I smiled; it sounded like when Jeffrey made attachments, they were for life.

“Hey, is it okay if you stay with me all weekend? I kind of want to keep you all to myself.”  Jeffrey gave me his best pleading pout and I giggled at his playfulness.

“Sure, but please can we not spoil me too much? I don’t know if I can stomach another shopping trip that costs well over ten thousand,” I said truthfully.

“So under ten grand is okay, right?” I smacked Jeffrey’s arm playfully and he looked at me as if that was uncalled for.

“What? You said you can’t stomach another shopping trip that costs
over
ten grand, it’s all in the fine print, baby.” Jeffrey waggled his eyebrows at me and I simply shook my head in defeat.

“You just have to get used to dating a billionaire. I’m going to spoil you, and trust me I could do a whole lot worse than buy you clothes. I don’t like that you drive such an old car…”

My eyes widened at his serious tone and I shot him a death stare.

“You better
not
buy me a new car, Jeffrey,” I warned and he shrugged as if it was still a possibility. “I’m serious,” I said. He sighed and said fine, though I wasn’t so sure he took me as seriously as I was trying to come across. I pursed my lips at him and then decided to save any further comments for whenever the topic came up again.

“Well, we’ll have to stop at my place later so I can pack an overnight bag,” I said and Jeffrey waved his hand dismissively.

“There’s stuff at my place for you…”

That reminded me of the room full of women’s clothing, as if he had it handy for whenever he had women over.

“Why…why do you have an entire room made for like…women to stay in?”

Jeffrey glanced at me guiltily and then he rubbed the back of his neck.

“It…came in handy I guess…”

I simply shook my head; honestly, how would I be able to keep up with a man who had different women in his bed probably every night.

“Hey, don’t think whatever you’re thinking. That room…it means nothing, it represents a bunch of meaningless nights with meaningless women.” Jeffrey was trying to reassure me, but
I
used that room, was I meaningless for him, too?

“Shit, I didn’t mean that
you
are meaningless to me, Christina, you’re not. I’ve never felt the way I do when I’m with you, not to say that you make me feel bad or—fuck, I’m screwing this up. You don’t have to use that room; I’ll get that room bulldozed if it’ll make you happy. We can go to your place after dinner and get an overnight bag,” Jeffrey said all in one breath. He looked anxious for me to react to any of what he said.

“It’s alright…I would appreciate it if we stopped by my place after dinner,” I said quietly.

Jeffrey studied my face for a moment, but before he could say anything further, we pulled up to Le Pas. The valets opened our car doors and one of them helped me out just before Jeffrey could round the car and do it himself.

“Please say you’re not pissed with me, that came out all wrong in the car.”  Jeffrey’s tone was pleading as he pulled me to a stop before we could go inside. His gaze was earnest and intent on mine.

“It’s fine, Jeffrey, really I know what you meant…though I wouldn’t mind if you bulldozed the room,” I said cheekily. Jeffrey looked at me while he considered if I was joking or not. I smirked and he breathed a sigh of relief.

“I wasn’t kidding, though, when I said that I’ve never felt this way that I feel when I’m with you…”

I gave a small, shy smile and Jeffrey leaned down to press two soft kisses to my lips.

“Sheesh guys, everywhere we go. Just get a room already, Jeff,” Vanessa snickered as she and Vic passed by us.

“And
all
out in the open too.  Jeff, I thought you had more restraint than that.”  Victor, of course, had to get a jab in and he snickered right along with Vanessa as they breezed inside. I just laughed by that point, no longer too embarrassed; they had great timing for showing up.

“Ignore them, they’re jealous of our passion,” Jeffrey said loud enough so they could hear as we followed them inside. Victor gave an exaggerated laugh as we walked up to the host’s podium. Jeffrey gave his name and we were shown to our table right away. Le Pas was really nice, the setting inside was intimate and warm, and there were a lot of patrons inside. One could tell from just how busy they were how good the food there was going to be.

“So, Christina, what do you do for a living?” Vanessa opened up the conversation and I told them that I worked for Urban Plus. “Oh that’s Jeffrey’s agency, is that how you two met?” Vanessa asked curiously.

“Yeah, I went to one of his shoots with my boss and he asked me to help him with his tie.” I glanced over at Jeffrey, who was smiling as if he were proud of himself.

“Yep, that’s how I made the first move, but then I almost let her slip through my fingers because I was too dazzled by her to ask for her number while she was in front of me. I had to track her down through Marissa.”

I guess both Vanessa and Vic knew who Marissa was, because they simply nodded along while Jeffrey spoke.

