, Daisy gives nice hard bacon. She has stamina when it comes to porkin’ me.” I laugh. “See what I did there?”

“Very funny.” Daisy snorts sarcastically. “If bacon is what you want, I’ll send Mack to the store. It’s not in the produce section but…”

Mack throws up both middle fingers as he slumps into the chair. “Yeah, yeah. I’ll get my hot and heavy ya bunch of cock-blockers. Just wait.”

“We’re back on the bus next week, got a show in North Carolina.” Cam interrupts. “I can’t wait to dip my toes in the ocean and hit those little shops. The shopping around the Outer Banks is amazing. After that, we have New York for some morning talk show performances of the new single.”

“And release day is huge at the mall in downtown Nashville.” Daisy tosses in.

“Shit is getting huge!” I shout, slapping Chase on the ass.

“The best is yet to come.” Gray says, bumping my fist. “Feels like yesterday, the tour started with us opening for No Approval Needed. Now here we are headliners.”

“Yeah, I probably owe the baby momma some shoes or some shit.” I shrug, “Who’s to say Chase would even be here if Daisy hadn’t come on the bus with those sorry bastards. I can admit I was wrong; I was against regular pussy on the bus from day one. It was losin’ a bet to her that put me on that stage the night we met.” I say, recalling the night I tore up the stage in my thong before tearing up every inch of that beautiful red head.

“Yeah, I remember that night.” Chase grins, “I never did get my gift basket.” She shrugs. “Guess it doesn’t matter, you damn well nearly fucked me to death and you know it. I could never forget it.”

The video Daisy showed me of Chase denying my mad skills comes to mind. All this time! “I knew it!” I shout, dancing across the room meeting Daisy toe to toe.

“What? You’re acting like you’ve just exposed rancid groupie pussy as the cure for Cancer.” Daisy shrugs.

I grab her shoulders, “Stank pussy can’t even cure a hard on. Now bacon,” I start, but shake my head to stay on topic. “Come clean Daisy, you’re full of shit. Tell everyone how, instead of Chase admitting I fucked ‘er and damn near killed ‘er on that video, you talked her into crushing my poor ego.” Clutching her to me tightly, I play up the drama. “You’ve owed me a win all this time. I feel so used.” I sniffle. “I got all dressed up and you told me I was pretty. It was all lies!” I wail making her laugh.

“Oh, get over yourself.” She huffs pushing away from me. Everyone is enjoying watching her squirm. Daisy can’t stand to be wrong, and oh how the mighty hath fallen. Rolling her eyes, Daisy shrugs. “Okay, sure. You left an ‘Out of Order’ sign on her forehead. Angels sang and World Peace is attainable all because you made her scream. Happy now?”

Scooping up Daisy, I swing her in my arms, placing loud kisses all over her face. “Yes, and to think you let my dick think he was less than exceptional. Way to be nurturing, Daisy.” I scold. “I’ll need a minute to think before I state my demands.”

“I wanna be a rock star!” Jazzie screams, running into the room ahead of Luke. Releasing Daisy, I turn to greet my little girl.

“You like the show?” I ask.

“I thought you wanted to be a tattoo artist like me.” Luke shakes his head when Jasmine runs up to me, leaping into my arms.

“I wanna be like Chase and Daddy! They were awesome!” She squeals wrapping around me like a spider monkey. “I can be a princess rock star, then I’ll marry my tattooed prince.”

Looking down at Chase I wink, “Does this mean we’re going back to Vegas for another chapel run?” Daisy asks, sitting beside Cam.

“No, it doesn’t.” I bite out. “I’m not getting married by an overweight Elvis. If, and when, Chase and I decide to make that leap, we will say ‘I do’ at a bar with endless shots and a cake wrapped in bacon.” I assure them all. Hunter Chesterfield is a fucking rebel. No way I’ll follow the crowd of spooner’s and their tradition. I’m gonna bust out monogamy like a forker baby! Knowing that I may not plan to propose marriage right now or get flowers tatted on my ass like a pussy, doesn’t mean she isn’t it for me.

Looking over at Daisy, I grin knowing exactly what I want now. “About that bet…”

Daisy’s eyes meet mine, worry etched all over her face. “The girls get to pick the name for the kid?” I ask. Nervously, she nods her reply. “Not anymore they don’t. Kid’s name is Brannon Henry Cole.”

Daisy covers her mouth with her hand nodding her agreement. There are mixed opinions from everyone, but no one argues. Why would they? Brannon is a kick ass name, thank you very much. Besides, Big Man is already calling the kid ‘little Henry’.

