So much for the relaxing shower.

Just as he was about to take matters into his own hand, so
to speak, the shower doors opened. He hoped he wasn’t imagining as he slowly
turned around to face a very naked and very aroused Parker.

Jace moved toward Parker, pressing him against the back
wall. Parker placed his hand on the side of Jace’s neck and pulled him in for a
slow kiss. Jace gripped Parker’s hips and rubbed himself against his cock.
Parker closed his eyes and deepened the kiss as their lower bodies moved into
one another. The sensation that was building in Jace’s stomach was quickly
moving lower.

“I couldn’t…” Parker broke the kiss and spoke in a frantic,
breathless tone. “…resist, knowing you were naked and wet.”

“Then let’s get you wet too.” Jace spun him around and
pulled him under the powerful stream of water. Parker turned to face him and
trailed his hand down Jace’s stomach, tentatively seeking permission to
continue.

Jace smiled before attacking Parker’s mouth with an
unrestrained urgency. Parker took Jace’s cock in his hand and slowly pumped him.
Jace wanted this man more than he’d ever wanted anyone. But it wasn’t just
physical. He was drawn to Parker, and the connection they were creating with
one another was deeper than he ever could’ve imagined when he initially pursued
him.

They kissed, touched, licked, and sucked every inch of each
other’s lips, mouth, neck, and shoulders as Parker kept a steady rhythm with
his hand. Jace wasn’t going to last much longer, but he wanted to take Parker
with him, so he quickly turned him around and pinned him against the wall with
his own body.

“You are making me crazy,” he whispered into Parker’s ear.
“Feel what you do to me.” He rubbed his swollen cock against Parker’s crack,
but Jace felt him immediately tense up. “Relax. I wouldn’t, not like this.”

Jace reached around and took Parker’s erection in his palm
while he continued to move his own cock against his opening. He closed his eyes
and focused on what it would actually feel like to be inside Parker right now.
How tight he would feel as he moved inside him. How he’d be the first, the
only, to ever claim him that way.

Jace was so caught up in the notion of fucking him he didn’t
even realize Parker was releasing until he felt him shoot his warm cum into his
hand.

“Jace,” Parker moaned. “I want you to take me that way.”

“What?” Jace said as he thrust his hips hard against
Parker’s ass.

“Say you’ll have me this way soon,” Parker breathed out. “I
need this from you.”

Jace stroked his own cock as he continued to rub the tip
against Parker’s backside.

“You don’t know how much I want you. It’s all I think about.
Oh God…” Jace was seconds away from exploding. He pressed his hand against the
tiled wall, thrust a few more times and then released against Parker’s lower
back, watching as it dripped down his well-sculpted ass.

Jace dropped his head against Parker’s shoulder and waited
until his breathing was under control before speaking. If dry humping this
man’s ass could have this effect on him, what the hell was it going to be like
when he actually got inside him?

“Not that I’m complaining,” Jace said as he kissed the back
of Parker’s neck, “but what are you doing here?”

“In your shower?” Parker turned and ran his lips along
Jace’s jaw.

“I know how you ended up here.” He wrapped his arms around
Parker’s waist. “I was naked and wet.”

Parker laughed.

“But I wasn’t expecting you so soon.” Jace kissed his lips.
“Not that I mind.”

“I spoke with Ava and she’s assured me that she’ll be fine
next Saturday night, so if the offer still stands, I’d like to go to New York
with you.”

Jace couldn’t believe Parker was agreeing to spend the night
with him. “Really?”

Parker nodded.

“Of course, I’d love for you to accompany me to New York.
We’ll have a great time.” Jace indulged in Parker’s lips for a few seconds before
pulling away. “As much as I love kissing you, this water is freezing. Can we
take this to a drier place?”

“Sure.” Parker shyly smiled. “As long as I’m with you, I
don’t care where we go.”

“I think I’d go just about anywhere with you.” Jace turned
off the shower, extended his hand for Parker, and led him out of the stall.

Chapter 7

Parker loved the city. When he was younger, his parents
would always take him to see musicals, and visit the museums and shops. His
mother loved to shop, and he’d picked up her bad habit. He hadn’t been to New
York City since he had dated that skinny model. She loved to shop too, so she
was quite fond of Parker’s wallet. Come to think of it, she was pretty fond of
his cock too. The girl was insatiable, but Parker couldn’t keep up with her. He
smiled when he realized why.

