He nodded, then pushed the switch, making the small egg-shaped
silver object jump to life. “Turn around, Mistress. Please.”

She did as he asked, turning so her back was to his front.
He wrapped his free arm around Desiree’s body. She was acutely aware of the
muscles in his forearm. She inhaled deeply, then let herself sink into him.
Martin reached down and gently placed the vibrator between Desiree’s legs,
which she spread to give him easier access.

She let her head drop back on his chest. “That’s good,” she
growled. “I like it.” She ground her hips backward at the same time to enjoy
the feeling of his hard cock against her back. He moved the thin strip of
fabric between her legs to one side and pushed the pulsating egg against her
clitoris. It was Desiree’s turn to moan.

S’il vous plaît
, Mistress,” Martin begged. “Please
let me down. I need to touch you with both hands.”

Desiree panted. “No.” She could hardly get the words out
between breaths. “I can’t. You. Are. Right. Where. I. Want. You.” She
struggled, grinding her hips both backward and forward at the same time. “Keep
going until I tell you to stop.”

He pressed the vibrator harder against her clit, moving it
in small, steady circles. Her juices ran over his hand, lubricating everything.
“I knew you would be wonderful,” he panted. “I knew this would be good.
Everything I imagined.” Martin chanted trancelike.

A pulsing sensation built on itself until chills fluctuated
through Desiree’s body. Her mouth became dry. She continued to grind her hips
backward, arching her back. Martin’s member was still rock hard and it rested
against her ass. Tears streamed down his cheeks.

“Mistress, please. Let me have you.” Martin’s hand slowed as
he begged her. His breath was hot on the back of her neck.

Desiree screamed. “I did not tell you to stop.” She slapped
at his thigh with the riding crop, still in her hand. “You can’t have anything
unless you finish what you started. You feel my wetness on your hand? You did
that! Now finish.”

He started again in earnest. Desiree tried to restrain
herself, but the feeling was too intense. Moans escaped her lips. He moaned
with her as if he was enjoying himself as much as she was. “Yes, Mistress, just
let yourself go.” He spoke into Desiree’s ear, his voice barely above a
whisper. His breath was hot on her neck. Every word sent chills down coursing
through her body.

Soon, Desiree’s body was awash with waves of pleasure. Her
breathing was heavy. Martin held her in place with just the curve of his body,
coaxing the orgasm from her as he did. “Yes, just let go,” he spoke to her like
someone soothing a crying child. Desiree was first hot, then cold, then hot
again as the vibrator did its work. Martin moaned louder and louder. “Please,
Mistress,” he said. “Stroke me. I want to join you.”

She did as he asked. Desiree wrapped her hand around his
cock, holding it firmly. She moved gently at first, then slowly increased the pressure
and the speed of her movement, feeling his skin move from tip to shaft. Desiree
squeezed her eyes shut, her arm aching from the work. Martin’s moans soon
overpowered hers. Finally, cum spurted from his rod, covering Desiree’s bare
thigh.

Desiree commanded him to stop. She couldn’t take the
vibrator anymore. The intensity was much more than she’d experienced in a long
while. “That’s enough,” she practically barked.

Still eager to obey, Martin released her and collapsed
backward against the wall. He closed his eyes, murmuring, “Thank you,” over and
over again.

Chapter Thirteen

Happy Fake Wife

Sam rolled over and looked at Desiree. She was dead asleep.
It was about time. Her tossing and turning had kept him awake much of the
night. He moved one of her curls back from her eye and admired her beauty. It
was corny, he knew, but this woman was the most beautiful creature he’d ever
laid eyes on. He slid from the bed and tried his best not to disturb her. The
more he thought about it, the more he wanted to kick himself for dragging her
into this life in the first place. He still struggled with the idea of them
working together. It might have been different if they ran an office supply
store, but many people had died in the line of duty in this job, or
disappeared, never to be heard from again. Sam would never be able to forgive
himself if something happened to her, but being in harm’s way was practically
the definition of the job. He’d had no idea they would be assigned together the
way they were. And it was getting to the point where he could barely stand the
thought of another man touching her. He was always just a little distracted and
he’d learned over the years distraction wasn’t a good thing in his line of
work.

