She knew he was kidding, but that did it. She rolled her eyes at him
and
stuck her tongue out at him. She wasn’t stupid, though—no sooner had she done it, she leapt out of the tub and raced for the bedroom. It was nearly empty, save for the nightstand and mattress they’d already moved in. He was only half a step behind her, and she found herself out of places to run. With wide eyes and a smile playing on her lips, she found herself backed against the wall. As he approached, making her pulse speed up, he grinned in triumph. They both knew he had her exactly where he wanted her. They were both still dripping water and their bodies were smeared with bubbles, but none of that seemed to matter as he caught her around the waist and pulled her in for a long, urgent kiss.
“Well, since you’ve been a
mostly
good girl, I think I can grant your request.”
“Mostly?” she echoed indignantly.
“Hush,” he admonished gently as he pushed her toward the mattress. She fell on it easily and in seconds he was on top of her. He was kissing and caressing every inch, so quickly and with such ardor that she thought she could die right then and go happily. When she reached for him, he stopped her and continued paying homage to every part of her until she wanted him so bad she ached with it.
“Please, daddy,” she whimpered.
“What is it, honey? What does my baby need?”
“Please, please take me.”
“Well, since you asked like a lady this time…” When he plunged into her wet depths, she wrapped her legs around his back, determined never to let him go.
“I love you,” she cried out as he thrust hard into her pussy.

She raised her face to his and began to kiss him with wild abandon as she ran her fingernails down his back. She would show him, if it took every day for the rest of her life. There would be no greater joy than to prove it to him.

She smiled as she inhaled his manly musk, loving the way his body fit against her own. She closed her eyes and was just beginning to drift off to sleep when she felt him stir.
“Scarlett?”
“Hmm?”
“Don’t ever let me hear you say

outside of this bedroom again, understand? It’s not polite.”
She fought to hold back a giggle and cuddled closer. “Yes, daddy.”
“And one more thing.”
“Hmm?”
“I love you too.” He kissed her forehead and held her tightly. “And I always will.”