“What are you smiling about, gorgeous?” Jace pulled him from
his thoughts.

They were waiting in a small conference room of the hotel.
Jace was there to speak in front of fellow psychiatrists and psychologists and
then do an informal book signing. After that, he and Parker were doing an early
dinner and a show.

“Just how well-matched I am with you.” Parker watched as
Jace fidgeted with his tie. “May I?”

He walked over to Jace and straightened the pale gray
material for him. He stepped back and took in the sight before him. Jace was
stunning. He was masculine with his wide shoulders and broad chest, but he was
flawless. His expensive suit fit him to a tee, his shoes were shined, watch
sparkled, and his dress shirt had just the right amount of starch in it. He
didn’t even have an over-grown blond lock out of place. Before meeting Jace,
Parker always thought he was the most put together man he’d ever known, but
Jace put him to shame, and that was saying a lot considering Parker looked like
he stepped off the cover of GQ every day.

“Thank you,” Jace said. “I get a little edgy before speaking
in front of my colleagues.”

“Why?” Jace always appeared so confident, especially when it
came to his profession. Parker just assumed this was all second nature to him.

“I still have a hard time believing anyone would listen to
what I have to say.” He smiled. “It’s getting easier now that I’m a little
older. I really felt ridiculous when I was twenty-five and speaking to a room
full of established doctors.”

“That’s when you published your first book.”

“Researching me, Mr. Phillips?”

“Perhaps, Dr. Cross.” He took his hand and gave it a gentle
squeeze. “You’ll do just fine. I’m certain of it.”

“I have something this time I’ve never had before.” He
stroked Parker’s cheek.

“What’s that?” Parker leaned into Jace’s hand, enjoying his
touch.

“You’re with me.” He smiled. “I feel really good you’re
here.”

“Me too.”

Jace leaned in to kiss Parker, but Parker stopped him. He’d
been doing some thinking about this public appearance but he wasn’t sure he
should say anything. “Jace?” Parker was apprehensive about asking his next
question and as always, Jace sensed something was off.

“What is it?”

“Your colleagues, they know you’re gay?”

“Yes, Parker, I don’t hide my orientation, but I understand
if you’re not willing to share yours.”

“It’s just that my family doesn’t know yet, and a lot of
those doctors out there are from Connecticut and my father is a pretty
prominent surgeon.” Parker felt like a colossal asshole for even bringing this
up, especially five minutes before Jace had to go out and speak, but it had
been on his mind and he didn’t know how to approach it. “And I’m pretty
well-known back at home too.” Parker ran his fingers through his hair as he
tried not to offend Jace, but he may have been too late.

“I get it,” Jace said. Parker sensed his aggravation. “How
can you expect anyone else to accept who you are if you can’t?”

“It’s not like that.” Parker knew this wasn’t the right time
for this conversation. “I don’t mean to offend you, it’s just that—”

“No.” Jace held up his hand. “Not now, okay?”

“Oh, of course,” Parker mumbled. “I’m sorry.”

“I need to go over my speech. I reserved a seat down in front
for you, I mean, if you want to sit there. I told them you were a friend and my
attorney.”

Parker smiled because Jace always thought of everything. He
should have known Jace wouldn’t expose him unintentionally.

“It’s up to you, though.” Jace glanced down at his feet. “I
don’t want you to feel awkward.”

“Of course I want to sit up front,” Parker said. “If that’s
where you want me.”

“I want to be able to look into the crowd and see your
beautiful eyes.” Jace quickly kissed Parker. “I need to go over this now.” He
held up his note cards. “I’ll see you soon.”

“Good luck, Jace.” Parker gently kissed him back. “You’ll do
great.”

Parker turned to leave the room, but before he did, he
glanced over his shoulder and stared at Jace for a few seconds. He was flipping
through his index cards with the most intense look on his face. His brow was
crinkled and his jaw was so tight. Parker hoped he hadn’t upset him. He felt
like a jerk for not being ready to go public. He was trying, but he just needed
more time.

