Dustin growled low in his throat as she sucked his member in and out of her mouth. She pumped him with her hand and squeezed his balls in time with the thrusts of her mouth. When she scratched her nails along the skin just behind his balls, he nearly lost it.

“Enough. God, that’s enough, or I’m gonna come.”

“That’s the idea,” she said.

He sat up and rolled her over beneath him. “Not yet I’m not. I want inside you first.”

Savanna smiled. She loved that she had him all hot and ready to erupt. He crouched over her and took her mouth in a searing kiss. She sparred with him with her tongue, and when he suddenly pulled back and cursed, she thought she’d bitten his lip too hard.

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you.”

“No, I just forgot to get a condom. I never forget to suit up.”

“Oh.” Thank goodness he’d remembered. She sure as hell hadn’t.

When he came back to the bed, he was covered and ready. She expected the same old missionary position after all the fun and games, but he climbed up on the bed and lay on his back. He curled his hands in a come on gesture, and she realized he wanted her to mount him. Yeehaw! The bed creaked when she all but jumped on it. She crawled up his body and lowered hers over him. When the tip of him began sliding inside her, she breathed out a sigh of relief. Finally. He pushed upward, and he sank a little deeper. He was thick and long, and it would be a tight fit. She hadn’t been with a guy in nearly six months.

She eased down further and knew a moment of panic when he bucked beneath her. Was he too big? Surely not. She swallowed hard and sat all the way down on him as he pushed up. She groaned aloud at the fullness. He filled her up and then some. She couldn’t help wiggling and heard Dustin groan this time. When he caught her breasts in his hands and pinched the nipples, she laughed and began moving up and down on him. She started out slow and took long strokes. In this position, his cock hit her G-spot almost every stroke. It didn’t take long before she was nearly wild with passion. She undulated on him, and he matched her stroke for stroke. When she felt the first ripples of release flow over her, Savanna grabbed Dustin’s hands where they held her nipples and forced them to pinch harder. He took the hint.

She came with a vengeance as he bucked beneath her. When she finished and all but melted on top of him, he rolled them over and pulled her to the edge of the bed so that her hips rested on the edge. He pushed her legs up against her chest and pounded into her over and over until she felt another orgasm begin to take shape. She’d never had three orgasms at one time before. This time, she screamed her release and prayed the neighbors wouldn’t call the cops. Savanna felt it as he came. He hollered and pulsed inside her one last time before he collapsed on top of her.

She sighed and hoped he would move before she suffocated. He seemed to realize he was crushing her and pulled her up on the bed and curled around her.

“Let me catch my breath, and then I’ll get rid of the condom.”

“Take your time. I can’t breathe either.”

That had been the best sexual experience she had ever had. Literally. The best. He was damn good in bed. When he got up and disappeared into her bathroom, Savanna pulled back the covers and climbed into bed. With the sweat and the cooler air, she was beginning to shiver.

It could be reaction to some of the best sex of your life, she thought to herself.

Dustin came back in the room and climbed up in the bed with her. He spooned her from behind and draped one arm over her. It had been a long time since she had slept with a man. Not just the sex part, but the sleeping part. She missed it, the intimacy of it. She wondered if he snored, and if so, how loud? Would he share or hog the covers? Most of all, would she sleep or lie awake, enjoying the afterglow?

Sometime during the night, she dozed off, only to awaken later to a mouth on her nipple and a hand between her legs. She smiled without opening her eyes and spread her legs wider.

* * * *

The next morning, she awoke to find he was gone. She wasn’t sure how she felt about that. Hurt that he hadn’t bothered to say good-bye? Relieved that there had been no messy morning-after crap? She glanced at the clock and moaned. It was nearly noon. She needed to call Karen and see how things were there. Savanna rolled out of the bed and groaned at the new aches and pains that hadn’t been there when she woke up Saturday morning. Grinning like an idiot, she padded into the bathroom and turned on the shower.

Flashbacks of the night before drew moans from her and mini orgasms sparked inside her at just the thought of his cock inside of her. Damn, she could live off this for weeks. Adjusting the water, she stepped inside the shower and bathed. As soon as she dried off and dressed, she walked into the kitchen to find a note by the coffeepot.

I cleaned the coffeepot since we didn’t use it last night. Dustin

No “I had a great time” or “Let’s do it again sometime” note. Just “I cleaned your coffeepot”. Savanna shrugged and turned it on. She needed a cup before she faced Karen. She dreaded hearing that she and Ben had fought. They were heading for a big fight that might mean the end of their relationship, and Savanna really didn’t want that to happen. They were so good together.

Nearly an hour later, Savanna knew she couldn’t put it off any longer. She needed to call. She picked up the phone and dialed. It rang three times before Ben answered.

“Hello?”

“Hey, Ben. Is Karen awake yet?”

“Uh, she’s not here.” Ben sounded tired.

