My sister was going to live in The Hague, Netherlands. I couldn’t believe it. Even better she was going to be working at the Peace Palace to make a real difference in this world.

"She'll be clerking part-time for a judge from Uganda and part time for a judge from Australia," Roman continued.

“You must be thrilled for your sister,” Grayson’s mother said with a big smile on her face.

It’s true. I was so proud of my sister; I could barely contain my emotions. "I am," I answered her politely.

I tried not to say too much out of fear I might start crying; I was just so overwhelmed with emotions at that point. I was happy for my sister, proud of her too, but also scared. Scared that she would be living across the world in the Netherlands. Would she be okay by herself, that far away from home?

It was hard for me to move to Los Angeles because I was worried I would miss my sister too much, being so far away. My sister was the only family I had left and before then I hadn’t ever lived more than a few minutes from her. But the Netherlands, that’s a whole other world away.

“If you are wondering,” Grayson chimed in, “it’s a ten to twelve-hour flight.”

I turned to him in surprise. “That was actually what I was thinking about.”

“I figured,” he teased. “I could practically see the gears grinding in your head.”

I rolled my eyes as he patted my cheek.

He grabbed my hand and squeezed. “She’s going to be okay.”

"I know," I said back absently. I was anything but sure, though. I didn't know, but I hoped he was right and that she would be okay so far away from home.

After breakfast, I excused myself and snuck off to call my sister.

“I’m moving to The Hague,” she announced excitedly in lieu of a hello.

“Well, hello to you too sister,” I teased.

She started right in with her good news, and I found myself getting swept up by her enthusiasm.

"I'm going to miss you so much, Andrea."

"I'm going to miss you too Alison, but you know we can Skype each other all the time, and it will be like I'm right there with you."

“Will I get to see you before you go?”

"Yes. I'll fly out to LA next month, and we'll spend a whole week together before I have to leave."

“I could come to see you in Texas if that’s easier for you?”

"Actually, my lease is up on this place a week before I'm scheduled to move to the Netherlands so I figured I would just spend that time with you instead."

Before hanging up, we talked a bit more about her plans and how I was doing. When I disconnected the call, I looked up and found Grayson leaning against the doorframe of my bedroom.

“I figured that’s where you got off to. You feel better now that you talked to your sister?”

“Yes I do, much better.”

I still didn't like that she told Roman before me, but that was just as much my fault as it was hers. I needed to make more of an effort to be a better sister. We had drifted apart while she was in law school and now she was moving a million miles away from me.

Grayson came in and gave me a hug.

“I’m sorry I snuck off like that. I just really needed to speak to her and find out what was going on.”

"Don't worry about it Alison. I more than understand. She's your sister, your twin sister at that. I'll never try and come between you two. Anytime, day or night you need to speak to her, I'll understand."

I smiled up at him.

“Now let me give you a tour of the place.”

Grayson and Roman walked me around the acreage, showing me all their favorite places like the pond and the old barn, which is where they liked to play hide and seek as young children.

After Grayson and Roman had helped their father repair a part of the fence, I helped his mother prepare lunch. Everything felt so normal, so surreal.

Before I knew it, it was time for us to catch our flight back to LA. The two days we spent in Oklahoma flew by. I was honestly sad we had to go back to LA. Grayson was different around his family. He was more relaxed and playful. I liked seeing that side of him, and I liked his family too. They were so loving and accepted me. They didn't know me, yet they accepted me into their home and treated me like I was the daughter they never had but always wanted.

Chapter Thirteen

When we got back to his plane, Grayson practically jumped out of the SUV and dragged me up the stairs.

"Baby, don't we have to turn the SUV back to the car rental place?"

“No. I arranged for them to pick it up.”

I thought he had a great time with his family, so I wasn't sure why he was in such a hurry to get out of there. After we had taken off, I found out what the rush was all about.

He smirked, stood up and casually unbuckled my seatbelt without saying a word. Then he picked me up as his lips came down on mine. I wrapped my legs around his waist, and he walked us to the bedroom, kicking the door closed behind us.

“I missed you,” he breathed as he peppered kisses along my jawline.

“What are you talking about? I’ve spent like every minute of the last few days with you.”

He threw me on the bed and started ripping his clothes off. “I mean I missed being with you like this. I don’t ever want to sleep in a bed without you again.”

