“Visualizing it makes me so damn hard. Watching your dreams forced me to jack off yesterday. But…shit.

Hearing you say it is more than I can bear.”

The raw need reflected in the husky timbre of his speech drew an answering response from her body. Her nipples pebbled beneath his intense gaze and her belly rippled with the involuntary clench of her muscles.

“You’re ready for this,” he assured almost under his breath. Rebecca wondered if he talked to her, or to himself. After witnessing her dreams, he must realize she had more to give if he could convince her to continue her testimony.

“Go on, Becca.” His order carried an edge of harshness as though he couldn’t wait for her to finish at her own pace. “What else do you remember?”

The first had been hard enough to admit even with her newfound resolve. Telling him the rest surprised her, frightened her a little. Is this really what she wanted?

“Trust me, Becca. Nothing you tell me will change how much I want you. I swear it.”

Yes. Taking a deep breath, she decided to get straight to the point. “I’m curious about anal sex.”

“Fuck it, I lied. I want you even more now.”

Chapter Sixteen

The desire flaring in Kurt’s overcast eyes at her admission stunned Rebecca. The focus of his attention stole her breath. He jolted from his seat like a compressed spring bouncing free. When he hustled her toward the laboratory with a firm grip on her upper arm, she wondered if she was prepared to live this particular dream.

She’d struggled to take all of his beefy cock in her pussy. Plus, being tied down seemed tame in comparison to being trussed up and left hanging at his mercy.

The pressure of his unyielding grasp increased, supplemented by his hand in the small of her back, which kept her in motion when she faltered. The intensity of his silence unnerved her.

Could she make this monumental leap of faith? She’d opened herself to utter vulnerability. Despite her earlier conviction, panic invaded the fringes of her arousal.

“Stop thinking, baby. Just feel.” His voice, a bare whisper of sound, came from right next to her ear as his lips dusted her face.

Relying on Kurt seemed instinctive now. She capitulated, allowing him to guide her over the threshold to his lair. The thrum of anticipation jumped inside her as the motion sensitive halogens of the laboratory blazed to life. Off to one side, a white yoga mat covered the linoleum flooring. When she reached it, he ushered her to her knees with pertinacious pressure on her shoulders.

He grabbed the remote touchpad, which controlled the examination room facilities, then tinkered with the settings. The whir of motors hummed through the room as a panel in the ceiling opened to reveal a complex system of wires and pulleys. An extended frame of black bars with embedded eyehooks descended from the contraption.

Kurt shaped her malleable frame into a submissive pose—head bowed and arms clasped, wrists to elbows behind her back—before continuing his arrangements. From the periphery of her limited view, Rebecca caught a glimpse of the rigging. What she saw caused her trepidation to transform into a tidal surge of lust. The further they explored her fantasies the more powerful her response became.

When he seemed satisfied with the downward progress of the mechanism, he reached into the cabinet beside her to withdraw a wad of leather and metal. Buckles jangled as he straightened the device until she could discern the intent of the tangle. It was a harness, similar to the one she’d seen in the case file, consisting of padded leather straps looped into various sized openings.

“Spread your legs wider, Becca.”

She complied with his command. The cool material bumped against her thigh, causing her muscles to tense in response. He crouched on the floor beside her to thread the straps over, around and between her legs in a mysterious web. Next, he encircled her hips, torso and arms. Every clash of his fingers against her hypersensitive skin sent sparks of arousal shooting through her core. The taut encasement of her flesh competed with the soothing stroke of the downy fur, resulting in sensory overload.

“Mmm.” She couldn’t stop the moan from escaping.

When she tipped her head back to rest against his thigh, Kurt’s hand bracketed her jaw. His fingers stroked the side of her neck. She swallowed against his palm, which cupped her throat, when he loomed over her, forcing her to meet his gaze.

“This time will be different. Your explicit dreams require me to be rough with you. I can’t hold back or it won’t be a true test.”

