Then Jack pulled his own cock from his open fly. “When I first saw you I thought that I’d never get the chance to feel those berry-colored lips on my dick. I thought there is no way in hell this guy is into other guys.” He smiled. “But I could dream, couldn’t I?”

Spencer smiled the smallest smile back at him.

“And then you opened yourself to me. I started to feel it when we were in the tunnel. It was nothing more than a whisper, but I heard it, even if I didn’t know what to make of it yet.”

Spencer felt Jack’s hand settle at the back of his head. Strong fingers were weaving into the hair that curled by his ears. Spencer lowered his head into Jack’s lap, brushing his lips against Jack’s smooth, taut cockhead.

“You are not my bitch, Spencer. You are my fucking dream come true.”

Spencer’s heart tripped on those words as his mouth received the first part of Jack’s dick.

“Ah…” Jack’s fingers tightened in Spencer’s hair. “And I’ll help you kick anyone’s ass who tries to make you feel inferior because of it.”

Spencer sucked him in, hollowing his cheeks and burying his nose into the neat patch of hair gathered above his shaft. God help him, he loved the feel of Jack filling his mouth, the smell of him, the gentle pressure at the back of his head. It wasn’t just that he craved the body of another man; he craved
this
man, the only man he trusted to give him what he needed, the man whose needs he wanted to satisfy in return. Spencer’s cock surged against his jeans; the need to stroke himself was insurmountable. He rubbed up and down his shaft through the soft denim.

“I know what it’s like to be afraid of what you need.” Jack’s voice was suddenly choppy and full of breath.

Spencer responded with a rough sound at the back of his throat, sucking him harder. A piece of the darkness inside him chipped away.

“You and Rory scared the hell out of me—made me realize that I needed to love…I needed to love
you
. Both of you.”

Spencer felt his eyes sting as his heart seized up for a moment. Had he heard Jack right? He raised his head to take a shaky breath and look up at Jack, trying to read the honesty in his words. Jack’s right eyebrow was raised slightly higher than the left, his head tilted to the side and his gray irises stared back at Spencer, piercing right through him.

“Fuck, Spencer, I don’t want to be without you. I can’t even think about it without my blood running cold. You have no idea how hard it was for me to admit to myself that I need you in my life. After the Hamptons, no matter what I did that fact just kept staring me in the face.”

Spencer let a small smile ease onto his lips. “I didn’t know.”

“You didn’t know how I felt about you?”

He nodded. “And I didn’t know it was hard for you too.”

“We all have our demons, Spence. But we don’t have to let them define us.” Jack leaned toward him and kissed him tenderly, slurping on his plump bottom lip.

Spencer took hold of his shoulders, kissing him back. An amazing warmth flooded his chest and he wanted to give his all to Jack in that moment, to see their demons put down, obliterated for good. No more shame; no more fear. But not yet; Rory was the first and the last part of this circle.

“Let’s go get our lady,” Spencer said.

“You said
our
lady. Do you mean that?” Jack whispered.

Spencer had never been more sure of anything. “Yeah man, I do.”

Chapter Twenty-One

Rory soaped her legs. Jack had said he needed to talk to Spencer alone. Man talk, he’d said. She didn’t quite understand why. Spencer could talk to her. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t tell her, right?

But somehow she trusted Jack to know what she didn’t. Maybe there were things she couldn’t help him with.

Two swift knocks sounded on the door. “Babe?”

“Spencer? Everything all right?” The water sloshed around the oval soaking tub as she stood up and grabbed a towel.

He stepped into the bathroom with Jack right behind him. “We need to talk to you,” Spencer said, and grabbed another towel, helping to dry her off. She swatted at the tendrils of hair that had escaped her loose ponytail. Jack stilled her hands and kissed the tips of her fingers.

“Thank you for giving us a minute by ourselves,” he said.

She smiled at him. “Of course.”

“Come into the bedroom,” Jack said, and took her by the hand. She rested the towel on the bench beside the door and followed. When Jack glanced back at her, she was treated to the most beautiful smile. She had no idea what they had talked about, but it must have been some conversation. Spencer’s mood seemed to have done a complete one-eighty. His fingers toyed with the damp curls at her nape.

“Is anyone going to tell me what’s going on with you two?”

