He didn’t sound angry or bitter. He sounded sincere, and something inside of Olivia gave way. He really would. If the only way to be with her and give her full satisfaction was to use toys every time, he’d do it.

She threw the pink vibrator to the side, grasped his wrist, stopping the thrusting, and also tossed the purple one—still humming—to the floor. Then she ripped the towel off of Cody and pulled him in. He slid into her easily, the feeling completely different but so much better.

“Liv,” he said gruffly, holding himself stiff. “No condom.”

“Don’t care.” She didn’t. This was Cody. He was clean, and if she got pregnant, so be it. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him anyway.

This was
Cody
. Filling her, hooking her knees over his elbows and spreading her wide. This was Cody. The man who baked with her, who put up with her romantic notions and optimistic view of everything. The man who laughed at her inability to tell a decent joke, who knew she was secretly a horrible speller and knew that she was addicted to the TV show
Beverly Hills 90210.
This was Cody who was looking down at her like she was the most beautiful thing in the world, even though she was slightly broken in the orgasm department. Cody, who would do anything for her.

The love she felt for him welled up inside of her.

“Make love to me,” she whispered.

His hands went under her butt and he lifted her, thrusting once, sliding in fully.

“Forever, if you’ll let me.”

Then he moved. And it was like fireworks were going off inside of her. He thrust and withdrew, thrust and withdrew, hitting a spot that made her want to scream.

So she did. She screamed his name as the most intense orgasm of her life washed over her.

Cody only thrust a few more times before he too was over the edge.

When he finally slumped down on the bed beside her and pulled her up against his side, she snuggled close.

“Sorry,” she whispered.

“That might have been the hottest thing I’ve ever seen.” Then he yawned.

She shifted to look at him. “You weren’t mad?”

“Maybe a little at first. You faked an orgasm with me, didn’t you?”

“Yeah. The second time. Not the first,” she was quick to add.

“Don’t do it again.” He yawned again.

“Okay.”

“I’ve never watched a woman with a vibrator like that before,” he said sleepily.

“Yeah?” She was glad about that. Though she was sure they were
not
going to have a long, drawn-out conversation about what all Cody had and had not seen with other women.

“It was way hot.”

“Well, if you like that…I’ve had a lot of practice,” she said lightly.

She was beyond thrilled to have had a real, true, normal orgasm. But if he wanted to incorporate toys in their sex life, she’d be okay with that.

“Oh, I liked it, and you’re going to show me all kinds of stuff,” he said, his eyes already shut.

“It’ll be my pleasure,” she said, also letting her eyes slide closed.

“Damn right it will,” was the last thing she heard.

Chapter Eight

You have no idea how many times I’ve imagined you and me on your desk.

If it involves you and a short skirt pulled up and your legs spread, then I’m right with you.

Olivia felt heat flood her as she read Cody’s text in response to hers. She really had imagined a lot of delicious and dirty things happening with Cody on his desk. And in his office chair. And against his wall. And on
her
desk.

Now that she’d been with him in real life, those fantasies had only gotten hotter.

Don’t even get me started on the copy machine,
he texted.

Olivia had loved Cody for almost two years. Now, though, since he’d become her lover, she had no idea how she’d resisted jumping him a long time ago.

The orgasm thing was getting better. Cody made sure she had one every time—with fingers, tongue, toys or a combination. But it was important to him that she come every time. She loved it all, of course, but the ones where he was inside her were the best. They were also happening about fifty percent of the time. Still, that was good. It beat doing it herself.

She leaned back in her chair, propping her feet up on her desk, feeling cocky. Foreplay was the key and Cody was really, really good at it. They’d flirt, saying dirty things as they passed in the hallway all day long. He’d touch her whenever given the chance. Interestingly, when he took her elbow and squeezed gently, it was as arousing as when his hand ran over her butt when she was bending over to get more napkins out of a lower cupboard.

Of course, she was also bending over more than usual lately.

And she was now wearing skirts and heels around the office. And touching up her lip gloss and spritzing her body spray by her desk instead of going into the restroom like usual. The big interior windows that made up two walls of Cody’s office—one that overlooked Olivia’s desk—were convenient when it came to teasing him. She was also wearing lip gloss and refreshing her body spray a lot more than usual. He’d told her that it almost killed him when her lips were shiny—like they were after she’d sucked on him—and when he smelled her body spray when he walked by her desk

It was fun to tease Cody, and it definitely got her going as well. Every night after work, they barely got through her—or his—front door before they were stripping.

With her feet up on the desk, the skirt pulled up on her thighs, and she knew he could see—and was looking—from his office.

She giggled and started to text him about what she wanted him to do to her on the coffee table that night when she heard, “You have such a cushy job.”

Startled, she tried to turn and put her feet down at the same time. She nearly ended up tipping out of the chair entirely. Catching herself at the last second, she looked up to find her brother in the doorway.

“Conner!” Oh crap. Damn.
Pull it together, Olivia
.

“Hey.” He came forward with a frown. “You okay?”

“Yeah. Of course.” She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and smoothed a hand over her skirt.
Be cool. Be cool. He won’t know anything if you don’t tell him. Or act like an idiot.
“You scared me.”

Her phone chimed with a new text.

And hide your phone.

She felt her cheeks heat, and she tried to surreptitiously slide her phone from her desk into her top drawer.

She shifted uncomfortably as it chimed again. She was like a trained lab animal, reacting to the sound instantly.

