I kiss her one more time having a hard time letting go, close her door and run around until I’m in the driver’s seat. I put the keys in the ignition and then lean over kissing her again. I make the best time getting home that I’ve ever made, but paying attention not to go over the speed limit, too much. I carry her into the apartment building and fumble with the key to the front door as our mouths are pressed together. She pushes against the door as I open it and we begin to fall as we enter. I turn around quickly letting her fall on top of me. Her cast hits my leg, hard, and I wince. Her head hits my chest, and the wind is knocked out of me, briefly. I open my eyes and see her smiling. Her laughter starts mine and we just lay there. But it stops as fast as it started, her eyes swell with desire quickly as her mouth lands back against mine.

I don’t know how long we lay here, fondling each other, kissing, but finally I shake out of my desire a bit when I feel a cool breeze from the open door. I move her over, reaching and shutting the door then I stand. I pick her up in my arms and continue kissing her all the way to our bedroom. I lay her down on our bed, kick my shoes off and remove my clothes. She sits up, pulls her shirt over her head and removes her bra all the while staring into my eyes, and licks her lips.

I grab my hard length, priming it, stroking it up and down. Not that it needs much help as I stare at her. She lays down, and I watch her remove her jeans along with her lacy panties, and I pump harder, faster. Damn! She’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever laid eyes on. I climb onto the bed in between her spread and waiting legs. She shakes, eagerly. Her hips buck trying to capture what she needs, what she desires. I don’t hesitate and push inside her fast, hard. She moans. Her fingers reach up into my hair and tugs. My favorite thing she does. Okay, one of them.

I suck on her nipple, peaking it, wetting it, while I reach down between us and start rubbing her clit. She moans again, her hips hitting mine hard. She cries out my name as she reaches her climax, so sweet on her lips. I follow behind her yelling out her name, reverently. Once I pull out and clean us both up, I return to bed bringing her in my arms. Her breathing evens out soon, the warmth hitting my chest, and I close my eyes, knowing I’m the luckiest son of a bitch who walks the earth.

Epilogue

I’m not nervous at all even with the crowd in front of me. I reach out and shake the Dean’s hand and smile. I turn around holding up my degree and cheering ensues. I look out and see Josh, Randy, Layton, Tina and Mom standing in their row screaming and clapping, along with all the guys in the band. I can’t believe I finally have my business degree!

I still have a small limp after getting my cast off a few months ago, but I feel so much lighter without it. That doesn’t stop Josh from picking me up and carrying me to his truck over his shoulder once we make our way through the crowd. “I can walk now you know.” I giggle as he sets me gently onto the passenger seat. He leans down kissing me hard.

“I know. But in your condition you need to be careful,” he says wiggling his eyebrows. I giggle again.

“I’m pregnant not some delicate flower, baby. I can still walk.”

I watch him shut the door, and my eyes follow him around the truck and into his seat. He starts it up and looks behind him as he backs out. “I know. But you and our baby are precious cargo.” His head turns to me as he pulls out. “Can’t be careful enough.”

My heart swells with his words and love. We had announced the pregnancy last month after we visited Mom and told her first. She was so happy and excited but said she’s too young to be a grandmother. We don’t care whether it’s a boy or girl, but secretly I think he really wants a boy. He is a man after all. We plan on getting married next month with just close friends, and we close on our new house tomorrow. Josh and the guys finished their first CD, and it’s already made it to number one on the charts and is still there. I’ve become their accountant, having my degree and all, but I still loathe math. Josh just laughs at me and says he’ll help me. Such a sweet man.

We arrive at Randy’s after graduation. We sit down at a table and watch all our friends and my classmates coming in to celebrate. Laughter falls all around us, along with chatter and the clinking of glasses. I’m so happy right now I could bust, but I have so much to be thankful for. I look over at Josh, who’s sitting beside me with his hand on my leg talking to some classmates, and my mom is sitting on his other side. I watch him as he talks about our baby. How he felt the baby kick last night and how he can’t wait to hold our baby for the first time.