“Spencer just needed to cool off some.” Jack smiled. “And, I needed to get some things off my chest.”

Rory pursed her lips. “Something off your chest?” She had a quick flash of Spencer coming all over his broad pectorals. What a dirty mind she was developing.

Jack looked at her. “Yes. Care to hear what it was?”

Rory nodded.

Spencer squeezed her shoulder. “Wouldn’t it be better if you showed her?”

“If
we
showed her,” Jack corrected.

“We,” Spencer repeated, with a glint in his eye. He leaned forward, slanting his head in an undeniable invitation directed at Jack.

This was new. Spencer hadn’t ever asked for Jack’s affections, not directly. She watched and sucked in a shallow breath when Jack reached for his jaw and pulled him in. Their tongues ignited without pretense, without shame.

“I’ll never get tired of watching you two together,” Rory whispered.

Jack broke away. “Good,” he said, and pressed his lips back to Spencer’s.

With just a turn of his head, Spencer kissed her next, a deep and penetrating kiss that made her step back against the wall. She melted against it and lost herself in the twirls of his tongue.

“Mmmm… Look at that. You take her breath away, Spencer.”

He parted lips with her and smiled, still looking into her eyes. “Nah, it’s the other way around, dude.” Spencer reached back for Jack’s hand, bringing him closer, and stepped aside.

Jack cupped her jaw. “I know what you mean.” He softened his lips and tipped his tongue against hers with polite restraint. The devilish tease made her tremble, and she whimpered while he continued to dab and sweep with uncharacteristic sweetness.

Spencer leaned into them, speaking softly in a voice filled with arousal. “When Rory loves, she loves deeply, without judgment or fear.” He slurped on her neck.

“I know,” Jack whispered. “I see it in you, princess, this gorgeous light. You make me hungry for it.”

Rory found her voice, amid her zigzagging thoughts and the burning desire flickering in her core. “This thing between all of us isn’t just sex.”

Saying it out loud suddenly made it real. It was about more than mere sexual indulgence and satisfying curiosities. Jack was a part of them. When had it started for her? From that first night in their home, his sexy confidence and surprising vulnerability had tugged at her even when she’d tried to ignore it. When he’d taken control of them in his kitchen, she felt in awe of his power, of the way he knew exactly what she and Spencer needed. She couldn’t pretend any longer. She owed them all the truth. “It’s because I’m falling in love with you too, Jack, that my heart aches when we’re not all together.”

Spencer kissed Jack’s neck, seeming to second her on that front. He spoke between those kisses. “You don’t have to hold back, baby. I want you to show him.”

Something broke free inside her, some part of her that wanted to dance with joy. She lowered herself right there in the hallway, taking to her knees. “How can I please you, sir?”

Jack stroked her forehead with his thumb, brushing at her escaped locks. “I’m already pleased beyond words.”

“Anything, sir…” She looked up at him. His expression was stern and he brushed a finger along the corner of her eye.

“You are so perfect. I can’t believe my luck. Truly.” He sank down to kneel in front of her, hunching forward to meet her eye to eye. “Tonight I just want to love you.” Looking back up at Spencer he continued. “Let me love you both.”

Jack led them through the pocket doors at the end of the hall. His bedroom hadn’t changed in the two weeks he’d been commuting to work from Rory and Spencer’s house, but it was different. He was different. The shiny new kernel of light in his heart was different, and there was no mistaking why.

They fell into a loose embrace on his king-size bed. Jack tugged off his shirt. “Rory, please help Spencer get naked.” This wasn’t a command; it was more of a desperate plea. The need to be with them was threatening to swallow him whole. This would be all about reward, not punishment. He suspected they’d all been tortured enough in the struggle to come to grips with their feelings. Playtime would be for another day. If he had any say about it, there would be lots of chances to make up for lost time later on, but tonight was something different.

Spencer had Rory cradled against his chest before Jack had finished stripping off his last pant leg. He was holding her legs apart and she reached out in front of her. He couldn’t be slow about it. He didn’t even try. Jack took two wide leaps to his night table and pulled out a condom.

“Please tell me you’ve been checked out,” Rory said on a heavy breath, “because I would give anything to feel you inside me without that thing between us.”