I am nothing like Gray with his smooth cover songs, and pretty words. I’m not even like Aiden who can dominate the panties off Cam with just a look. I won’t try to be someone that I’m not. I am an absolute smart ass, a pervert, and even with all the shit I’ve had in my life I still got the fucking girl. My Tiger Lily who loves all of that about me, embracing everything just as it comes. Instead of settling, Chase showed me what I could have if I would only push for more. And I did. I’ve made fate my bitch and she can suck my dick.

December

Hunter

“I’m not sure I’m comfortable with all this stroking.” I say looking down at Chase.

“Shut up, you like it when I grope you.” She snaps playfully, taping a piece of plastic wrap over my new ink. “Besides, I still can’t believe you did this.” Pressing her lips to my chest, she trails kisses along the strip of medical tape. My dick is ready to bore into her like a secret ops mission, even if we are in a hospital bathroom. He’s not a picky prick about location as long as he’s cleared for mission ‘Cooter Assassination:’ The woman that I’ve fallen head over cock for over and over again the last few months, smiles against my skin before meeting my eyes. “Come on then, we’ve got a baby to see.”

Leaving my shirt unbuttoned, I follow Chase and those clicking excuses to fuck she calls heels up the hall. “Daddy, Auntie Daisy had a baby! Like a really real one.” Jazzie squeals running up to me.

“I know,” I reply scooping her up in my arms. “That’s why we’re here.”

She scrunches up her nose, looking between Chase and me. “He cries really loud.”

“Gray’s face scares me sometimes too. So, show me the kid already. Is he as good looking as I am?” I ask carrying her past Henry into Daisy’s room.

“No need to worry, Daddy’s home.” I announce, sitting Jazzie on her feet. “Where’s my boy?”

Daisy rolls her eyes, but is unable to hide her grin. “Brannon Henry Cole.” She says handing him to me. The sleeping little boy in my arms will run the show at the house just as much as Jazzie does.

After negotiating with the guy who rented us the property, we all agreed to put down an offer to buy it outright. With kids, we knew there needed to be some place we owned other than a tour bus, even if they will be out on the road with us as much as possible. Renovations are underway so that both Aiden and Cam, along with Gray, Daisy and the Bran-man here, will have separate wings upstairs. Chase and I kept the basement apartment and I’m even looking into a caged in kennel for the Big Mack.

“You timed you’re deployment a little prematurely, Bran-man.” I say knowing he got evicted early from the happiest place on Earth. A great pussy really is better than Disney Land, just sayin’. It’s kinda sad if you look at it like I see it. If this kid knew how hard he’s going to work trying to get back inside one of those velvet vises later on, he would have put his feet up and chilled.

If I could, I would climb inside of Chase’s pussy and never leave. Although, Chase’s isn’t my mom, is she? So, yeah, not exactly the same thing, but you get the point. The lucky part is he has me to teach him my skills. To pass the torch, and train him in all the ways to conquer the world one pussy at a time. Just like I’m doing for Mack. Hunter Chesterfield, pussy whisperer.

“On the plus side, you look nothing like your dad.” Glancing up at Gray, I smile as he flips me off. “Where’s everybody else?”

“Mack took Cam and Aiden down to the cafeteria. Luke went with them I think.” Daisy looks up at me, expectantly. “Everything set?”

I wink at her. “You know I got this.”

When Jazzie climbs into Gray’s lap to steal the television remote, Chase walks over taking Brannon from me. “Gimmie, you’re such a baby hog. I can’t believe he’s finally here!” She gushes, cuddling him against her chest, making me immediately jealous. This baby is lucky as hell. He’s getting up close and personal with my woman’s sweater stretchers and no one calls him a pervert. “He’s so cute.”

The baby is a genius! I think the student has surpassed the teacher already…

Chase sways around the room; her sweater dress clings to her hips making my mouth water. “You’ve got everything ready right?” Daisy whispers. “I didn’t plan to leave so much left for you to do, Hunter. We never got a chance to…”

“Shh, Mack and I have the rest handled.” I wave her off, trying to keep my voice down so Chase doesn’t hear. “Daisy, you can’t control what goes on. Thought you learned lists were shit. Your water broke in a fucking jewelry store for fuck’s sake. Yes, it scared me shitless, but a Shaft man always knows when it’s time to come. Here you were worried you’d be overdue.”

Daisy rolls her eyes and I squeeze her hand reassuringly. After getting Daisy’s help to propose to Chase, the last thing I expected was for her to go into labor two weeks early, during the planning stages. Luke was flying in to do my new ink and while ring shopping, her damn water breaks. Chase, being the gossip queen, calls her brother on her way to meet us at the hospital. Only she finds out he’s in baggage claim waiting on Mack to pick him up. So, yes, my tattoo surprise was a bit of a bust. The ring in my pants pocket, not so much.
