“Thanks,” he said. “It’s nice to know I am in capable hands.” He finally let go and turned his attention back to her boss.

“I’ll leave you with Candice,” Harry finished. “She’ll show you to your seat and settle you in for the flight. Have a good trip.” He went to have a brief word with the pilot and then disappeared back down the stairs to the tarmac.

“If you just follow me sir,” Candice said and was sure she saw the flicker of a smile pass over his lips again.

“Call me Marcus,” the billionaire said.

Candice thought of the sheet of paper she’d been given. Point number one at the top of the dislikes was that he didn’t like being called by his first name and preferred Mr. Bellingham or sir. It seemed that somebody made a mistake in compiling the list and she wondered if any of the rest of it was correct. She decided to discard what she learned about the man from the sheet of paper and just go with her instincts. She’d met enough wealthy clients during her time in the job to have an idea of their preferences. Candice smiled. “Sure,” she replied. “Whatever you prefer Marcus.” They made their way into the interior of the plane. “This is your seat,” she said. “Would you like me to hang up your jacket?” He took it off and handed it over. The jacket had disguised his muscular frame to an extent, but Candice could make out his impressive physique through the shirt. She took the jacket and placed it on a hanger in a wardrobe compartment then made her way back to Marcus. He was already seated and strapped in and she pointed out the various facilities to him. The plane was set up more like an office than anything else as most of the clients wanted to work and keep in touch with what was happening as they traveled. “Is there anything you need before we leave?” she asked finally. The flicker of a smile passed over his lips again, but the billionaire said nothing as he shook his head.

Candice made her way back to the front of the plane and knocked on the cockpit door. “The client is settled in and we are all set,” she said when it opened. The co-pilot went to close the outer door and then returned to the cockpit. Before long the plane was moving smoothly towards the runway and the pilot’s voice came over the intercom system.

“We’ve been give the all clear by the control tower,” he started. “Just sit back and relax and we’ll be on our way in minutes.” Candice did a last minute check that Marcus was comfortable and strapped in and then went to her own seat at the front of the aircraft. She fastened her seatbelt just before the plane gathered speed as it hurtled down the runway. Candice gripped the edge of her seat hard. Even after so many flights, the nervousness of taking off still took hold, but as the plane smoothly left the ground and soared up towards its cruising altitude she relaxed and got herself ready for the job at hand.

When the pilot gave her the green light, she quickly stood and put an apron over her uniform. When she moved into the interior of the aircraft she saw that the billionaire already seemed to be hard at work, his attention focused intensely on the papers in front of him. She moved to stand beside the seat and was struck by just how handsome he was when he looked up at her. The picture on the screen during the briefing didn’t do him justice, she thought

“Sorry to disturb you,” she said, shaking off the thought as she handed over a small pamphlet. “That’s a list of the food and drink available so if there is anything you need just let me know.”

“OK,” he said and put the pamphlet down. “For the moment I’ll just have a black coffee, no sugar.”

“Sure,” Candice replied and moved away to get the drink. She was quick to return, seeing that Mr. Bellingham was still concentrating on the papers he was reading. She waited until she caught his attention and handed over the coffee.

“Sit down” he said as he took a sip, indicating the seat opposite him.

“Oh…, I don’t want to disturb your concentration when you are working,” Candice replied.

The smile returned to his lips. “You won’t be,” he went on. “This flight takes…, what? Around 17 hours?” he asked. Candice nodded her head. “I don’t plan to spend the whole time working,” Marcus continued. “So some company would be nice.”

“OK,” she agreed and sat. She pulled the hem of her skirt down and when she looked up saw that the billionaire’s gaze was taking in her legs. He didn’t seem embarrassed at being caught and made no effort to look away. Candice had met enough billionaires during her working life to not be particularly overawed by them, but as Marcus’s gaze lingered on the hem of her skirt she felt a growing nervousness. He finally looked up at her face.

“So, how long have you been working for AEA Jets?” he asked.

“It’s been around three years now,” she replied.

“That’s a lot of billionaires,” he went on.

Candice laughed. “I guess so. I’ve met a few.”

“And none have snapped you up,” he said. “That’s hard to believe.”

She felt her nervousness grow at the intense gaze directed at her and wasn’t sure if he was teasing her or being serious. “No…,” she finally replied. “I guess I’m not their type.”

“Oh I don’t know about that,” Marcus continued. “Billionaire’s appreciate beautiful women the same as any other man.”

The smile playing on his lips showed that he was teasing and Candice flushed at the obvious compliment. She cursed silently at the effect he was having on her and tried to get control of herself. It was proving difficult though and the unwavering gaze of Marcus continued to bring out her nerves. “I guess I should get back to work,” she said and stood.

“I thought I was your work,” the billionaire said, the teasing smile remaining on his face.

“I…, umm…, need to check on a few things,” she lied. “Just call me if you need anything.”

“OK, I’ll make sure to do that,” Marcus said. “I’ll look forward to us…, talking more during the rest of the flight. Maybe I’m the one that will snap you up.” His attention returned to the papers in front of him before Candice could reply, although in all honesty she didn’t know how to respond to his final comment. Her nervousness was edging higher at the teasing and she let out a sigh of relief as she returned to the front of the plane. Get a grip, she chided herself, but she could still feel the flush of heat in her face and the nerves made her shudder. She peeked through at the billionaire. He was focusing his attention on his work and Candice wondered just what was in store for the remainder of the flight when that attention returned to her.