“I’m meticulous about it. Every three months.” He smiled. “And you two haven’t been with anyone else in how long?”

“More than three years,” Rory answered.

“And we got the all clear when we first got together.”

“Put that away, Jack. I’m also on birth control.”

Jack took the stack of twenty or so condoms and threw them in the trash. “Then I won’t be needing any of these.” He climbed onto the bed and nestled his cock between Rory’s legs. “Because I don’t plan to be doing this”—he pushed forward, his cockhead sliding between her folds—“with anyone else.”

Rory’s body tensed, though her legs opened wider. So did her eyes, when his cockhead lodged inside her. She let out a contented sigh as he pressed farther into her depths. Spencer reached around and pinched and tugged her clit as his other arm locked firm against the mattress, bracing her for what he must know would come next.

Jack took hold of her thighs, pressing his fingers into her buttery-smooth skin. She was soft, like a woman should be, and her pussy flowed as wet as an ocean for him. “Oh, sweet girl, I’m going to fuck you now.”

Spencer stared down at Rory. The wild hunger in his eyes caused a surge of precum to spill from Jack’s tip.

“She’s so wet for you, Jack.”

“I need you, Jack. Fuck me.” Her voice was small and hoarse.

Jack was undone, all restraint lost to her smell and the sensations surrounding his cock. His hips whipped forward, burying his cock to the hilt inside her. The steady thump of his heart had competition with the furious slapping of flesh on flesh as he attempted to pound his love into her soul. Spencer wrapped his arms tightly around her chest, holding her securely in place as her cries resounded into the air. Her head fell back on Spencer’s shoulder and he took advantage, licking at her parted lips as she panted.

The sight nearly drove Jack over the edge. He slowed, rolling his hips languidly now, backing away from the volcano that was threatening to erupt. Spencer placed his hand on Jack’s shoulder and called him to join their kiss. Their three tongues swept against one another, sending a tingle down his spine and pulling a shaky coo from Rory’s lips.

“Ah, fuck. I’m coming.” Jack had tried to hold out, but the bliss that washed over him in that kiss was all-powerful. Slow jets of his seed spilled into Rory’s depths and he rested his head momentarily against her generous breasts. She wrapped her arms around him. Her love felt like a warm bath, and he soaked up the purity that seemed to radiate off her. Whatever their future held, he knew once and for all that he’d never corrupt her, not when she had the power to make him only want to do good.

“I need to be inside of her, Jack,” Spencer said, rousing him from his postorgasm stupor. Jack sat up and lifted her into place as Spencer lay down. Rory began riding him, her hair falling wildly from the slackened ponytail she’d rigged for the tub. Like a true goddess, she was hungry for more. Jack pushed Spencer’s legs wide, lying flat on his belly to get up close to the glorious spectacle that was their joining. He could smell himself on them, mixing with their own sweet musk. He extended his tongue and closed his eyes, letting Rory’s clit rub against it as she rocked Spencer’s cock in and out of her.

“Oh my God, I can’t take it!” She cried out, and suddenly there was a sharp tang in Jack’s mouth, making him grin from ear to ear.

“That’s right, baby. Come for us,” Spencer growled.

Jack felt his erection building again, fast, as she hollered from above and her pussy gushed. When she stilled, Jack pulled Spencer from inside her and swallowed him to the back of his throat. He sucked him hard and deep and coaxed him to come by cupping and caressing his balls. Spencer squeezed his hands into fists, clutching at the sheets, and grunted. “Fuck, Jack. Oh fuck!”

Rory watched with wide, intense eyes as she squirmed, seemingly without realizing it, on Spencer’s chest, rubbing her juices all over him. Jack felt the first hot stream of Spencer’s semen and swallowed, eagerly anticipating the next. He drank him down, having never wanted to do the same for anyone else, feeling all the closer to him for it.

And it made him happy. Yes, happy. He looked up at them both, nearly passed out on the bed, Rory splayed on top of Spencer, and he knew it was true.

Jack was finally happy.

“Wow,” Spencer managed between heavy breaths. His nerve endings still seemed to run with electricity. His toes were still curled.

“Can you say amazing?” Rory said and rolled over to her side. She propped her head on her hand and smiled at Spencer and then at Jack.
