A very few of the red crystals, ones with
‘sparkles’, were truly prized by the authorities as they enabled
the Sorcerer to transpose the mind of a person into that of another
living animal and with the mind of the animal transferring into the
human body. This was primarily used by the rulers as a punishment
for those judged worthy of such a punishment as there was no
possibility of reversing the spell. Tho mentioned in passing I
have, as yet, not discovered what the ‘ordinary’ no sparkles red
crystals abilities are. So, as always, use caution.

Black crystals look like obsidian and are
used to control animals. These crystals are often larger , more
malleable and usually carved to mimic the animal intended to
control.

Green crystals amplify the user’s strength of
spells he or she casts by 25 to 50%, dependent on the crystals
purity and size. However, (H had me use that word!), I still can
find no reference how this was accomplished.

:::IMPORTANT NOTE:::

Should any crystals, especially clear
crystals, be found radiating the energy, even very weak, please
bring or send soonest to the IMS Lab. It is possible that vital
information from the time of Atlantis may be found within and
eventually translated.

Checking with Carol turns up three crystals
mounted in her favorite necklace; which she almost always wears. It
has a two inch smooth irregular shape but uncut green crystal set
in the center and a half inch clear one on either side. The green
and one of the clear radiate faint energy. Jack asks Carol, “Have
you ever noticed any vibrations from the necklace? As far as we
know clear crystals absorb ….well something; maybe heated talk or
emotions. Apparently when too ‘full’ they vibrate, emit a high
pitched whine and then explode. Where did you get it?”

“OMG!” exclaims Carol, quickly removing the
necklace. “No, no vibrations; not even when I was mad at Adam and
he was definitely mad. I got it at a yard sale about, um, sixteen
months ago shortly after I came here for a buck twenty five.” “A
most excellent purchase Carol. I think we should let you keep the
necklace; but keep close watch and immediately take the necklace
off should the clear one start to vibrate or make a high pitched
sound,” says Jack. “O for sure on that,” says Carol as she puts the
necklace back around her neck.

Both Anna and Beth chime in, “Why do you
think that Jack?” “I believe it is safe for her to keep them
because I’m fairly sure Carol has accidently found new information
on what the Atlantis people knew about the crystals. Matching
different colored crystals, maybe types too, may change the
function or even the properties somewhat. It may also be that
ordinary materials in combination with the crystals will also
create unique effects,” replies Jack.

“You mean Bob might be real?” asks Carol.
“Real? Doubtful; but how close to real we will just have to wait
and see,” states Jack. “Wonder if he will eat crickets?” says Beth,
her Entomologist side rising to the forefront. “O gross,” said
Carol and Anna together. “Maybe feed him on illusion crickets?”
laughs Jack.

“Oh, oh, oh …… Maybe I can conjure up
milkshakes with zero calories!” squeals Carol dancing a jig. “Oh,
and crispy onion rings with no breath odor,” sighs Beth.
“Unicorns,” says Anna.

With a look of concentration Carol says,
“I’ll send this information to Kerrie right now. It might help her
with the translations. Besides I have been thinking about visiting
her when you guys next go to DC.”

That evening Jack gets to thinking about the
small bag with the untarnished double winged silver butterfly,
spider and the pin. He had forgotten about them so he gets them and
does a detect spell on the cloudy crystal he also found in the
pouch.

The crystal also radiates a faint energy that
is slightly different from the one in Houston. Maybe a bit more
like Carol’s crystal. Interesting enough to tell Anna and email
Hiy-u and Agent McCullough about how the crystals seem to have
different…. ‘feels’ to them. Maybe that is a better way to classify
them? Things are getting extremely interesting, again …. and
fast!

Beth has the 6pm news program on and calls
out, “Hey guys, check this out from Georgia!

Breaking news just in from Atlanta,
Georgia:

“Recapping an unsubstantiated report from
three weeks ago three children, two girls about 5 and a boy about 8
years of age, were reported to have walked onto the freeway causing
a multi car truck chain reaction accident. No traffic cam videos
were available from this reported sighting and authorities sited
several drivers for following to close and being unable to
stop.