He grabbed his phone on the way to the bathroom, scrolling
through his text messages as he walked. His finger paused on the thread from
Reed. Disgust rolled through his body. He’d read it last night but refused to
even dignify the man with an answer.

Reed: Is Desiree having as much fun as you?

Sam: This isn’t fun it, it’s work.

Reed: So you say, but does she think the same thing?

That’s where he’d left him. He and Desiree had an
understanding, or at least Sam thought they did. They would not discuss or lose
sleep over what they had to do in the line of duty and he refused to be led
down a path that could only be self-destructive. Period, end of story. Sam
slammed his phone down on the bathroom counter and ran his hand through his
hair. How had he lucked out and scored such an asshole for a boss? If he didn’t
know better, he’d think Reed was jealous but of what he wasn’t sure.

Desiree stumbled into bathroom to join Sam, her eyes barely
open. All of the anger Sam was feeling was pushed to the back of his mind. Even
groggy and disheveled from sleep, it was a pleasure to lay eyes on her. A warm
feeling flowed through him. How could someone look so good after barely
sleeping? Her curly hair was only slightly tousled and framed her face and a
rosy glow graced her caramel cheeks.

A smile popped onto Sam’s face. “Good morning, sunshine.” He
encircled her waist with his arms. Desiree shook her head. “Please, let me
brush my teeth first.” Her voice was several octaves lower than it would be in
just half an hour.

“I don’t care about that,” Sam said. “I want you, nasty
morning breath and all.”

Ignoring him, she reached for her toothbrush. “No, sir. You
deserve the best me I can give you. I need a minute.”

“Your morning routine takes more than a minute.”

“True, but not all of us can hop out of bed with mind and
systems on full throttle the way you do.”

Sam laughed. “It’s true. Beauty like yours takes some doing
to tame. Otherwise, the mere mortals around here wouldn’t be able to handle
you.”

Desiree finished brushing her teeth and splashed water on
her face and neck. She let out a long sigh. “I’m glad you’re at least
acknowledging my other-worldness.”

“Is that a thing? Is other-worldness even a word?” He
chuckled. Add a dry sense of humor to the list of things he loved about
Desiree. He was going to be spoiled by waking up to her every day during this
assignment. Their vacation had been one thing, but he could get used to the
permanence of this sort of arrangement too.

His thoughts shocked the smile off his face. Sam rubbed his
hand across his forehead
. What am I thinking? What has happened to me that
has me thinking like this?

“Don’t tell me my command of the English language has thrown
you into a funk so easily?”

Sam moved away from Desiree. All his playfulness vanished as
suddenly as it had appeared.

She followed him. “Wait, did I say something wrong?”

Thoughts raced through Sam’s mind. Was Reed right? Was it
going to be their relationship or their job? He shook his head and forced a
smile. “No, Dez,” he said. “It’s not you at all.” He tried to change the
subject. “Did you find out anything useful last night?”

Desiree flinched. “I don’t know if what I uncovered was
useful or not. Just like we thought, Martin is the mastermind of some kind of
swingers’ sex club.”

Sam nodded but let her continue, even though he’d already
surmised as much.

“They call themselves the Passion Club. Martin claims they
are fulfilling his members’ sexual fantasies, but…”

“What? Finish. But what, exactly? It might be important.”
Sam studied her face. What was it she wasn’t saying?

Desiree sighed. “It was very interesting. No one ever asked
me what I wanted. It felt like we just did what he wanted. It was his fantasy
or something.”

“Wait, you matched with Martin?”

She nodded. “I did. He said it was his game and he could
make happen what he wanted to happen. He wanted me, apparently. But he didn’t
ask me what I wanted. The scenario appeared to be all planned out before I even
got to the playroom, down to the last detail and all the supplies.” Desiree
plopped down on the overstuffed chaise in their bedroom, wringing her hands.