“Then I showed up at her place a couple mornings later and now here we are.” Jeffrey smiled wide and Victor snorted, while Vanessa looked at him with raised eyebrows.

“You
stalked
her? How could you just show up at her house? Jeffrey, you are such a psycho, how’d you ever convince her to go out with you?”

I laughed at Vanessa calling Jeffrey a stalker. When she put it that way I could easily see how I should’ve taken Jeffrey as a stalker. Had he not have been wealthy, I would definitely have been creeped out that he showed up at my house.

“Oh, thank God you didn’t think I was stalking you.” Jeffrey was horrified at the possibility and I laughed again.

“I think maybe if you hadn’t had been so persistent in trying to convince me how you felt, I would have come to that realization on my own.” I thought several factors played into the fact that I completely bypassed the possibility of him being a stalker. For one, he was gorgeous, he was wealthy, he was also Jeffrey Bates…he didn’t come across as the stalker type.

“Though, if you
were
a stalker you’d be a good one, because you’re kind of unsuspecting, I think,” I added and everyone laughed.

“Yeah, he is, which is why I find concern with this whole situation,” Vanessa quipped and I laughed again; she sure was witty.

“I promise you baby, I’m not a stalker, though I’m a little crazy about you,” Jeffrey said with a cheesy grin. I rolled my eyes and smiled reluctantly.

“Aww, Jeffrey you’re so cute when you’re with her,” Vanessa gushed and Victor chuckled.

I expected him to make some quip, but he simply took a drink from his water glass before adding to Vanessa’s comment.

“Seriously, I don’t think you even acted like this with Roxanna…” Vanessa nudged Victor with her elbow and he trailed off, looking guilty as if he made a faux pas.

I glanced over at Jeffrey, who simply sighed, though his mood wasn’t ruined.

“Roxanna was my last serious relationship,” Jeffrey explained, his tone bored. Ah, an ex…I could see why Vanessa would elbow Vic for bringing up the name. I simply nodded so we could move on from the topic of Roxanna.

During dinner, I got to know Victor and Vanessa pretty well. Vanessa had worked for Jeffrey and Stargate for two years before she was finally promoted to her position as head of public relations. She got to negotiate with any interested parties looking to deal with Stargate in any way, whether as a client or potential partner.

She also oversaw Stargate and their public face, which meant she had to approve any articles being done on Stargate and any of its members.

Meanwhile, Victor was Jeffrey’s assistant, whose opinion Jeffrey took very seriously when it came to the company’s operations. The three were also good friends and I could see how Vic and Vanessa got together, they were obviously attracted to and fond of each other.

Plus, their personalities complemented one another so it was fun to see them act and react off each other. Vanessa took down my number before we all parted ways and she promised me a manicure date soon. We said our goodbyes and then I was getting into Jeffrey’s car, once again.

“That was fun, I really liked Vic and Vanessa,”  I said, once Jeffrey was inside.

“Yeah, I could tell they really liked you, too. Vanessa is very selective with her friends, I know first-hand she doesn’t like just anyone.” Jeffrey looked at me as if I were something special and I bit my lip before glancing out the window at the passing city.

“So what are we doing tomorrow?” I asked curiously, before looking back at Jeffrey, who was watching me with unveiled heat in his eyes.

“Tomorrow? I can’t get past thoughts of tonight, honestly. We can stay in bed all day tomorrow, I’m okay with doing that.”

Jeffrey grinned at me boyishly and I giggled.

“That’s not such a bad idea…”

Jeffrey got excited at the possibility, my eyes widened when he pressed the button that would lift the partition and then my heart rate picked up with excitement.

Chapter5

Jeffrey

All I could think about was getting Christina in my bed. I couldn’t keep my hands off her the entire ride over. She had just been sitting there, staring out the window with her lip in between her teeth and I simply had to have my mouth on her. I wanted to taste her almost as much as I wanted my next breath. The urge was baffling and relentless all the same. Christina was stretched out along the backseat and she was panting with need as I slid my hands up her inner thighs.

“Jeffrey…we’re in the car, we c—can’t just…”

Her breathy protest trailed off on a moan as my thumb found her clitoris through the panties she wore. I slipped my fingers underneath the hem and pulled them off before slipping them into my pocket.

I pushed her dress up and then spread her legs so I could put my mouth on her delicious folds. She tasted warm and sweet and she smelled incredible, like a mixture of caramel, vanilla, and peaches.

