“That’s the spot, isn’t it, baby?”

He slowly fucked her with methodical strokes designed to shatter her sanity. She nodded wordlessly, unwilling to break the spell by struggling to come up with coherent words as she rode his cock, chasing her orgasm. She sat up, her muscles tightening as he stroked her clit with his thumb. She held her breasts in her hands, pinching her nipples until the sensation set off a flurry of shocks. The muscles in her legs locked, and she tried to keep the moan inside her and was only partially successful. Seth gripped her hips and helped her continue the motion, rubbing her clit and G-spot simultaneously.

Her core rippled and she slid her hands through her hair and over her head, raising them to the moonlit sky as the orgasm tore through her in a blazing wave of ecstasy, a breathless cry flying from her lips.

As she collapsed on his chest, Seth rolled them and lifted her hips as he kneeled between her legs and fucked her with the abandon of a wild animal. She held on and the tension built inside her as she watched him in fascination. His muscular arms were flexed and tense, his pecs tight, and his neck corded as he tilted his head back. Pleasure burst inside her again as his jaw fell open and a sound of pure satisfaction escaped him.

Her body was one big pulse as she panted, trying to catch her breath. She loved this side of Seth. He was normally so controlled, so gentle. When he let go of the part of him that was civilized, the man who remained sent lust shivering through her with the insatiable need to give in to him. Give him everything he wanted.

As he tumbled to the chaise beside her, he asked, “Did I hurt you?” Always, afterward, he asked this question.

“No. You gave it to me exactly how I wanted. I’ll be ready for more when you are, caveman.”

Seth chuckled and pulled her into the warmth of his arms and covered them with the scattered covers. “Come here, my sexy little librarian.”

“Tattooing and making love to the virginal town librarian weren’t experiences you ever thought you’d have, were they?”

He shook his head. “Not hardly. I told you once that life experience wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. But some are. Like with Toby, the first time I saw you, Jayne, you owned my heart.”

Lying there with the breeze ruffling the trees overhead and around them, Jayne knew it was her men—Seth and Toby—who owned the heart that beat inside her.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I live in South Central Texas, writing the type of novel I love to read: more erotic and edgy than the mainstream, with plenty of sweet romance mixed in. I write erotic romances exclusively for Siren Publishing, under their Everlasting imprint. My love of romantic fiction began as a teenager when my mom gave me copies of Kathleen Woodiwiss’s
The Flame and the Flower
and Bertrice Small’s
Skye O’Malley.
To this day I’m pretty sure that was her idea of the “birds and the bees” talk.

My husband and I met in a scenario very much like the ones I’ve written about. He was the alpha hero who stepped in when this “damsel in distress” needed rescuing from a nefarious pervert. It’s no wonder I went on to write erotic romance when I had him to inspire me. My favorite type of hero is the gentle, lovable giant, but readers will discover a variety of heroes and alphas in my novels, from nearly perfect to very flawed. I hope readers relate to my heroines and the challenges and dilemmas they face head-on.

I love to chat with readers on Facebook and enjoy talking about my books and whatever else comes to mind on my blog,
The Divine Tease
. When not pounding on my keyboard, I’m usually busy corralling my kids or loving on my smokin’ hot husband, who thankfully loves to cook.
