“Watch how you make me come,” she said breathlessly and began to ride his fingers.

Sean continued to rub her clit with his finger and his cock throbbed watching her essence coat his fingers and hand.  She whimpered and began to undulate faster as her pleasure built. God, she was amazing and beautiful to watch as she took his fingers. R.J. cupped her breasts, pinched her nipples, and moaned wantonly. While he wanted to throw her down and take her, Sean continued to watch her pleasure, mesmerized by the fluid way she moved.

“I’m coming,” she said and her breath quickened.

He watched her chest rise and fall and her body trembled until suddenly she called his name and her orgasm took hold.  He pressed his fingers deeper inside her to push her orgasm further.  He couldn’t stand it any longer. Watching her come had driven him past the point of desire into the need to consume her. Sean pulled her trembling body down onto his engorged cock. The feeling of her hot wet pussy surrounding his aching shaft wrung a moan from him. The sheer pleasure of it almost sent him over the edge. He gritted his teeth and strove for control as she began to move.  Her body took over and she rode him hard, grinding her body down onto his cock as she lost control. He looked at her above him as she undulated and saw her as nothing short of magnificent. Her lips were parted and each breath pushed from her lungs carried a sexy noise. She was in the throes of her feverish passion and he could feel his own release rising.  His control snapped and he grabbed her hips, pounding into her furiously and wringing a scream from her lips.

She leaned over and kissed him fiercely. “Come with me, inside me, let’s go together.”

“Rosalie,” he said her name and he could hear the agony of passion on his own voice.

He thrust upwards to meet her fierce rhythm. Their breathing echoed in the quiet room while he gripped the softness of her ass and pulled her down hard onto his cock.

“Now, Sean, now!” she cried out. Her body shook and he felt her juices run down his shaft. “Come with me!”

The muscles of her pussy clenched around his cock like a velvet glove and his balls tightened as he felt his own release begin. His harsh groan mixed with her cries of bliss as they each fell into their individual orgasm. He spilled his seed within her and felt the sweetness of heaven trapped within the confines of her soaking wet sex. Sean held her tight as she fell against his chest. He cocooned her into his embrace and turned so they were on their side facing each other. Neither said a word while their harsh breathing slowed and his heart began a normal rhythm. Sean opened his eyes to see her staring at him.

“I missed your face,” she admitted.

“Just my face?” he asked.

“Everything,” she smiled. “And I want my ring back.”

“Luckily for you it’s sat in my pocket every day since you left or on my bedside table while I slept.” Sean reached over and plucked it from next to the lamp. He spoke as he slipped it on her finger.  “It was going in my pocket when I came to see you tonight.”

“You were coming to my place?” R.J. asked.

“Yes, with a gift,” he answered.  “It was on the bed. I think we crushed it or it fell on the floor. I’ll find it when blood starts circulating in my brain again.”

R.J. laughed. “What was it?”

“A set of leather gloves that were specially made, so when you’re walking the beat in the winter your fingers won’t get cold,” Sean answered. “You can write tickets, even use your weapon if necessary, and your hands will always be warm.”

She cupped his cheek and kissed him. “Best gift ever, but I got recruited from the academy to go up to Special Investigations. Apparently I’m a bit over qualified. I still have to do beat shifts but I’ll be training and working with SI when I graduate. Out of One Police Plaza.”

He felt nothing but pride at her news and hugged her to him. “That’s great baby, now I have a connection down at One PP.”

R.J. laughed. “Don’t abuse the connection and ask for too many favors. Except when we’re at home.”

He snuggled her close. “I like those kind of favors very much.”

After a few minutes of silence, she asked, “Are you sleeping?”

“I’m resting.” Sean cracked his eyes open and looked at her. “Why?”

R.J. moved closer and began to kiss his neck. “Because I’ve been gone for twelve weeks and a girl has certain needs.”

He groaned when she reached between them and began to stroke his cock. “I understand those needs and share them willingly. It has been a long three months.”

“Show me what you got, Detective.” She nipped his lips.

That was all Sean needed before the kiss started hot and fierce. Rosalie was home and in his arms. There was no better outcome than that.

* * * *

In the massive auditorium sat all the new graduation recruits of the New York City Police Department. All ready and willing to put everything on the line to protect the city they loved. R.J. looked around at the crisp wool suits as they stood. They saluted the Commissioner of Police who took the stage and they sat down. From the podium he told them what he expected from them all, what the oath they took meant, and how much the city had meant to him as a police officer for over twenty-five years.  It was inspiring and even though she’d seen a lot as a private investigator, she wasn’t jaded in the least. She was ready, willing, and able to do her duty and protect the city to the best of her ability. Awards were given to those who stood out at the academy.

“Special commendation to Police Officer Rosalie Domino, for excellence in marksmanship, tactical, and practical testing,” the presenter called.

Rosalie took a deep breath and stood, moving with stiff pride and taking the steps to the stage where she accepted her award. She saluted the presenter and the Commissioner who handed her the plaque before turning to the audience.  Her eyes misted and she almost lost the steel in her spine and burst out crying on stage.  Next to a grinning Sean and her father who raised a fist in pride at her on her stage was her mother, who smiled and waved and blew a kiss in her direction.  That was better than the commendation or any other award she could get in her career. To see her mother sitting there, giving up that pride she held on to so tightly to support her daughter, humbled Rosalie.   She made it off the stage and held onto her tears but was grinning like a hyena when she went back to her seat.

“We now present the graduation police officers of the world’s finest police force, The New York Police Department,” the presenter said, and happiness erupted. They threw their hats in the air and everyone cheered. A sea of hugs and congratulations went around recruits. During those twelve weeks they had become brothers and sisters in blue and would protect and defend each other each day on the job.  Finally, she worked her way toward her family and her father embraced her long and tight.

“I’m so proud of you,” he said and kissed her cheek.

“My wife to be, top cop in her class.” Sean pulled her close and had no problem kissing her in front of everyone.

Her mother came up to her and cupped her cheeks in her hands. “Rosalie,
mi bella princesa,
usted es la manzana de mi ojo. Te amo mija.

“Translation please,” Sean teased.

“She’s proud of me and loves me,” Rosalie said and hugged her mother. “I love you too, Mom. I’m sorry I’m not more the woman you want me to be.”

Her mother shook her head. “No, you never apologize for who you are. I raised a wonderful, strong, amazing daughter who will give me a granddaughter or grandson I can spoil.”

R.J. rolled her eyes.  “Okay, Mom, I’ll give you grandchildren in three to five years.”

“How about two and a half?” her mother said hopefully.

“Sean, she’s trying to negotiate the terms of getting me pregnant.” R.J. took his hand as they walked out.

“We’ll discuss terms over the fancy lunch I’m paying for to celebrate,” her father said. “I used to be a negotiator. I still know the ropes.”

“Great, my uterus is being held hostage,” R.J. muttered good-naturedly.

Together they walked out into the sunshine that didn’t warm the frigid winter air. Still, R.J. lifted her head and inhaled deeply of the cold air that stung her nose and made her eyes water as it burned its way into her lungs. She could smell nuts being roasted in sugar and hot dogs from the street carts. She could her car horns and yelling cabdrivers, the sound of sirens in the distance and the holiday bells being rung for charity. She loved New York, the city that she was now going protect. Her parents were her supporters, the badge she wore was her pride, and the man next to her was her love. Her future awaited and R.J. took the first steps toward that with Sean by her side.