Just 15 minutes ago however; at a different
location downtown, apparently the same children were again seen by
numerous witnesses and this time their image was captured by a
traffic camera and bystanders. We are trying to get the traffic
footage and witness videos. Witnesses’ stated the children
purposely walked into oncoming traffic, stopped and waved at the
cars. No one remembers seeing the children before they moved into
traffic; “It was like one second they weren’t there and then were
walking into traffic,” stated one shaken witness.

Unable to stop in time, one car reportedly
passed thru, yes I said thru, the children. The boy then turned and
waved bye - bye at the car. Within minutes several cell camera
videos and pictures were posted to social media sites clearly show
the children uninjured; as the children, all waving and laughing,
slowly fading from view.

Our staff are trying to get copies of the
traffic cam footage that may have caught the car reportedly passing
thru the child and hope to have it soon. One of the girls appears
to be laughing at the boy’s antics. The children have not been
identified as the faces appeared to be always slightly out of
focus.

Moreover several people viewing the pictures
claim that one or the other of the children’s clothing looked like
their son or daughter that died in a traffic accident years ago and
were wearing what they died in. Once identified we will also
attempt to get an interview with the driver of the car that went
through the children.”

“Now to the weather.”

Carol, now really curious begins searching
the internet for interesting happenings with her new tablet.
Spotting and quickly reading an interesting Tweet she looks up,
whistles and says, “Hey guys, you wanna read something
interesting?”

Brenda’s Tweet in Orlando, Fla.

You hear crazy things lately here on the net,
and this may get ridiculed, but it actually happened to us. This
morning, Alice, my 5 year old daughter, was playing on the back
porch with her tiny dolls. Suddenly she comes running into the
house, grabs a jar of honey and runs back to the porch. Curious, I
grabbed my cell phone hoping to get a interesting picture and to
make sure she was not doing something dangerous and then went to
look out the storm door to see what she was up to. I could hear
Alice whispering to something as she stuck her finger into the
honey jar, licked it off, dipped again and looked like she was
offering it to something. A bit alarmed now; I opened the door and
leaned out to see around her.

Honest to God people, there was what looked
like a tiny naked woman standing on the rail and she stuck a finger
into the honey on Alice’s finger and then licked it off her finger!
Then repeatedly went back for more! I think she was about an inch,
maybe an inch and a half tall. As the Lord is my witness, she also
had wings, tho fluttering too fast to see clearly, but they looked
something like dragon fly wings. So maybe she was hovering rather
than standing? As I leaned out a bit and brought my phone up to get
a picture it caused the door to squeak as it opened further.

That startled Alice and the ?? I have got to
decide which to call her; either a Pixie or Fairy. Anyway; they
looked up at me and the Pixie flew, yes flew, away as fast or maybe
even faster than a humming bird! Alice starting crying and was
really mad at me because I scared her new friend away. I certainly
intend to keep a closer eye on the porch, especially when Alice is
out there, and to make sure my small digital camera is always
charged and close to hand. When Alice calmed down I asked if her
tiny friend said anything. She said yes but she could not
understand what the Fairy said and that her voice sounded like
music and was hard to hear. Mama; maybe she had her volume turned
down like the radio?

“Unicorns,” sighs Anna.

Brenda’s next tweet two weeks later.

I have been getting lots of crazy tweets ever
since I wrote about Alice and the Fairy. Which is what Alice
insists she is. So Fairy I will use. After the squeaking incident I
oiled the storm door to get rid of the noise, just in case. Anyway,
here goes about when I next saw her and she is DEFIANTLY female.
And now I have a picture to prove it but the picture is MINE and
NOT for anyone to reuse!