* * * *

Jace’s speech had gone tremendously well, but the book
signing took longer than expected. Everyone in the room wanted a signed copy
and they all wanted a chance to hold a conversation with Jace. Parker could see
why. He was young, charismatic, and brilliant. Parker watched from across the
room as Jace charmed and dazzled both men and women. He knew his subject matter
and worked the room like a well-oiled politician. Parker was not only
impressed, but incredibly aroused. This amazing man that everyone wanted in
some capacity was his. That revelation was staggering on so many levels.

Parker had to find a way to show Jace how much he meant to
him. When Jace looked up from the last book he was signing and sought out
Parker’s face, giving him a bright smile and a wink, Parker realized just how
much he wanted to be his and he didn’t care who knew. He walked over to where
Jace was sitting and gently placed his book down in front of him.

“You haven’t signed mine yet, Dr. Cross.” Parker smirked.

“Really? And why is it that you’re last in line?” Jace
smiled up at him.

“I have a request.”

“Anything.”

“I was hoping you’d do it in private,” Parker said softly.

Jace scribbled something in the inside cover. “There are
more important things I’d like to do when we’re in private, and signing a book
isn’t one of them.”

“I see.” Parker glanced down at his watch. “I believe we’re
going to be late for dinner, Dr. Cross. It seems as though your legions of fans
have detained you for far too long.”

“I’m not really that hungry, not for food anyway.”

“Hmm,” Parker murmured as Jace handed the book back to him.

“I’m not really in the mood for a show either.” Jace smiled
as he stood up and walked around the table. “It’s clearing out here, so I think
it’s safe for us to leave. Are we headed to the theater or upstairs to our
room?”

“Upstairs,” Parker said as he casually headed toward the
elevator.

Jace followed, smiling and waving to the few stragglers left
in the room.

It was a slow, torturous ride to the top. Every time Jace
tried to touch Parker the doors would open and someone would get on. Parker
smirked at Jace’s impatience. Finally, when they stepped off, Jace grabbed
Parker’s hand and pulled him toward their room, quickly sliding the keycard
down and placing the
do not disturb
sign on the door.

“That was by far the longest elevator ride of my life.” Jace
removed his jacket and loosened his tie.

“It was an even longer book signing.” Parker did the same
with his jacket, but completely removed his tie and unbuttoned his shirt. Jace
stopped him.

Parker looked at him questioningly.

“I want to take your clothes off.” He unbuttoned and removed
Parker’s shirt and then pulled the hem of his tee up over his head before
pressing his lips against his mouth.

Parker reached for Jace’s tie and then the buttons of his
shirt, removing them both and tossing them in the growing pile of clothes in
the entryway.

“You were amazing today,” Parker said against Jace’s lips.
“I was so proud of you.”

Jace slipped off his shoes and socks then reached for his belt
buckle. “I couldn’t stop staring into your eyes when I was speaking. It was
very distracting.”

Parker trailed kisses down Jace’s naked chest, as he dropped
down and knelt in front of him. He ran his hands up Jace’s thighs and over his
erection before undoing his pants and pulling them down. Jace stepped out of
them as Parker placed hot, open-mouth kisses along his lower abdomen.

Parker had never done this but he’d wanted to try for a few
weeks. He slowly slipped Jace’s boxers down and took his cock in his hand,
leaning forward and lightly swirling his tongue over the tip.

Jace jerked his hips forward, causing more of his cock to
slide into Parker’s mouth. Jace’s eagerness encouraged Parker to continue. He
sucked harder, taking what didn’t fit in his hand and pumping in a fast, hard
motion.

“Ahh…” Jace moaned. “You’re so fuckin’ good at this. You
look so hot suckin’ my cock.”

Parker hummed around Jace’s dick, gaining more confidence by
his lover’s words. He loved when Jace talked dirty to him. He wanted to bring
him the pleasure Jace always brought to him.

After a few minutes of heavy breathing and moaning, Jace
reached down and gently tugged on Parker’s hair. “Baby, I don’t want to come in
your mouth right now.” Parker looked up at him and waited for Jace to tell him
what he wanted. He would do whatever he needed. Jace ran his fingers through
Parker’s hair. “There are other places I’d like to explore.”