I glanced up at her and my blood rushed hotter through my veins at the picture of pleasure she presented. Christina’s back was arched and her eyes were closed as she held her lip in between her teeth, trying to keep quiet for the driver’s sake. Her hands pushed into my hair and I licked along her sex before flicking my tongue against her clitoris.

Christina slipped and she cried out before she could quiet herself. I moved my hand from one of her thighs and licked my fingers before slowly sliding them into her. Christina’s grip in my hair tightened and I looked up to see her eyes hot on me. Her eyelids were lowered and she still had her damn bottom lip caught between her teeth.

I fingered her slowly while my tongue flicked relentlessly against her clit and small whimpers and moans made their way to my ears. My cock was throbbing from the hard-on I was sporting, and all I wanted was for her to come so I could taste her orgasm on my tongue.

I felt her sex squeeze my fingers and then spasm as she came, I could imagine it was my cock her pussy was milking and I groaned against her sensitive clit. Christina gasped as she shook from the pleasure and I tasted the delicious liquid that came from her release.

I lapped up every last bit and then pulled her dress back down. Christina was dazed as I righted her in the backseat once more. We soon pulled to a stop outside of Christina’s apartment and I walked her upstairs.

I tried to hide my erection by walking practically pressed up against her; thank goodness there weren’t many people in the hallways of her building. As soon as we stepped through the front door, though, and the door was locked, I grabbed her around the waist and directed her towards the back of the couch where I bent her over for me.

I lifted her dress and quickly unbuckled my pants, then slid into her. Christina moaned my name and then pushed back against me. I sank deeper into her and she tightened around me, causing me to groan and tightly grip her waist.

She felt like a hot, slick glove around me, like fucking heaven and I didn’t think I would ever get enough. I pumped into her hard and fast as we had the car waiting downstairs for us, though this time Christina wasn’t nearly as quiet as in the car.

She moaned and begged for me to fuck her harder, she was bold when lost in pleasure, and my shy girl had fled in that moment. I fucking loved it. I pumped into her just as hard as she wanted and touched the very heart of her over and over again until my name was a litany on her lips.

The orgasm devastated us both and all I registered was the painful pleasure of my release shooting into her and the sensitive aftershocks of the orgasm before we both were collapsed on the floor.

“Holy shit, baby…You—you’re going to ruin me,” I said while holding her tight in my lap.

“I think you’ve got that backwards,” she whispered while she hugged me and played with my hair in her fingers. After another moment of catching our breath, I slid out of her and cleaned her up before she went to pack her bag.

“I’m just going to change before we head back to your place,” she said as I lounged on the couch, waiting for her. My head snapped up and I shook my head almost vehemently.

“No, don’t change. I still want you in several different positions while wearing those shoes,” I urged her and she smiled before shaking her head at me. “Only I get to undress you, and then you’ll simply be naked in my bed,” I informed her.

“Oh, my mistake, I didn’t get that memo,” she teased.

I quirked an eyebrow at her while she put some clothes into her duffel bag.

“Well, now you know,” I said. “The next time you drop the ball,  though, I might have to spank you.”

Christina looked at me with wide eyes and a surprised expression.

Spank
me?” I smirked and then simply nodded. “Well God forbid that ever has to happen…” she mumbled to herself while she zipped up the bag and walked over to me so we could go.

Christina and I headed back down to the car and then we were on the way home.

Hopefully, if things went well with us in the coming weeks, I could convince her to just move in with me. I had this odd feeling that I wouldn’t like being away from her for too long.

Christina dozed on the ride back to my place and I let her sleep, because she wouldn’t be getting much once we got home. Those strappy heels she wore made her already incredible legs look even better.

I wanted to kiss every inch of both legs and rest them on my shoulders while I watched her tits bounce with each of my thrusts. Sunday we would end up sleeping all day from exhaustion alone, I thought. I managed to keep my hands to myself as we made our way into the house and then we proceeded to settle all my fantasies of her in those heels. After we showered and got into bed, I held her close and we both fell asleep as if on command.

Sometime just before dawn, Christina stirred in my arms, I felt her upset even though she wasn’t particularly acting out in her sleep. The devastated look on her sleeping face made my heart wrench and I gently shook her awake out of the bad dream.

“Baby what is it? What did you dream about?” I held her close as she wrapped her arms around me and buried her face in my chest.

“I…I had a dream about my parents…I miss them,” she whispered brokenly and I felt her wet tears on my skin. I forced her to look at me by lifting her chin and then I cupped her face in my hands so I could wipe away her tears with my thumbs.

Her caramel colored eyes glistened with unshed tears and my heart broke at the anguish she was feeling.

