Jack Newfield, John Sack, Michael Herr, Pete Hamill, Jimmy Breslin, Hunter Thompson, Norman Mailer, Terry Southern, Gay Talese, Tom Wolfe, and Gail Sheehy (the sole female representative, leading the pack).