“Not there? Where is she?” Savanna asked. She had a bad feeling about this.

“She went in to work this morning. Said she had a lot she needed to get done before in the morning.” Ben’s voice sounded a little bit piqued.

“You guys had a fight, didn’t you?”

“You could say that,” he said.

“I’ll go talk to her.”

“I wish you would. I don’t know what is going on with her anymore.” His harried voice caused Savanna to wince.

“I’ll talk to you later, Ben.” She hung up and ran a hand through her hair.

“Oh, Karen, what’s going on?”

Savanna grabbed her purse and her keys off the couch and locked the door behind her. All during the short trip to where Karen worked, Savanna went over scenarios in her head of what could be going on and what she could say to her best friend to figure it all out. If things were over between her and Ben, then fine, but put an end to it and go on. Don’t just keep dragging it all out.

She parked her car in the garage of the building where Karen worked and took the elevator up to the third floor. She didn’t bother knocking on Karen’s door. She just walked in and found her friend locked in a rather heated kiss with her boss.

“Karen?”

Karen squealed and pulled away from Martin Sherman.

“What are you doing in here? This is a private office.” Martin Sherman adjusted his shirt.

“Karen, honey. We need to talk.”

“I…it isn’t…Ah, hell.” Karen burst into tears and covered her face.

“Karen, it’s all right. She shouldn’t have been in here at all. I’ll take care of her.” Martin took a step toward Savanna, and Karen jumped between them.

“I’m fine. Go home, Martin. I need to talk to Savanna, and you need to spend more time with your wife.”

“I’m not leaving you here upset with her. She’s just going to tell you to stop seeing me,” Martin said.

“She would be right, too. I am going to stop seeing you, Martin. You’re married, and I should never have started in the first place.” Karen managed to sound resolved despite the tears.

“You can’t mean that.”

“Yes, I do. I came here this morning to tell you that. You just didn’t give me a chance to.”

“I’m not giving up on us, Karen,” Martin said.

“You’re going to have to, or I’m going to have to quit, or at least transfer somewhere else in the company.”

Savanna remained quiet, letting Karen talk. She needed to be the one that made the decision. If Savanna talked her into breaking it off, there would always be that between them. No, Karen had to make the decision. Instead, she watched and waited. If Martin gave her any trouble, she would be ready to help her friend.

“I don’t want you to quit. You’re the best assistant I’ve ever had.”

“Then accept the fact that we aren’t doing this and you need to work things out with your wife or divorce her.” Karen sounded tired now.

“Karen, honey,” he began.

“Martin, get out of my office and go home. I need some space now.”

Martin ran a hand through his hair and then turned on his heel and walked out the door. He didn’t slam the door, but he didn’t close it quietly either.

“I guess you’re pissed at me,” Karen said.

“More like I’m puzzled about what in the hell is going on with you lately.”

Karen sighed and walked around her desk to sink wearily into her chair. She rested her elbows on the desk, buried her face in her hands, and cried. Great wracking shudders flowed over her body, and Savanna hurt for her friend. She walked over, put her arms around Karen, and just held her as she cried. Minutes later, the sobs quieted to sniffles. Karen grabbed a handful of tissue and blew her nose and wiped her face.

“I don’t know what I’m going to do, Savanna,” she began. “I think I’m in love with Ben.”

Savanna blinked long and slow. “What did you say?”

“I think I love Ben.”

“Then why in the hell are you screwing around on him?” she nearly yelled.

“He wants to get married. Settle down and have children.”

Savanna shoved her hands on her hips and gaped at her friend.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” Karen asked.

“Ben wants to get married and raise children. You think you’re in love with him, but instead of being happy about it all, you go off and have an affair with your boss. What am I missing here?”

“I haven’t really had an affair. Not really. There hasn’t been any sex, really.”

“How can you not really have sex? What did you have?”

“Just kissing and some heavy petting. That’s all.” She grimaced when Savanna shook her head.

“It doesn’t matter what you want to call it in your head, it’s having an affair in Ben’s eyes, and you know it.”

“We aren’t married yet!” she yelled.

“Karen, honey, when did it start?”

“About a month ago,” Karen said.

“When did Ben ask you to marry him?” Savanna asked.

“’Bout two months ago.”

“Don’t you think you have a commitment issue here?”

“Savanna, I don’t want to be tied down right now. I’m too young to settle on just one guy.”

“Karen, you’re thirty years old. It’s past time for both of us to settle down. Don’t you think that part of the reason you are so adamant that you aren’t ready yet is because you know you love Ben. Yes, it means settling down. No, it doesn’t mean you have to sit at home all the time. You can still go out and dance and go to parties. You just do it as a couple.” Savanna wasn’t sure if she was getting through to Karen or not.

“I don’t think I’m cut out to be a mother, Savanna.”

“Why would you think that?”