“Well, that’s going to be a little complicated,” I said as he lifted my shirt up over my head.

“Why is that?”

“Because silly, you travel all around the world making movies.”

“Then you’ll just have to come with me.”

“I can’t do that Grayson.”

“Why not? You are a writer. You can write anywhere. Why not write when you are with me on location?”

I didn't have an answer for that one. Luckily I didn't have to sit there obsessing over it because soon he distracted me with more kisses while his hands were all over my body.

I lifted my hands up and ran my fingers through his hair. Then I took my legs and wrapped them around his waist. More and more demanding kisses followed. I felt myself grow more excited with each kiss.

He began to remove the rest of my clothes, slowly, carefully, effortlessly. His hands were everywhere, and before I knew it, I was completely naked before him. He loomed over me, just staring down at me. I could feel his erection pressing against me but he wasn't ready yet it seemed, to plunge it inside of me.

He ground himself into me a couple of times and whispered against my neck. “You feel so fucking good Alison.”

Then he started scattering light kisses on my neck, my collarbone and then the top of my breasts. Hi

legs straddling me, knees on either side of my hips.
Then he lowered his face down to mine. When our lips met, I was consumed by a frenzy of passion that I couldn't resist.

“You’re mine,” he growled.

I moaned.

“Say it,” he demanded.

I cupped my hands on his face and replied. "I'm yours, Grayson, forever and always."

With a groan, he pushed his cock inside of me. The gentleness from before was gone. This was a man who clearly wanted to dominate me, and I wanted to let him.

My hips surged forward as I tried to meet him thrust for thrust. With each slam, he grunted.

I put my hand down between my legs and started playing with my clit. It drove him wild. Grayson continued to slide in and out of me, heaving and thrusting, plunging towards ecstasy. He grunted and cursed as he pulled out then pushed in again.

“You like it when I fuck you hard, don’t you?”

“Yes! Oh God Yes!”

The truth was, I was so out of it at that point, I didn't know what I was yessing him about. All I knew was that I wanted him to fuck me harder and faster. The pressure between my legs kept building. I was close, so close.

The heat and pressure surrounding his cock was so powerful; It was overwhelming me.

His thrusts were brutal, then grew erratic. Short and hard, I knew he was going to come soon. I could feel his cock throbbing inside of me. He pumped faster, his cock slamming into me while my lust and desire were also rising, spiraling upwards, driving me over the edge.

He drove his cock to the hilt and then my body began to shake. Wave after wave of ecstasy flooded through me.

Then he grunted loudly, and I felt the hot stream of his cu filling me. He slammed into me several more times and then I felt the last fading pulses of his cock letting me know he was finished. I lay there quivering, the final waves of my own orgasm fading.

“That was incredible,” I breathed.

And it really was. But it wasn’t making love, that was a fuck. I finally got the difference and as much as I liked when he was sweet and gentle with me, I liked it even more when he wasn’t.

Afterwards he rolled off of me and pulled me into the crook of his arm. While he held me tightly, I closed my eyes and whispered “I love you,” before drifting off into a deep sleep, truly and completely happy.

I was jolted out of my revelry as the plane started to shake.

“It’s okay,” Grayson soothed. “It’s just some turbulence. Let’s head back to our seats.”

We got dressed and headed back towards the front of the plane and took our seats and buckled up.

The flight attendant informed us that we were traveling through some nasty weather but that everything would return to normal shortly. The shaking finally stopped about half an hour later, and not too much longer LA was in sight.

When we were arrived we were met on the tarmac by Grayson’s trusty bodyguard Jax who had a scowl on his face.

“Uh oh,” Grayson murmured. “Something’s up.”

As we walked to the car Jax explained that Grayson’s lawyer, agent, and publicist would be meeting us at his house. When Grayson asked why, he handed us a stack of newspapers and article print outs from various online celebrity gossip sites.

Basically the media reported that Grayson was seen manhandling me at The Grove and it appeared as if he forced me into the back of his limousine. Then when I hadn’t been seen for the last few days, people started to speculate that he kidnapped me, especially when an
insider
leaked the news that Grayson’s private jet had taken off to parts unknown.

