He smiled.

“I love your graceless cartwheels.”

“I love your stammering.”

“I love your cursing.”

“I curse?”

She touched her pink lips.

“Very much, you had the foulest mouth short of Paimon.”

Belial grinned.

“Must have been quite foul.”

“I still love it regardless.”

She wrinkled her nose at him.

“Maybe I will stop doing the cursing part.”

“Oh, really?”

He grinned.

“Why is that?”

Belial made a face.

“I am above such foul and base language.”

“Foul and
base?

“Yes, my language from now on will only be pure and proper.”

She sat up so she could look down her nose at him; being shorter, it didn’t have the effect she wanted.

Belial smiled.

“Oh, fuck it.”

He grinned.

“Never once did I imagine to hear the words ‘fuck it’ when I thought of this conversation.”

“You have thought of it?”

Endlessly
.”

He looked away.

“Ah, it is no wonder why you have these high expectations.”

Belial smiled.

“I will try to live up to them.

So please, tell me, what should we be doing?”

Andy interlaced their fingers.

“This.”

“This is nice, then what?”

“Then I imagined we might talk for awhile.”

“I think we have covered that bit.”

“I suppose.”

He nodded.

“If that is the case I imagined that at some point we would end up catching each other’s eye and not being able to look away.”

Belial looked up into his eyes.

“Like this?”

“Just like this.”

She leaned closer.

“Then what happens?”

Andy’s heart pounded.

He leaned in.

“I expect we would kiss.”

Their lips met, slowly, gently.

The only thing Andy could hear was the rush of blood past his ears.

Before he could blink, he had pulled his head back.

She smiled.

“Was that how you imagined?”

“I am not sure, that was rather quick.

I’m afraid my nerves prevented me from truly experiencing it.”

“We cannot have that.”

Belial leaned in.

“Let us try for another.”

Andy kissed her.

He closed his eyes and brought one hand up to run through her hair.

The other went around her back to hold her up.

Belial smiled into their kiss.

He opened his eyes and stared into her big blue eyes.

He broke the kiss.

“You are supposed to have your eyes closed.”

“But I wanted to watch you.”

Andy grinned and kissed her quickly.

“But what if I want to watch you?”

“I will close my eyes this time.”

She closed her eyes and waited for her kiss.

Andy looked her over in the light that painted her skin silver.

He kissed her forehead, then her hair.

He inhaled.

Her eyes opened.

“Was this part of the daydream?”

Andy kissed her cheek.

“I find that I may be going off my script.”

She grinned and tilted her head away, allowing him to kiss her neck.

“How does that feel?”

He kissed her earlobe.

“Frankly rather terrifying, but thrilling too.”

“Mmm.”

Belial nodded sagely.

“Those are good feelings.”

Andy leaned into her until her shoulder touched his.

He brushed out her hair with his hand and touched her neck, her shoulder.

He rubbed her arm, looking down between the two of them aware of how naked they both were.

“Belial?”

“Yes, Andrealphus?”

“I am at the part when things start to become rather more terrifying than thrilling.”

“Are you telling me I should take over?”

Andy felt dizzy.

“I think so.”

Belial grinned.

“I do not know what to do, but I will make it up as I go along.”

She put both hands on his shoulders.

He watched her.

Belial kissed him and wrapped her arms around him until their chests touched.

She leaned forward and he allowed her to push him to the ground.

Belial flopped to her side and they faced each other.

She held his face and kissed him.

She took his hand and placed it on her waist.

He slipped his hand around to her lower back and pulled her towards him, waiting for her to pull away, but she did not.

She pressed closer, the kisses deeper.

Andy pushed, rolling her to her back.

Belial smiled.

He did not let her go.

Andy propped himself up on one elbow and let his hand rest on her stomach.

His hand trembled, wanting to roam.

His fingertips danced lightly on her stomach.

She smiled.

“Are you going to tickle me to death?”

He blushed.

“Sorry.”

Belial grabbed his hand.

“Andrealphus?”

“Yes?”

She placed his hand on her breast.

“I am giving you permission to touch me, and I am inviting you to make use of that invitation.”

She kissed his ear.

“Make that an order, I am ordering you to touch me.”

Andy felt like he would pass out.

He rubbed his thumb across her skin, moving to caress a breast; her nipple was hard against his palm.

Andy swallowed audibly.

He squeezed her and kissed her neck, her collarbone.

He brought one hand under her back and lifted her up.

She dropped her head back leaving her open and exposed.

He kissed one breast, then the next.

Belial moaned softly, her hips bumped against his.