The sexting was the best they could do at work. The house was staffed twenty-four-seven, and Cody’s office had all the windows. Nothing was going to ever actually happen at work in spite of their fantasies.

“You working hard?” Conner asked.

She made herself laugh. “Always.” She got to her feet, trying to act nonchalant. “So what are you doing here?”

“Thought I’d stop and see if Cody can help me put the new dishwasher in at my place tonight.”

That wasn’t going to work. She had plans to keep Cody naked for much of the night.

“Uh, I don’t—” She broke off, pretending to cough. She couldn’t tell Conner that Cody was busy tonight. How would she know that? Why would she care?

“Finally bought it, huh?” Cody asked, stepping out of his office.

“It was on sale.” Conner glanced at her.

She tried not to make eye contact. Then made a point of making eye contact since not making eye contact would seem suspicious.

“You sure you’re okay?” Conner asked.

She forced a smile. Then felt like maybe it was too big and toned it down a little. Then hoped it wasn’t too small. “Great.
Totally
great.”

Conner raised an eyebrow at her emphasis.

Cody moved around behind him, going for the water cooler. He caught her eye over Conner’s shoulder and gave her a very clear what-the-hell-are-you-doing-just-act-natural look.

Olivia focused on not looking guilty.

“Well, good,” Conner said. He turned to Cody. “How’s tonight? I’ll grill a couple of steaks.”

“How about tomorrow? Olivia asked me for some help tonight.”

Yeah, help out of her panties. Help holding her up against the wall. Help having a screaming orgasm.

Conner glanced at her and she blinked at him, hoping it looked innocent.

“What do you need help with?” Conner asked her. “I could do something for you now and free Cody up later.”

Gross
.

She thought fast, but couldn’t quite get past the disturbing idea of Conner coming over and finding her in the tight red dress with the flames on it she’d found at an online costume shop.

Then she thought about how Cody had promised to wear his fire helmet tonight.

And only his fire helmet.

“Liv?”

She realized she’d taken way too long to answer and Conner was staring at her. He looked suspicious.

“Hot…sauce,” she finally said. For some reason.

Yeah. He should totally be suspicious.

“Hot sauce?”

“I’m helping her with a new recipe,” Cody said smoothly. “It’s a dip.”

He gave her a wink when Conner wasn’t looking.

His quick thinking and the way he rescued her were impressive. Hot sauce? What was she doing?

“A dip?” Conner asked.

“Yeah,” Cody answered. “It’s this creamy, spicy dip that is so good you want it on
everything
.”

Olivia gasped, then tried to cover it with a laugh. She’d completely made that dirty in her mind.

Conner frowned at her.

She had a problem.

“We’re, um, messing with the recipe tonight,” she said, going with Cody’s story. “So we don’t know that it’s that good yet.”

“Oh, but all the ingredients are awesome,” Cody said. “There’s no way it won’t be good.”

“So what’s to mess with?” Conner asked. “You throw it all together and mix it up.”

“You’d think so, wouldn’t you?” Cody asked, perching on the edge of her desk and sipping from his paper cup of water. “But surprisingly, the order you put things together in, how hard and fast you mix it, how hot you get it, all makes a difference.”

Okay, he’d meant
that
dirty. Surely. Hadn’t he?

Was she so horny that everything was going to sound dirty?

Possibly.

She was positive that she was so horny that when she got Cody home she was definitely going to have an orgasm. At least one.

“Oh.” Conner shrugged. “Does that have to be tonight?”

It most certainly did.

And if this conversation continued, she was so giving herself and Cody away.

She looked at Cody. He was going to have to wear the suspenders, pants and boots with the helmet tonight. But no shirt. His chest and abs would look fantastic with suspenders only. And when he unsnapped them, the pants would slip low on his hips.

Liv
,” Conner said, clearly exasperated. “Do you need Cody
tonight
?”

She nodded solemnly. “I really do. This can’t wait.”

“The hot sauce dip can’t wait?” Conner asked.

Cody coughed and Olivia glanced at him. He’d started this. The whole thing was his fault.

“I need this dip,” she told Conner. “Tonight. For sure.”

“And I can’t let her do this on her own,” Cody said. “I mean, she’s great by herself, but together it turns out better, I think. I can help her with the adjustments.”

Olivia knew she was blushing, but Cody’s words put images in her mind about doing things on her own versus with him.

They should not be talking like this.

With
Conner
.

“Fine. If this dip is that important.” Conner rolled his eyes. “How about Monday? I have to work the next few days.”

“Sounds good,” Cody agreed.

“Okay. See ya.”

Conner left and Olivia blew out a long breath.

“You’re so naughty,” Cody said, moving in close.

I’m
naughty?” she asked, looking up at him.

“You said hot sauce.” He leaned in. “I do love your creamy hot sauce.”

She couldn’t help it. She kissed him.

It didn’t last nearly long enough. A door slammed and she pulled back, remembering where they were. “I can’t believe I just did that.”

“What? Telling your brother that you and I were going to have hot dip together tonight?”

“No—well, yes. And that I kissed you. Here. At work.”

He looked around. “We’re alone.”

She pushed him back. “For this moment. Still, we’re going to get caught. They’re all going to wonder why I breathe fast while making copies.”

“Why do you?” he asked with a little grin.

“Because of yesterday.”

“The text about bending you over it?” he asked. “I really do love that black tile behind it. It would work like a mirror. I’d be able to see your face as I—”