Pensive, she considered his words, construing them as the serious warning he intended. Did she have what it took to follow this through? Before she solidified her answer, Kurt continued.

“Listen, baby. The truth is, I don’t think I could go easy even if the experiment didn’t exist. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me. I’m fighting to keep myself in check. You need to know that when you decide.

This isn’t for show. All the months—craving you, planning, and hoping you could be what I need—have tested my control.”

She was speechless. He’d thought about this? With her as his subject? For months? Her attempt to process the rush of elation prevented her from answering. Mistaking her silence for indecision, he demonstrated his gallant underpinnings by offering her an escape route.

“It’s okay if you decide it’s too much. Do you understand me?” Kurt growled. “I won’t think less of you if you’re not ready for this.”

The determination in his eyes along with his clamped jaw underscored the depth of restraint he possessed no matter how he cautioned her otherwise. If she changed her mind right now, he’d let her walk away. That knowledge gave her the confidence to fling herself off the edge of the cliff and surrender to his mastery.

“I’m ready, Doctor.”

“Are you frightened?” For a moment, his features softened.

“A little.” Fear and arousal fused into one heady tumble of emotion but nerves played a starring role.

“It’s hard for me to remember you’re new to this kind of play. Your passion is so pure. Everything will be fine. You’re going to love this. If you don’t, we’ll stop. Just say the word and it’ll be over.”

“But what about
your
desires?” Her novel sense of freedom liberated her to speak her mind without embarrassment. “Do you need this, too?”

He stroked her cheek with his stubbled jaw before kissing her. Lingering caresses communicated his longing without speaking. The gentle gesture made his words even sweeter.

“It’s not about what I need, Becca. It’s about what you want.”

Something inside her shifted. The artificial boundaries she’d drawn around her physical response dissolved.

Affection seeped into every nuance of their interaction. The circular current of their intimacy fed each other’s desire, spiraling them both higher with every turn. Together, they became so much more than individuals.

“Whatever you need is what I want most.”

With a feral, inhuman sound of longing, Kurt snagged the first carabineer dangling from a wire attached to one of the myriad leather loops encasing her body. He clipped it to a corresponding eyebolt, which had been welded onto the metal structure hanging above her head. Meticulously, he rechecked the security of the harness as he strung each cable until she imagined herself as a risqué marionette.

When satisfied, he turned to her and asked, “Do you trust me?”

She nodded once.

A series of commands entered on the control panel initiated the rig’s ascent. Slack disappeared from the wires. Spools gobbled the excess yardage until taut lines increased the pressure on her body as she struggled to maintain balance in her kneeling position.

“Relax. Let it take you.”

Her legs unfolded beneath her when her upper body levitated from the ground. The motion of the shifting metal frame stretched her arms wide into Kurt’s pre-programmed position. The pulleys retracted select cables until she resembled a T with her toes dangling inches off the cool, polished tile of the laboratory. Gravity sucked her against the padded restraints on her arms, around her rib cage and between her legs. The delicious pressure caused her to squirm, which triggered a lulling sway.

Though her bindings provided ample support, the air swirled across her exposed skin as she swung in shallow arcs. The instinctive fear skittering up her spine should have disconcerted her but it couldn’t come close to overpowering the exhilaration saturating her. Her spirit soared like a crane cresting the Himalayas.

She squeezed her eyes shut against the overwhelming pleasure.

“Are you okay?” His immediate concern followed the gesture. “I won’t let you fall.”

“Oh, God. Yes.” When she shuddered in the harness, it set off a tinkling of metal fasteners, transforming her into an erotic wind chime.

Lost in arousal, she basked in the glow of pleasure without a care for the outcome of the scenario. Nothing she did would alter what was about to happen because she couldn’t change her nature. Or Kurt’s.

The mechanism hummed as it elevated her. Her gradual ascent provided an opportunity to study every inch of his tensed body as it passed before her eyes. The doctor observed the process, vigilant to test various wires and straps ensuring her comfortable safety. The motor paused. He stalked around her. His fingertips trailed across her skin, raising goose bumps in their wake.