He resisted the urge to ask her what happened, even though
the questions were resonating throughout his mind
. Stick to the pertinent
details, Comfort
, he told himself. It was too easy to get bogged down in
details that really didn’t matter, at least not for work. Something was clearly
eating at her. That was the important thing.

“Was your experience the same?” The lines in her face were
filled with worry. “I feel like there’s something I’m missing.” She grabbed the
exercise pants draped on the chaise next to her and pulled them on.

He shrugged. “I don’t know about having the same experience.
No one asked me what my fantasy was, but I’m a dude. Anything with sex can
pretty much fit the bill. I felt almost…kidnapped.” A strange sensation of
tingling started in his stomach, then stopped abruptly. Could it be he had
actually enjoyed his experience? Had it excited him in ways he had yet to
explore?

“Kidnapped is interesting. I was definitely the dominant one
in my experience, or at least I was supposed to feel like I was.”

“And? Was it a problem?”

Desiree hesitated. “No. Actually, I think I enjoyed it. What
bothers me is how did Martin know I might? Or did he just take a stab in the
dark?”

“Good question.” Sam shook his head. “Maybe everyone’s
experience was the same. Maybe it was dominance night or something. I was under
impression the experience changed constantly. Kimberly told me that was why
people were so eager to come back. She said people never knew what they were
going to get when they showed up, so people clamored for the invitations.
What’s more interesting is that Martin claims the assignments are random, but
you ended up with him while I ended up with his partner in crime.” He paused,
handing her the tennis shoes he knew she was looking for. “Are we running?”

“If you want. I need to burn off some steam.” Desiree
nodded, her face pensive. “Funny how convenient his arrangement of partners
was.” She was silent for a minute as he tied her laces. “Did she say anything
significant? Any clue to where Geneva was?”

Sam was quiet as he slowly paced the room. “Well, she did
say Geneva did not participate at the club that often now, only the house
parties.”

“Hmm, that’s interesting,” Desiree said. “I wonder why?” Was
it a case of what’s good for the goose not being good for the gander?

“It was implied she had a tendency to get too attached.” His
eyes locked with Desiree’s. “She just didn’t say too attached to whom.”

“So he keeps her away so he can keep her from getting too
attached? That hardly seems right. What about him? He can’t get attached? That
just seems way too controlling for my liking.” She tied her shoes and slammed
her feet down.

Sam had to try hard to keep from smiling. “Don’t forget to
stay focused, Dez.”

“This could be important. We need to keep it in the back of
our minds.”

He nodded. “True, but let’s not let what we think about
Martin’s actions cloud our judgment. We have to weed out the details and figure
out what’s what.” He grabbed his hoodie. “Are you ready to get dusted out
there? I could really use a good run.”

Desiree stormed toward the door. “Please. You don’t lose
track of the important details either. You haven’t beat me in running in quite
some time.”

Sam chuckled. He loved it when Desiree got all riled up and
wanted to run. As far as he was concerned, that meant one thing and one thing
only—they would have some good after-run sex. Just the thought of it excited
him. A good run always turned Desiree on. For now, it was best just to let things
go and placate her a little bit. “It doesn’t matter who wins or loses here,
Desiree. We’re taking a run together, right?”

“Whatever you say. I just hope you are ready for all I’m
going to bring you out there. The only detail you will need to know is I will
be in front of you.”

He nodded smiling to himself. There was no use arguing.
Happy fake wife, happy fake life, he thought. For the next hour or so, there
was little that mattered. She would be in front of him because he liked to
watch her from behind. Nothing about that was new. The new detail he would
store away for later was that Desiree liked being the dominant in whatever
situation Martin had put her in. Surely he would find some use for that piece
of information later.