Marcus worked for a few hours and Candice kept him supplied with coffee as requested. His focus remained on his papers and little passed between them as she moved back and forward. This changed when he finally put the papers back in his briefcase. He called Candice through and she found him sitting with the pamphlet open in front of him. “I think I’ll have the breakfast,” he said.

“Sure,” she replied. “Just give me ten minutes or so to get it ready for you and I’ll serve it.”

“No rush,” he said. “We have plenty of time together.” Candice felt the shiver ripple along her spine as she saw the teasing smile return to his face. She made her way back to the galley area to prepare the breakfast and when it was ready served it. Twenty minutes later she returned to collect the plates and cutlery.

“Do you have any wine?” Marcus asked as she turned to leave.

Candice turned back. “The details are in the pamphlet,” she replied.

“Maybe I’ll just come and have a look for myself,” he went on.

Candice felt the sudden rush of a quickening pulse as the billionaire loosened his seatbelt and stood. “There’s really no need,” she said. “If you stay seated I’ll be happy to serve you the wine of your choice.”

“It’s no problem,” Marcus said and as Candice turned to move back to the galley area she could feel his eyes on her as he followed. When they arrived she bent down to store away the used plates and cutlery. The galley space was small and confined and when she stood again she could feel the presence of the billionaire close behind. She turned and pointed towards a cupboard behind him.

“The wine is in there,” she said. Marcus moved a little to the side, but Candice still had to brush past him closely and felt her pulse quicken even more. She reached to the cupboard and opened it to show the bottles. “Do you prefer red or white?” she asked.

“Hmm…, some white would be nice to relax with,” he said.

“OK,” Candice went on. “We have a choice of Champagne, Chardonnay and Mosel. Do you have any preference?”

“A little Chardonnay I think,” he replied. Candice took out the bottle and a glass. She brushed past the billionaire again and felt the rush of heat that it brought out. Reaching to a drawer she grabbed a corkscrew and opening the bottle, poured a glass. She held it out to Marcus. “You won’t join me?” he asked.

Candice shook her head. “Against company policy,” she replied.

“Do I look like I would tell on you?” he teased and moved a little closer. He took a sip and held out the glass to Candice. “Go on,” he said when she stood staring at the glass. “Live a little dangerously.”

Candice knew what she was doing was wrong and could get her in trouble, but she suddenly couldn’t stop herself. She reached for the glass and took a quick sip and handed it back. Marcus took another mouthful of wine and then looked at the glass. He could see the lipstick smear and grinned. “It adds to the taste,” he said.

“Oh sorry, I’ll get you another glass,” Candice said.

“No…, I’ll stick with this one,” he said. “The taste is nice, but it must be even better on your lips.”

Candice looked at the lipstick stain on the glass, realizing the taste he was talking about wasn’t the wine and could feel the breath spilling from her a little harder as the billionaire pressed even closer. She knew she should move away, knew she should stop what was happening before it went too far, but suddenly she didn’t want to. A shiver ran along her spine as Marcus leaned in, his lips caressing gently against her own. The muscular arms wrapped around her body, pulling her into a tight embrace and she sank into the kiss as it became more intense. Candice could feel the response of her body, her heartbeat racing and the heat growing between her thighs. A soft gasp escaped her lips when the billionaire pulled back and she gazed up at him.

“I can’t do this,” she said quietly, but saw the look in his eyes. A thrill took hold of her as she knew he wasn’t going to stop, was going to take what he wanted and she suddenly felt powerless to stop it. The feeling was exciting and agonizing at the same time. She knew she should back away, but as Marcus leant into another kiss she made no attempt to stop him.

“Didn’t I tell you to live a little dangerously,” he said with a grin when the kiss broke. “Turn around.”

“No…,” hissed Candice, “we can’t do this.” She gasped as the hands grabbed her forcefully and spun her around. “Stop…” she protested quietly. “It’s too risky, we could get caught.”

“But isn’t the risk a real rush,” Marcus said and Candice could hear the heat of excitement in his voice. The risk of being caught seemed to be a turn on for him, heightening his desire and she felt the tight grip on her hips. She was pulled back and shuddered as the hardness pressed onto her. A groan escaped her lips and she bit onto them, trying to hold back the sound. Candice could feel the hardness grinding onto her and the heat between her thighs grew. She was getting carried away in the moment and closed her eyes, trying to find the willpower to stop what was happening. It didn’t come and she bit her lip harder as the billionaire’s hands moved around her body and caressed on her breasts. His fingers worked under the apron she was wearing and easily opened the top couple of buttons of her blouse. The fingers slid under the material and Candice couldn’t hold back the groan at the touch on her naked skin. It burned a path to the top of her bra and worked underneath, the fingers moving to a nipple and brushing over it. She closed her eyes as it hardened to the touch, the pleasure rippling through her body.

Marcus continued to caress the nipple as his free hand moved to the tie at his neck. He worked it loose and then pulled his fingers from under the bra. “No…,” Candice protested as her hands were pulled behind her back, but she was powerless to stop the billionaire as he worked the tie around her wrists and bound them together. She struggled to free herself, but was unable to do so.