“Very nice.” His hand dipped to pet the juncture of her thighs, tucked tight together. “But I want to see more of you.”

He pressed another series of buttons. Her wrists inclined as her legs separated until she hung in a flying X.

He stepped behind her.

“Turn your head to the right.” She did as instructed but spun back after catching a glimpse of herself in the mirrored surface of the one-way glass on the opposite wall. The picture they made—her fair skin striped with dark leather, suspended in front of his imposing figure—blinded her with lust. Kurt slapped her ass hard enough to leave it stinging.

She wished he’d do it again.

“Focus. I want you to see what I see. Admire the play of light enhancing the lines and curves of your silhouette. You’re spectacular.” She peeked at the mirror but, instead of what he visualized, she only had eyes for him.

Rebecca’s rapid, shallow breathing perpetuated the sway of her body in the harness. The motion drew his attention like a cat locked on a dangling string. His consumed stare inflated her confidence.

With one fingertip, he traced the furrow of her spine between the straps until it culminated in the cleft between her ass cheeks. Her gasp reverberated through the examination room. Their eyes locked in the mirror—

hers imploring, his possessive. Kurt rasped from behind her, “You’ve never had a man touch you here, have you, Becca?”

“Only you, Doctor.” Her shy reply conflicted with her raging desire to experience his forbidden caress.

“We’ll go as slow as I can manage, baby. We will do this, and you will like it. I promise.” The smug assurance held no boast. A virtuoso of the flesh, Kurt could strum her body until it sang.

She squirmed in a desperate attempt to apply friction to her aching core but, no matter how she thrashed, she couldn’t squeeze her legs together or rub against the bonds hugging her inner thighs. The doctor chuckled at her futile effort as he circled her.

Once again situated before her, Kurt grasped her hips then tugged her closer until he could drag her nipple into the moist heat of his mouth. Instantly, it beaded beneath his ministrations. He flicked the sensitive tip with his tongue then nibbled it before releasing his hold on her waist.

The pressure on her breast increased tenfold. Only his teeth and lips fixed her at the shallow angle before her nipple slipped free from his light grip and she rocked away.

On the return arc, he seized her hips as he played with her other breast. She moaned when she watched his midnight hair brushing her chest and his tongue glazing her pebbled nipple as he raised her. Then he sucked hard and let go. His teeth raked the plump flesh of her breast as she escaped once more.

He repeated the pattern, building a rhythm her body learned to anticipate. The swinging motion mesmerized her. It gave her a moment to cool off before he boosted her higher again, each trip expanding his caresses to another exposed part of her body. Each touch was more intricate and inflammatory than the last.

When she expected his next wicked embrace, Kurt shifted. Reaching into his pocket, he selected a button on the remote. The motor reengaged with a buzz. The wire attached to each leg cuff zipped through a pulley on the side of the suspension bar, drawing her appendages wider apart. Before she could adapt to the new position, she rose until her pelvis aligned with his.

“Enough playing, Becca. Time to get serious.” Though he directed the words at her, she understood he’d scolded himself to stay on track. After all, she was helpless.

She heard the whiz of a cable unraveling a moment before she pitched forward. She shrieked, fearing she’d splatter on the floor in the next instant. Instead, Kurt steadied her with a broad hand on her shoulder, murmuring reassurances.

Heart racing, she watched as the ground pivoted in front of her in a controlled descent. The cables connected to her upper arms and torso bands went slack while the lines attached to her thighs and knees contracted. As a result, she rotated forward. She stopped parallel to the yoga mat she’d kneeled on earlier as though she lounged on her stomach in bed, or flew like Superman. But spread-eagled.

Hip high, the position provided an excellent, up-close view of Kurt’s impressive equipment. The flex and bob of his shaft in time to his pounding heartbeat fascinated her. She hardly noticed him placing a supporting headband rest around her forehead, taking the weight off her neck, because she couldn’t focus on anything but his throbbing hard-on.