Chapter Fourteen

All’s Fair in Love and War

The scenario had all been rehearsed in her mind. Geneva
smoothed her pencil skirt and ran her hand over the curve of her backside,
admiring the way it hugged her curves, French style. She’d dressed
purposefully, wanting to make sure her husband paid attention to what she had
to say today. French women didn’t worry about panty lines and neither did she.
Geneva knew how to handle Martin when she wanted something and she was willing
to let him feel in control. At least for today.

She applied her lipstick and ran through her plan. Geneva
did her best to quell the anger bubbling inside her. Martin always thought she
had no clue what was going on, but he needed to give her more credit than that.
Over the years, she’d gotten smarter, but he, well, he hadn’t and that amazed
Geneva. Her husband insisted on treating her more and more like a child
sometimes.

He thought she was clueless, but despite his efforts to hide
it, Geneva knew he’d gone to the last passion party without telling her and she
also knew Leesa had been at his side. She pouted and studied her image in the
mirror. Did he think she just wouldn’t notice everyone had disappeared if he
sent her on a worthless outing?

“You should go shopping in Brussels tomorrow,” he’d told
her, pressing his lips into her neck. “You deserve something nice for yourself.”
He’d given himself away by adding, “Don’t worry about the cost. It’ll be on me.”
Martin was always worried about the costs of things. Instead of going to the
airport, Geneva had doubled back and waited. She’d known he was up to
something, especially when no one was available to go with her. Her friends
loved shopping more than breathing and they loved free shopping more than that.
The little town they lived in was a bit removed from the excitement of Paris.
Any of them could get to the center of the Parisian shopping district without
too much difficulty, but none of them ventured to Brussels very often. The trip
she’d offered them was a big deal, yet all of them had been too busy to go.
That in itself had raised a big red flag for Geneva.

When she figured it out, Geneva had fumed, but then she
became resolved Martin would just have to pay for this. There was no way around
it and after a little thought, Geneva knew just how he was going to make things
up to her. And if he couldn’t go along with her plans, it would be a long time
before he had a ring of Chanel Perle 02lipstick around his cock again.

The front door to their flat opened and Geneva sprang into
action. By the time Martin made his way down the long entryway and into the
living room, Geneva was there, waiting for him. She positioned herself across
the room in front of their liquor cart, her back to the doorway. She picked up
his favorite bourbon, slowly pouring it into a heavy glass. Martin was
particular about his glassware, believing the quality of his glass made
whatever he was drinking taste better.

He didn’t speak when he walked in, but his presence was
undeniable. Geneva felt him ease himself down into his favorite spot and she
could practically feel his eyes on her backside. A slow smile crept across her
face. She turned slowly. Martin cleared his throat, but only half glanced at
her.

“You going somewhere?” he asked.

Geneva shook her head slowly, handing him the glass. “No.”

“You look very nice. Is that new?”

She turned around slowly so he could take all of her in. “I
bought it on the shopping trip you sent me on.” Geneva fought to contain her
smirk. One small lie deserved another.

Martin paused. Did he sense the questions in her head?
Geneva didn’t care. A slow smile started on his face. “Well, you look quite
lovely.”

Geneva came toward her husband and stood just behind him.
She ran her hands over his shoulders and back, massaging him gently. “Thank
you,” she said. “I wanted to look nice for you. To show you my appreciation.
For the trip to Brussels. It was very thoughtful of you.” She wanted to see
just how much it took before Martin told her the truth.

“It was my pleasure. I know things have been stressful
around here for you lately. And from the looks of things, the trip was
successful.”

“I discovered quite a few things.” Geneva managed to keep
the pressure on his shoulders steady.

“Did you? What did you do?”

“I did exactly what I wanted to.”

He nodded. “That’s good then.” Martin closed and opened his
eyes, enjoying the kneading of his wife’s fingers on his body. “That feels
good. You know I love it when you touch me.”

She nodded. “I know exactly what you like, Martin. I happen
to know more about what makes you happy than you give me credit for.” She
kissed the side of his face, just missing his ear, one of her husband’s most
erogenous zones. She knew that would make him like putty in her hands. “I have
an idea for the next Passion Club party.”