Anyways. About an hour or so ago I happened
to see something dart past the door heading toward my flowers.
Grabbing my camera I very slowly opened the storm door and eased
out on the porch, camera at the ready. Taking it very slow and
quiet I hunted through all my flowers and finally spotted her
setting inside one of the larger blooms. It looked like she was
eating something from the bloom; maybe the pollen? Easing the
camera up I got one picture just as she noticed me and flew away.
She looks a bit startled and maybe a bit scared in the photo but
she is so beautiful. And before anyone asks; No, I do not know if
she is the same one Alice was feeding. Here is the photo.

BTW; I had a photographer friend; (he looks
like Santa); add his site address to the online picture to censor
it (hey - I did say naked!) and help insure less ‘borrowing’ of the
picture and yes copies of the 8x10 print he gave Alice are
available without the logo. Alice loves the photo and says the
Fairy is the same one from before. She is constantly coming up with
names for ‘her’ Fairy. But never staying with the same name for
long. Another BTW; Mac said when he zoomed in on the Fairy’s feet
he noticed she also even smaller wings at her ankles.

I have since found a very small doll house
and mounted it on the back porch close to the flowers in the hope
she, and maybe others, will take up residence.

I also put out honey and keep a thimble of
fresh water out daily. O, and I placed cotton balls and some silk
material inside the house. I have no idea how to keep wasps from
building nests inside without keeping the Fairy out too. Back in
Alabama, decades ago, we put cotton balls on the screen door to
repel flies and it worked for some strange reason. On to my
question; anyone out there know how to prevent wasps building
nests? I would add without harming the Fairy but my research on the
net only shows that they are mythical creatures and do not exist.
Yeah right!
HA
!

O, and Alice is painting little flowers on
the little house and said, “She likes flowers mama.” Guess she is
right.

Hope the house and food helps her. Maybe I
should just add screen wire inside the windows? O, a sudden
thought! Does she migrate? Where did she come from? With all the
stories about real magic returning does that mean other mythical
beings and creatures will be showing up? Dragons? My, my….. such
thoughts, IMPOSSIBLE! Right? But still …..

Crisis of Faith

During the weeks and months following the
spread of Kayla’s healing abilities made the news some local, semi
local religious organizations and a TV Evangelist have begun
preaching that she is in league with the Devil. Especially as she
will heal only black cats (untrue) and that the one she has is a
witches familiar. Some (5) members of one relatively nearby church
started picketing outside her home on weekends and calling for Maya
to be put to death.

One Friday as Kayla was approaching her door
from having exited the school bus a young man jumps out of a car.
Aiming a rifle at Kayla he shouts, “Die daughter of Satan!” and
fires. Maya; always on the porch awaiting K after school; started
running toward the young man as soon as he exited from the car and,
as the youth is about to fire, swerves to leap in front of
Kayla.

He is struck by the bullet which passes thru
him and also hits Kayla. Knocked spinning; landing, he looks over
at Kayla as she falls and, with a loud scream, streaks toward the
shooter who is in the process of reloading his single shot .22
rifle. Maya leaps at the shooter as he looks up to fire at the
enraged onrushing cat. He fires again but misses as Maya lands,
with claws fully extended, knocking him to the ground and begins to
rip at his face. Rachel is quickly beside Kayla stanching the blood
while her husband runs to the fight calling 911 and trying to call
Maya off. But Maya is not finished with what he started. Kayla
weakly calls, “Maya, please come here.” Maya stops; looks in
Kayla’s direction; quickly pees on the shooter and limps over to
Kayla. Maya does not want to leave her side when the paramedics
arrive and are ready to transport Kayla but she rubs his head and
says, “Thank you my brave Maya. I am going to be OK. Please go with
dad so Uncle George can fix you up too. I’ll see you in a few
days.” Maya collapses, unconscious, as the ambulance pulls away
with Kayla and her mom.

The shooter, Mike, had received a single shot
.22 for his 18th birthday two weeks ago. He is the son of the semi
local very opinioned fire and brimstone preacher and who has
repeatedly called Kayla demon possessed, Witch and other vile
names. His father is especially fond of saying, “Thou shalt not
suffer a Witch to live.” Mike was obsessed with the Spawn of Satan
as he called her and, with two of his cronies, began planning both
Kayla and Maya’s death.
