“I know. But don’t waste your energy on push-ups when your wife needs you in bed. Now.” I can’t stop giggling again when he lies down, rolls over me, and pulls me close to his body.

“So, what was that you were saying about wanting me in your bed?” he asks, running his hands up and down my body.

“I think I said we needed to pack,” I tease, leaning over and pressing his mouth against mine.

“Mmm. No, you definitely didn’t,” he growls low against my throat.

“Maybe I said we need to go over your thesis speech one more time?” I say, my body curling into his.

He wraps his arms around me. “Nope. You know how hot talking about yeast gets me, so I know it wasn’t that. I think this was a whole different topic. Remind me, wife?”

“Hmm? Maybe I was saying that I needed to get that sexy pink slip out of the closet and try it on for you?” I rub my nose back and forth against his.

“That sounds way more likely.” He nods and runs his hands up and down my arms. “And?”

“Maybe I’ll need help getting out of it?” I try, laughing against his lips.

“The girl who got three science-based scholarships can’t figure out how to get out of a simple dress?” His voice vibrates with a pride that chokes me up.

“Those scholarships were in biology, Mr. Abramowitz. You know, the field you study?” I slide my mouth along his jaw, around his neck, down his chest. “This dress is all physics, and I might need some tutoring. Can you help me?”

“It would be my pleasure.” His voice drops low, and his arms wrap around me, pulling me close. “Did I ever mention how much I love you?”

“Did you make an equation for it?” I ask, nipping at his bottom lip. “Because I think I may have lost the notes.”

“No equation,” he says, his voice hoarse. “There’s no equation that can express how much I love you, doll. No number. There are no limits.”

“So beyond infinity?” I ask, my eyes locking with his, deep green and hot with the combined explosion of lust, need, want, and...love. Pure, helpless, unrelenting love.

“Beyond the limits of even infinity. It would even
fuck Einstein up,” he says, nuzzling my neck. “Get in the bed and I’ll show you, Genevieve.”

I jump up and fall back onto the bed, my body, my soul, my heart tingling and bucking, ready for the man who knows how to love me beyond any and every limit imaginable. And I only hope he knows how
endless my love is for him, forever, despite any obstacle and ready for every challenge. There may be plenty of roads that lead to chaos in our future, but I’ll take a ride on every single one of them as long as it means that Adam is by my side.