“So, I’ll be over early in the morning to help you all move. I love your house and love what you did inside. You should be an interior decorator, Em.” I turn my head still smiling and feeling so many emotions as I look at Tina. “Do you have enough people to help tomorrow?”

I nod; my smile can’t get any bigger. “Yes, Duke and all the guys are helping. Mom and Randy and even Burke are coming to help too. Can you really get up that early?” She smacks my shoulder lightly and laughs.

“Only for you, girlfriend. Only for you.”

The next morning I get frustrated when Josh tells me I’m not to lift anything. From behind me, he whispers in my ear how much he loves me. His hand is in between my thighs. His hard length pressed against my bottom and I melt in his warmth, his love. “I can pick up just small things. You worry too much, my darling.”

I roll over throwing my leg over his, my hand on his chest rubbing and making circles with my finger. He rolls us over again hovering above me, his strong arms holding him up on either side of me. His mouth closes around mine, and I moan. I’m lost in the feeling, the touching. Him. I close my eyes as he enters me, filling me. It never changes. He still takes my breath away, and I know it will always be this way.

“Over there. Yeah, that’s good.” I point over at the wall in our living room and watch as Phillip and Mark set down the table for our TV.

“Make way!” Burke calls out and I step aside as he and Duke carry in our big TV and set it down on the table.

“I’ll hook it up,” shouts Randy.

I smile as I turn around watching everything get put in place. I hear laughter from the kitchen, so I walk to the doorway lean against the frame and look at my girl. She’s laughing at something someone said as they fix lunch on the breakfast bar. “Then she put the sand in her mouth and said how great it was. I swear when you have this baby, I hope they are just like you. Paybacks are a bitch.” Emma laughs again and it hits me, I don’t even know what she was like as a child. So many questions invade my head. I aim to find out. We still have so much to find out about each other, and here we’re having a baby and getting married in a month. But things have happened so fast. I couldn’t be happier and if that brightness on her face and smile are any indication, she’s as happy as I am.

4 months later…..

“Push, baby. You can do this. Not much longer.” She looks up at me and snarls. Okay.

“I’m sorry. I just…. ARGH!” I help her sit up as she grabs underneath her legs. Her whole body relaxes as I hear the sweetest sound. Our baby is wailing, and I bend down kissing the top of Emma’s head. We had decided not to find out the sex of our baby. We wanted to be surprised.

A nurse wraps the little bundle up and walks over to us. “Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Tyler. You have a beautiful daughter.” A girl.

I look down as she lays her in Emma’s arms. Emma’s eyes are full of tears as she looks up at me. I lean down and kiss her full lips and then look back at our daughter. She looks just like Emma. Emma lifts her up, and I take her in my arms. “Hey, Lila Rose. How’s my girl?” Her eyes open and I find bright blue eyes looking at me. She coos, and my heart is so full that I could choke, my own tears that threaten to fall. “Her eye color could change.”

“I hope they don’t. She has her daddy’s eyes,” Emma speaks softly, lovingly.

“I thought you were gonna call her Rose.” Emma’s Mom steps beside me clasping her hand around Rose’s tiny one.

“Oh, we are but she needs to learn her full name. Rose, this is your Grandma, who you’re named after. Go see Grandma.” I hand Rose over to her and watch them together.

I sit down beside Emma on the bed and put my arm around her. “I love you. So much.” I lean down and kiss her. I feel her smile against my mouth and pull back. “What?” I can’t help but smile too.

“We’re in so much trouble. A girl. Let’s hope she’s more like her daddy than her Mommy,” she laughs.

Damn! I hadn’t thought of that. Well, guess I’d better get used to it ‘cos I plan on having many more with the love of my life.

Chapter 1

The sounds from the practice field meet my ears before I see the green-striped grass. The cool fall air fills with shouting coaches and shoulder pads hitting together as players scrimmage. I zip up my fleece jacket to keep a chill from settling in. Fall mixed with football has always been my favorite time of the year. The memories of my high school days are literally under my feet as I hit the track that circles the field.

My walk slows as I see the cheerleaders I coach gathered a few yards away. We have the big homecoming game in four days and I hope they’re more focused at practice. Yesterday, I couldn’t get them to stop talking about what they were wearing to the dance and whose after party they would be going to.

