Drinking Midnight Wine
has a little of everything—mystery, fantasy, horror, suspense, and a wicked sense of humor. Green throws it all in a blender and what comes out is a very satisfying story.”

The News-Star
(Monroe, LA)

“A trip worth taking. . . . Green weaves numerous plot threads together with vivid characters, sharp dialogue, and a touch of Terry Pratchettish absurdity. This world and these characters are so amusing that it will be a shame if Green doesn’t revisit them.”

Booklist

“Fans of the urban fantasies of Charles de Lint and Tanya Huff should enjoy this multilayered tale.”

Library Journal

“Magical characters abound and enthusiastically cross the borders between the real and the fantastic.”

Publishers Weekly

“An enchanting fantasy . . . one that makes me want to believe such places as Mysterie really exist.”

Midwest Book Review

“A treat for Green’s fans, especially those who’d like to see him turn his distinctive style to something a little different.”
—SF Site

“A highly satisfying comic fantasy—well-written, funny, and with a happy ending.”

SF Revu

Beyond the Blue Moon
“Continuing the adventures of a pair of charmingly roguish and intensely honorable heroes, this fast-moving, wisecracking [novel] belongs in most fantasy collections.”

Library Journal

“As always Green provides plenty of spectacular violence and some spectacular wonders.”

Locus

“What makes this novel stand out among its numerous peers is the lead characters whose love and commitment to one another in the midst of epic escapades keeps them grounded in humanity.”

Midwest Book Review

Blue Moon Rising
“Mr. Green turns quite a few fantasy clichés delightfully topsy-turvy in this wry, sometimes caustic narrative. The well-orchestrated plot features a bevy of fascinating characters, whose behavior varies from whimsical eccentricity to that of intense emotional motivation. This fantasy adventure is one readers will savor and enjoy for a long time to come.”
—Rave Reviews

“Really stands out from the crowd. Breathes new life into an old story.”

Science Fiction Chronicle

The Adventures of Hawk & Fisher
“Intrigue and magic ... an interesting and well-conceived blend.”

Science Fiction Chronicle

“Good fun.”

Bradford-on-Avon is a real town, with a real history. Most of the places described in this book really exist, as does much of the history. Anything else . . .
There is a world beyond the world.
There is a world beyond the world, a place of magics and mysteries, evils and enchantments, marvels and wonders. And you are never more than a breath away from all of it. Open the right door, walk down the wrong street, and you can find waiting for you every dream you ever had, including all the bad ones. Secrets and mysteries will open themselves to you, if something more or less than human doesn’t find you first. Magic is real, and so are gods and monsters.

There is a world beyond the world. But some things never change.

When Lives Collide

B
RADFORD-ON-AVON is an old town, and not all of its ghosts sleep the sleep of the just. Nestled in the rolling hills and valleys of the county of Wiltshire, in the ancient heart of the southwest of England, many kinds of people have lived in Bradford-on-Avon down the centuries, and some of their past deeds live on to trouble the present. The Romans have been here, and the Celts and the Saxons and the Normans. And other, stranger folk, less willing to be recorded in official histories. In this small county town, far and far from the seat of those who like to think they run things, the fate of two worlds will be decided, by one ordinary man who dares to love a woman who is so much more than she seems.