Martin moaned lightly, his eyes closed in anticipation.

Geneva took that as an acknowledgement. She had him right
where she wanted him. She moved around him, dropped to her knees and undid his
belt buckle.

Martin licked his lips, then parted his legs to let her
continue. Geneva kissed his crotch area lightly, then looked into her husband’s
eyes, smiling. She unzipped his fly as he parted his legs a little farther,
letting out an anticipatory sigh as he did. He put his hands on her shoulders,
massaging them gently and slowly guiding her head to where he hoped she was
going anyway.

“You’re too good to me,” he said. “Is it a holiday?”

In Geneva’s mind, there was no occasion more special than
her getting her way. “Silly goose,” she said, taking his member in her hand,
squeezing tight, the way she knew he liked. “You always deserve special
attention. You’re good to me, so turnabout is fair, right?” Martin’s dick was
heavy with excitement now. He loved fellatio more than just about anything. She
let her hot breath envelop him completely but didn’t quite take him in her
mouth. She was angry, but her mouth still watered at the thought of circling
his dick with her tongue.

Martin’s body practically ached from the anticipation. “You
mean the world to me, GG. I hope you realize that.” His eyes were wide now as a
slight tremble started in his legs. Martin meant what he said. His wife did
mean the world to him. No matter what else or who else he was doing, she was
who he came home to again and again. The fact she shared his proclivities only
made it better, but lately, he’d been feeling the need to protect her, keep her
away from situations she might not be able to handle.

Geneva winked and ran her tongue along his length, scooping
up the small bead of liquid that had appeared at the tip. “I have an idea for
the next passion party, lover,” she repeated herself. Now was the time. She
knew how to get what she wanted from her husband.

Geneva took him in her mouth slowly, moving from the tip to
root with deliberate motion. She pressed her lips down firmly and moved back to
where she started. Martin’s eyes rolled back in his head and he lifted his hips
slightly to meet her movements.

“That’s what I like.” His words were breathy. She was
driving him crazy and she knew it.

Geneva repeated the motion again, this time letting her
tongue glide lightly over the smooth surface. “Is it?”

Martin was panting heavily now, his voice barely audible. “Damn,
that’s good. Absolutely,” he said. “It absolutely is.”

“And I know you’ll be good to me too.” Geneva replied,
speaking in-between movements. She quickened her up and down movements, letting
her mouth slide over his cock in-between. “You want to fuck my mouth?”

Martin’s whole body tensed. She knew he loved it when she
talked dirty, especially when she was dressed in such a ladylike manner. “Oh
yes baby. Tell me what you’re going to do to me. Let me fuck your pretty mouth.”
The idea of driving a lady to do such naughty things was almost too much for
him.

Geneva smiled. He was too easy sometimes. “Oh but you’ve
been a bad boy. You have to earn the right to fuck this.” She circled his dick
with her mouth again, alternating between slurping and sucking. Martin’s body
practically begged her for relief.

“Anything you want. Just please, GG, let me come.”

Those were the words she wanted to hear. Geneva paused and
looked up at her husband. She did not release her grip on the base of his dick.
Instead, she tightened it. He moaned in anticipation.

A slow smile crept across her face. “I want the next passion
party to be ladies’ choice. And hooded.”

Martin writhed with desire. “Can we talk about this later?”
He only wanted to concentrate on the pleasure at hand. She had gotten him so
worked up he ached for release.

Geneva shook her head. There was no way she was letting this
go until she got her way. If they didn’t settle this now, he would continue to
dismiss her. “No. Now. You said anything. Besides, I don’t want you sneaking
off and having your fun without me again.” Her smile disappeared. “If you want,
we can finish this when you are ready to agree with me.”

Martin opened his mouth and closed it. Caught red-handed,
there was nothing he could say. He sighed heavily, but his erection didn’t
subside. “Tell me.”