I couldn’t help but laugh. This couldn’t be for real. But when we pulled up to Grayson’s house and I saw the swarms of media outside the gates, I knew it was. These crazy people thought he really kidnapped me. He’s Grayson Chase, a huge movie star, why would they think he would ever need to abduct anyone?

“So, what do we do?” Grayson asked Cat, his publicist, who seemed almost delighted with it all. “Do we issue a statement, or just ignore it?”

“We can’t ignore it,” his lawyer said. “The police have already been poking their heads around here. They want to speak to the young Miss Crawford right away.”

“Me? Why do the police want to speak to me?”

“Because, Miss Crawford they want to make sure you are alright, and that you have not in fact been kidnapped by Grayson,” the lawyer said.

I tried my best to hold back a laugh but it wasn’t easy. All of this was such a mess and I really shouldn’t be making light of it, but I couldn’t help myself. It was funny to think that so many people thought he would actually kidnap me.

“I’m glad you find this all so amusing Miss Crawford,” his agent, Harvey spit out at me. “But you know some of us have careers on the line.”

I rolled my eyes. What a dick. Was he seriously blaming me for all this?

“Enough,” Grayson said. “This isn’t anyone’s fault, most especially not Alison’s. We all know how relentless the media can be. It’s just another day in Hollywood. So let’s come up with a plan of action.”

Jax came back into the room, this time with three police officers in tow. “Mr. Chase, these officers would like to have a word with Miss Alison.”

“Of course,” Grayson said. “Please come in.”

Grayson’s lawyer stood on one side of me while Grayson stood on the other, holding my hand.

“If you don’t mind, we would like to speak to Miss Crawford alone,” one of the officers said.

Grayson’s lawyer spoke up. “Not without me present,” he said emphatically. “I’m her legal representation.”

“Of course, that’s fine,” the police officer said. “But as far as everyone else goes, we really would prefer they stepped out of the room for a bit.”

The room cleared out and then the police began to question me. I explained the whole story to them as best I could and before long they were on their way, apologizing for having to bother us in the first place.

“It’s okay,” Grayson said. “We understand, you were just doing your job.”

Grayson signed some autographs for the officers and they were on their way.

“Okay now, what’s next?” Grayson asked Cat.

“Next comes the fun part,” she said as she rubbed her hands together. “We don’t issue an official statement. We let it all hang in the air for the next few days, and let it get really out of hand. Then you two do an exclusive interview for someone.”

“Who?” I asked.

“Whoever is willing to pay the most, of course,” she said as if I was silly for even asking such a question.

“Okay, we can do that,” Grayson said while turning to me. “What do you think? You up for all of this?”

I shrugged. “I guess, if you think its best.”

It was late by the time we arrived in LA and by now I was ravenous.

“Do you think we can go and get something to eat? I’m really hungry.”

“No,” Cat jumped right off the couch and said. “Absolutely not. You two need to stay out of sight for the next few days. If you are hungry we’ll order food in but you can’t be seen gallivanting around town together like a couple if this is going to work.”

“Okay, sorry. I didn’t know that is what you meant. Does that mean I can’t go home for the next few days either?”

“Exactly. I want you held up in this house until the day of the big interview. In fact, even then. We’ll bring whoever it is, in to speak to you both here at Grayson’s house.”

It was then I realized that the press was probably already camped outside of my apartment. “Did someone warn Jennifer?”

“Don’t worry,” Cat assured me. “Ethan has whisked her away to some island getaway for the next week. I think they went to Fiji.”

Well that was good. At least Jennifer would be safe from all the crazy paparazzi.

I plopped down on the couch next to Cat while Grayson’s assistant ordered us something to eat. I was so overwhelmed by everything going on, I didn’t even hear what it was she was saying about the food.

Would life with Grayson always be like this? No, it wouldn’t. I tried my best to think about the last two days we spent in Oklahoma with his family and block all other thoughts out of my mind. I thought about the adorable smile on his face as he showed me his favorite hiding spot in the old barn and the way he was around his family, all relaxed and normal.

After dinner I went upstairs to take a long bath and then turned in for the night as Grayson held me in his big strong arms.

“So I guess you got your way after all,” I teased Grayson.

“What do you mean?”

“You found a way to keep me in your bed for another night.”

He growled and he rolled over on top of me.

“I told you, I’m never letting you go.”

I couldn’t help but laugh.
