12-oz. tube refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 T. olive oil
12 slices pepperoni, quartered
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. shredded pizza-blend cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. Italian seasoning
1/4 t. garlic salt
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; place in a bowl. Toss biscuit pieces with oil and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add biscuits; toss well to coat. Arrange in a Bundt
®
pan lined with well-greased aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden. Turn bread out of pan onto a serving plate while still warm. Makes about 2 dozen pieces.
Super-simple cheese snacks! Cut several 8-ounce packages of cream cheese into 10 cubes each. Shape cubes into balls and roll in finely chopped pecans or snipped fresh parsley. Arrange on a plate, cover and pop in the fridge until party time.
It’s OK to play with your food! Use pepperoni slices, olives, strips of pepper and other toppings to make funny faces on your little pizzas.

15-oz. can pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: pepperoni slices
Place muffin halves on an ungreased baking sheet, cut-side up. Spread each with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese. If desired, top each muffin half with several pepperoni slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until edges are toasty and cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings of 2 muffin halves each.
