Jeanne Glidewell lives with her husband, Bob, and her cat, Dolly, in Bonner Springs, Kansas, a small town just west of Kansas City. She has two beautiful daughters and three incredible grandchildren. Besides writing she enjoys fishing, wildlife photography, and traveling. She’s visited many countries around the world and looks forward to visiting more in the future. Jeanne, a 2006 pancreas & kidney transplant recipient, volunteers as a Life Mentor for the Gift of Life Program of K.C. Mentoring future transplant recipients is her way of giving back. She’s an avid advocate of organ and tissue donation and encourages anyone who reads this to let their family know if they’re generous enough to donate their organs once they no longer need them. Marking it on a driver’s license is not always enough to ensure a person’s final wishes will be granted.
