Action plan

I want you to increase your fruit and vegetable intake to at least eight portions a day, and cut out any junk. I promise you’ll notice the difference.

EAT/DRINK

Fresh vegetable juices throughout the day—in particular carrot, lettuce, nettle, watercress, celery, and dandelion.

Vegetables, especially green leafy vegetables, carrots, onions, and garlic.

Seaweed, liquid blue-green algae.

Brown rice, mung beans, millet, and wheat germ.

Live sprouts.

Herring.

Sunflower seeds, raw shelled hemp seeds, sesame seeds.

AVOID

Fatty or processed meats.

Refined carbohydrates such as white rice, white bread, and white pasta.

Processed foods such as cakes, cookies, processed packaged meals and soft drinks.

Dairy products.