I’m only four years older than the seniors on the squad, but my life has changed since I cheered on the very team I oversee today. Now I’m supposed to be the responsible one. The leader in charge. However, I resemble them more than I do a teacher. I’m five feet two inches tall and barely weigh over a hundred pounds. I pull my long blond hair back into a youthful ponytail most days and I can still kick any of their asses when it comes to back handsprings. It all adds up to one thing. I don’t think too many of them see me as an authority figure. Instead I seem to be viewed as an older peer and in some ways a bit of competition.

I’ve gained way too much attention from the male students since I walked into the school a couple months ago. I know what nickname they’ve given me. My last name, Tillman, is now Tilfman to most of the horny boys at the school. Ms. Tilfman, The Teacher I would Like to Fuck, man.

I first overheard the tagline when I followed behind a couple of the varsity players after a game. Their laughs came at my expense, and the talk of how they’d like to fuck me on my desk makes me rethink what the hell I was doing back at my old high school. It doesn’t seem that having access to the teacher’s lounge garnered me any respect in their eyes.

I stand unnoticed by the girls as they lean against the chain length fence around the track and watch the players warming up on the field. I am running about five minutes late today and the group could care less. I wait to announce that their babysitter has arrived and decide to see if they realize I’m even there.

“Look at him. God, he’s so freaking hot.”  I watch ten heads turn and eye the prize, Daniel Johnson, the god-like quarterback with looks a movie star would envy. The cheerleaders giggle as, Marta, their head captain shares her Daniel induced lust with them. “And no one gets to enjoy how hot he is either. At least no one that we know of.”

“You don’t think he’s gay?” Brandy, the youngest on the squad, asks as everyone gasps and turns back around to eye her. I wait for the reaction of the other girls. Several of them have moved closer to poor Brandy. She may live to regret that question.

“No fucking way.” Marta takes charge and leaves no doubt where she stands. “He has the parents from hell. They never let him go out on the weekends. They’re afraid he’ll turn out like his crazy brother. That ‘s the rumor and the problem.”

“Marta’s right. His parents keep him locked up. Totally focused on sports.” Samantha the team slut chimes in with her opinion on Daniel’s lack of social involvement. “Believe me I’ve tried to corrupt him over the last two years. Nothing has worked.”

“I don’t want to know what you’ve subjected him to.” Marta rolls her eyes at Samantha and continues to stretch her legs.

Turning her head to the side, Marta sees me staring at her.  “Look who’s here.” Her sarcastic tone makes me want to smack some respect into her.

“Yes, I’ve arrived and we need to practice our cheers. This will be the highest attended game of the year and I want you all to look sharp.” My words bring sighs and grunts from the girls but they get into formation and begin to practice.

I hand a set of cheers to Marta that I want them to perfect today. “These are the ones that need the most improvement. I want to see straight lines, so concentrate on your stances.”

I lean against the fence and stretch my arms out on the top pole as I watch them begin the first cheer. My attention strays as I peer over their hands and see Daniel pulling away from the offensive line and throw the football down the field. Most people would follow the ball and see if the receiver caught it or not. But my sight doesn’t leave Daniel’s body. He towers over the other boys on his team. His tight uniform reveals strong defined thighs. The fluid poise with which he throws reminds me of a prima ballerina more than a two hundred and twenty pound quarterback. He owns the field. He commands it.

He’s also the reason I was late today. The principal, Mr. Dorsey, has asked me to help Daniel with his writing. He’s struggling in my Creative Writing class and currently has an F for the quarter. There’s still time to pull it up to a higher mark, but it will take help outside of the classroom. And Mr. Dorsey doesn’t want anything to hurt the star of the school. Hell Daniel’s talent is the talk of the State if not the region.

When Mr. Dorsey suggested I meet Daniel back at school two afternoons a week to help him improve his writing skills, I was surprised at how readily I said yes. After being stuck on campus all day, I should hate the idea of returning after dinner to do more teaching. But I didn’t mind at all. I didn’t want to even analyze why I felt this way, because the answer is obvious. He’s kind, quiet, and… as hot as hell.
