Poor digestion.

Sluggish liver and lymphatic function.

Lack of digestive enzymes.

Hereditary predisposition.

Bright sunlight.

Food intolerances.

Action plan

Try to find the root cause by systematically working through the potential trigger areas.

EAT/DRINK

Cabbage, cauliflower, sprouted broccoli seeds, celery, kale, seaweed. Rosacea is often a sign of liver toxicity, and these foods are all helpful to the liver.

Fiber and raw foods and vegetable juices to prevent constipation.

Pineapple and papaya as a good source of food enzymes that aid digestion.

Brown rice and lentils, beans, dates, wheat germ, beets, green vegetables like spinach, almonds, and sunflower seeds, which are all sources of vitamin B, as in my experience most people with this condition are deficient.

Drink a cup of warm water with a squeeze of lemon first thing in the morning and last thing at night to alkalize your system.