He rested his head on her ribs and took a deep breath.

He could feel her heart; it pounded just as hard and as fast as his did.

He looked at her face.

She appeared just as nervous.

He smiled.

That on top of everything else made him feel tremendously better.

Andy bit her nipple gently and she purred.

She wrapped an arm around his back and ran her hands through his feathers, kissing the wing that draped closest to her.

He traced his hand along her waist and scratched his nails lightly down one thigh.

She opened her legs for him.

She moved beneath him and pulled him on top of her.

Belial drew him up to her and kissed him again, long and deeply.

She wrapped a leg up with his.

Their stomachs and chests touched.

Andy held himself up with his arms, terrified of crushing her.

They broke their kiss gasping.

Belial’s eyes were wide, searching his.

Her breaths came in short and shallow gasps.

“Andrealphus, I—”

“Yes?”

Belial gulped.

“I am really nervous!”

Andy smiled.

“So am I.”

She laughed.

“Good, it is not just me.”

She blushed.

He bent down to kiss her.

Belial shifted underneath him raising a leg to wrap around his.

She closed her eyes and kissed his chest.

Andy leaned to one side and grabbed her hip with one hand.

He took a deep breath.

He pressed into her slowly and kept his eyes on her face.

She gasped.

He paused.

She shook her head.

“You are not hurting me!”

He smiled and thrust gently.

He kept himself controlled, watching for any sign of pain or fear.

He pressed her to the ground, resting inside her.

He took a deep breath and looked at her, at them.

He could not imagine a sensation that felt better or a woman more beautiful.

Belial relaxed underneath him and gave him a squeeze, making him gasp.

Her eyes shot open.

“Did I?”

“Nope, doesn’t hurt.”

“Good.”

She closed her eyes and pulled him into a kiss.

Andy rocked his hips, moving slowly.

He listened to her breathe, to the soft sounds that escaped her lips.

He thought them the most exquisite notes in existence.

Andy moved faster.

Her breaths hitched.

She held him to her and he slowed.

Belial grinned into his shoulder.

“No, no, what you were doing, keep doing that.”

He smiled and moved faster.

He held her in place and thrust, deeply but gently.

Belial’s breaths turned to moans.

Her hands grasped, nails scratching, willing him to continue, and urging him to go harder.

Andy clenched his jaw, unwilling to give himself over until he was positive that she was enjoying herself and satisfied.

Andy watched her face as her lips parted.

Her moans turned to cries.

He was briefly shocked, but he realized they were not cries of pain.

Her eyes shot open.

She looked towards the stars.

She rocked underneath him as her body filled with pleasure from toe to crown.

Her muscles squeeze around him in orgasm.

Belial gasped.

“I love you, Andrealphus!”

That’s when he lost it.

He kissed her and thrust harder, faster.

She wrapped her legs around him and pulled him into her.

He gasped for air.

He had nothing on his mind but this and her.

He held her hips and head tenderly, firmly, his movements no longer controlled.

He was ruled by sensation.

He squeezed his eyes shut as all his thoughts, imaginings and fears fell apart in a burst of ecstasy.

Andy cried out her name and gripped her tight.

Belial held on to him as he shuddered.

Her heart felt like it would burst.

Andy’s movements slowed.

His heart ached along with his body in the most pleasurable way.

He raised his head from her shoulder; he kissed her neck, her cheek, her lips.

“Belial, Belial.”

He kissed one eyelid, and then the other.

“You have torn my fears asunder.”

He kissed her cheek.

“I am no longer mine own, but yours, goddess divine.”

His lips moved to her other cheek.

“My love, my heart, my soul, forever yours, to own or give away.

I am at your every whim and mercy.”

Her eyes filled with tears she kissed him back.

“Then they stay mine forever, for nothing would make me part with you.”

He wrapped her in his arms and looked into her eyes.

“Living was worth you.”

Belial smiled shyly.

“Yes, it was.”

***

Jegudiel soared past Eden and bolted straight for space.

Raphael and Selaphiel watched him careen by.

He trailed starbursts of light in his wake, the look on his face one of absolute happiness.

Selaphiel and Raphael shared a look and raced after him.

Jegudiel’s heart sang without words, he had felt nothing better in his life.

He sighed and opened his eyes.

He noticed the Archangels flying on either side of him.

He grinned.

“Love won.

It won, it won, it won!”

Raphael gave him a once over.

“Who’re
you
in love with?”

“Me?

No one.

It’s Belial and Andy!

Innocence and heart, perfection intertwined at last.”