“I just miss them so much…I—they died too soon, I wasn’t ready to lose them yet…”

I kissed away her tears and she held on to me tight.

“It’s alright, it’s okay to cry for them, baby.” I simply held her while she grieved over the memory of her parents and once her tears were dried up, we went into the kitchen for some hot chocolate in the middle of August.

“What were they like?” I asked her tentatively, the only way she was going to be able to deal with any of that was if she spoke about them and remembered the good times, and remembered everything they taught her.

“My mom was beautiful, she always had a smile on her face and a joke to tell. Which was great because my dad was sometimes the grumpiest and most serious man you could ever meet, though he always smiled for me and her. He’d always say we were the lights of his life…then my mom would poke fun at him for being a sap…” Christina smiled while she got lost in the fond memory.

A dreamy faraway look crossed her features and the tightness in my chest at her suffering began to ease. She pulled her robe close around her before taking a sip of the hot chocolate.

“You know, my dad used to make me hot chocolate whenever I was down…it’s my favorite drink.”

She smiled before taking a sip and I walked around the island to stand behind her and held her in my arms.

“Do you think your parents would’ve liked me?”

Christina laughed and I wondered if it was a “fat chance” laugh or a “they would’ve loved you!”  laugh.

“My dad was hard to win over whenever it came to guys in my life; my mom was easier, but she had her secret opinions…I think she would have liked you. Yes.

You manage to sometimes force me out of my insecurities and shyness. My dad, you probably would have had to talk business with, so he could find out how responsible you are,
then
maybe he’d like you,” she explained.

I smiled, that was good enough for me. From what Christina told me of her parents, I thought I would have hit it off great with her dad. Speaking of parents, I know my mom would love Christina. Just from her dimples alone, my mother would definitely pull me aside somewhere to beg me to make grandkids with Christina. The more I thought about it, the more I
wanted
Christina to meet my mom.

“Hey, I just thought of something we could do tomorrow…or today rather,” I amended when I saw the time, it was nearly five in the morning. Christina looked at me curiously and I grinned. “Saturday’s are usually when I visit my mom, I completely bailed on dinner, so maybe we can go visit her around dinner time?”

Christina chewed on her lip nervously.

“You want me to meet your mother?” she asked incredulously.

I knew it was kind of soon to ask that, but I was a hundred percent sure it was what I wanted.

“Yes, definitely, I know she’ll love you,” I said earnestly. Christina seemed really nervous about that possibility and I decided that it was definitely too soon for
her,
even though the more I thought about it, the more I wanted it to happen.

“Alright, we can wait on meeting my mom…but I
do
want you to meet her, you guys would hit it off.” I didn’t want Christina thinking I was saying all of that just because she was feeling sad about her parents.

“I’d like to…just not yet,” Christina said softly.  I nodded and then bent to kiss her on the cheek. We finished our cocoa in comfortable silence and then I pulled her back to bed with me where she fell asleep easily. I watched her rest for a long while before I finally let myself fall asleep.

* * *

I woke up to an empty bed and briefly wondered where the hell Christina could have gone. Then I smelled the aroma of bacon frying and I smiled, my girl was making me breakfast. I quickly got up and pulled on some boxers and a white undershirt before walking down to the kitchen. Christina was indeed making breakfast and wearing one of my t-shirts while doing it. It was big on her and she looked incredibly hot in it.

“Good morning.” I smiled at her while I sat behind the island bar. Christina stretched over the counter top to press a kiss to my lips and I picked up on her good mood.

“Morning. I hope you like cinnamon nutmeg vanilla pancakes.”

Just the way she said it made them sound good.

“If you’re making it, baby I’m sure I’ll love them.”

Christina smirked as she walked back over to the stove top.

“What if I was ordering them in?” she asked coyly and I shrugged.

“Then they wouldn’t be as good,” I said simply, and she smiled and went back to making the pancakes and bacon.

“So what are we going to do today?” she asked curiously and I wondered if she had ever been to a Giants game.

“I have season tickets to the Giants games if you’re into football?” Christina perked up at the suggestion and I saw the familiar glint in her eye of a true football fan. I knew her team wasn’t the Giants, though.

“They are playing the Dolphins today…”

My jaw dropped and I had to prepare myself for the possibility.

“Don’t tell me you’re a Dolphin’s fan…” Christina’s smile was guilty and I clutched at my heart. “A Dolphin’s fan! Oh my goodness, they are
everywhere
. Honestly, Christina, I don’t mean to offend or anything, but when are you going to stop living in the clouds?”