“So you agree?”

He nodded. He’d been keeping Geneva away from the passion
parties and she clearly knew it. She just seemed a bit too unstable for them
lately.

A broad smile spread across his wife’s face. “How about I
show you, not tell you. All you have to do is have your minion, Leesa, and her
friends prepare the purple hoods.”

There was no way out. Geneva literally had him in the palm
of her hand. Martin nodded. They could do things her way, but right now, she
just needed to finish doing him. She flicked the veins on the side of his dick
with the tip of her tongue and Martin jumped as if an electric current had run
through him.

“I will do it exactly the way you want. You have my word.”

“Then, lover-dear, you can fuck my mouth.” Geneva felt his
body relax as relief spread through him. She leaned back on her knees as he
stood, not releasing his penis. She licked him again, then let him push into
her mouth deep and then deeper still.

“Oh baby,” he said. “I love to feel the pulse of your throat
like that. Take me deep.”

Geneva responded by taking all of her husband inside her
mouth. He seemed to grow larger every time and although she had been playing
with him, she loved this. She licked and alternated sliding his penis in and
out of her mouth, sucking gently and moving her hand in rhythm at the base of
his penis. This was what control was about. Right about now, Martin would do
whatever Geneva wanted and that thrilled her. He held the back of her head
gently as she worked, moving his hips in concert with her sucking.

She moved her hands to hold his ass, relaxing as best she
could. Geneva had started out to get what she wanted, but now she was turned on
too. She let go of his ass and wrapped her hands around his body, enjoying the
firmness of Martin’s backside and the way his muscles pulsated.

“I love it when you do that,” Martin said. “I love the way
you move your mouth. That’s my favorite.”

Geneva knew it was. She quickened her pace, hungry for the
coming flood of cum.

“I’m almost there. I’m right there.” Martin’s voice was
strained as he struggled to stand. He couldn’t take much more.

Geneva tried to remain in control as she pulled everything
she could from her husband. She wanted him to come so hard he couldn’t control
himself. She licked and sucked harder, exploring the area between his dick and
his puckered hole. Martin gasped in response.

“Ooh baby,” he begged. “I won’t be able to take that. What
are you doing to me?”

She lubricated her finger with saliva and thrust it into his
puckered treasure as far as her position would allow, then returned to sucking
him.

The combination was too much to handle. Martin screamed as
he tensed and exploded in her mouth. Geneva struggled to swallow as much of his
salty cum as she could, but it was too much too fast. It spilled over, running
down her face. She released her hold as they both sank down onto the carpet in
the middle of the living room.

Satisfied, Martin wrapped his arms around his wife, easing her
down to lie on the floor. They cuddled for a minute, then Martin released her.
He stood and went into the kitchen. Not quite back to herself, Geneva was aware
of running water and then Martin returned with a warm, wet towel. He cleaned
her face, then himself, then returned to cuddling with her on the floor. He
wrapped his arms around her, fully appreciating what she had given him.

He kissed her on the side of her face. “You can do whatever
you like at the next passion party.”

Geneva nodded. There was no need to respond. Martin was fair
most of the time and now he needed to be fair to her too.

Paris looked really small from atop the Eiffel Tower.
Kimberly loved the view but hated the ascent. Her knuckles turned white as she
gripped the side of the small lift. There was that point when you took the
second elevator where you realized if there was a mechanical malfunction, you
could just kiss your ass goodbye, the point where you had to just operate on
faith all would be well. She took a deep breath and looked up instead of down,
trusting that Leesa would already be at the top waiting for her when she
finally made it.

The elevator finally stopped its ascent and Kimberly stepped
out onto the observation deck with the throng of tourists. She wrapped her
jacket around herself tightly. The wind was so fierce she stopped breathing for
a moment before she was able to spot Leesa. Kimberly made her way to her side.
Leesa did not turn toward her, instead they stood both stood and gazed out at
the breathtaking view.
