The slapping of flesh meeting wet
flesh echoed around the room. He glanced down to where they were joined. The
condom over his cock was coated with her juice. He watched himself penetrate
her and felt her cunt pulsing, tightening around his cock. Watching and feeling
was too much for him. Slamming inside her one final time Paul shot his sperm
into the waiting condom. They both cried out as Rachel climaxed once again.
They had come together. He wrapped his arms around her tightly.

Spent, Paul collapsed on top of her.
The only sound in the room was their combined pants. In all of his life he’d
never felt anything so amazing or wonderful. Rachel had been with him on every
level. After the first initial cause of pain, everything had been different. He
felt different with her. He could not find the right words to describe the
feelings running through him at the moment, even being an experienced man. There
was happiness, joy, completion, and wholeness, and they were just a few words
he could think of. The woman in his arms owned him. There was no going back.
Mitch could do and say whatever the hell he liked. Paul was not letting her go,
not even for his friend. Rachel completed him.

Paul moved off her afraid he was
hurting her with his size. Holding her in his arms, he never wanted to let her
go. Through his adult years he had plenty of bed partners and enjoyed a good
sex life, but never in all that time had he felt so complete. Rachel was the
one who made him feel so whole and happy. This woman held him in the palm of
her hand.

How could he even look at another
woman when this desirable, giving, and caring woman was with him?

Her happiness was the only thing
that mattered to him. The mere thought of her walking away from him caused
intense pain to erupt inside his chest. Rachel was his, and nothing was going
to change that. He lifted his head to look into her eyes. Paul swallowed past
the lump as she smiled at him “Did I hurt you much?” he asked in a whisper.

Rachel shook her head, covered her
lips and closed her eyes.

Paul waited a little longer.
“Rachel?” He went to shake her when he realised she had fallen asleep in that
short time.

Shaking his head, he pulled away
from her and was careful not to wake her. He lifted her into his arms and
pulled the blanket from under her before placing her back onto the bed. The
blanket had a few stains of blood, and he saw specks of blood covered her
thighs. He went and got a small bowl of warm water and a cloth from the
bathroom. When he returned he cleaned away the evidence of her virginity along
with the cream of her release.

She mumbled in her sleep while he
cleaned her. He finished quickly so he didn’t wake her. He took the bowl back
to the bathroom, changed the sheet for a fresh one, and joined her in bed.

It was late, and he couldn’t get to sleep.
He spent the time watching her sleep. She looked so peaceful in slumber. Stroking
her hair, he cuddled up next to her and finally drifted off to a comforting
sleep. His woman was in his bed wrapped in his arms.

What more could he wish for?

Chapter Eleven

Being poked in the side was not a
fun way to be woken up, and Rachel was ready to snarl at whoever had woken her
out of a blissful dream. Whoever it was who’d woken her up was about to feel her
early morning wrath. Opening her eyes she searched for the culprit. Her
memories of last night came rushing back to her. Rolling over she saw Paul with
his eyes open waiting for her. She smiled instead of snarling at him. Paul was
resting his head in one hand while the other stroked her hair.

“Morning, sleepy-head,” he said, chuckling
and leaning down to kiss her lips. She moaned when he pulled away.

Stretching out her muscles she
winced as she became aware of her aching muscles and the soreness between her
thighs.

“Are you
sore
?”
he asked. The concern he felt was written on his face.

Rachel nodded, feeling a little
embarrassed.

“Why were you poking me?” she asked,
quickly in an attempt to change the subject.

“Poking you?” He frowned.

“Yes. I felt something poking me in
my side—”

He started to laugh before she had
even finished.

“What?” she asked, laughing with
him.

“I wasn’t poking you. Let’s just say
I’m very happy to be waking beside you. It’s a good reason for me to
poke
you.”

She was confused. Why would there
ever be a good reason to poke someone? He lifted the bed covers and pointed at
the obvious reason.

“Oh!” There had to be a blush filling
her checks and rushing over her entire body. A large erection was the thing
poking into her side. He was rock-hard first thing in the morning.

“Don’t worry about it. I figured
you’d be too sore to do anything. I’m used to waking up like this, and I’ll
take care of it when I’m in the shower.” His consideration touched her. He
cared enough to leave her alone until she was no longer sore.

“I love you,” she said, overcome by
emotion. She could not keep her feelings hidden anymore.

Paul cupped her cheek and kissed her
deeply on the mouth. “I love you, too.” He claimed her mouth again. “Last night
was the best night of my life.”

“You don’t have to say that if you
don’t mean it. I was a virgin, but I’m sure I could get better.” She thought
last night had been amazing. Apart from the first initial pain everything else
had been perfect. She couldn’t have asked for a better first time.

“Look at me, Rachel.” He took her
chin between his fingers. “I love you, and last night was the best night ever.
I will never lie to you about that.”

“Thank you. I thought it was pretty
great as well,” she said with tears escaping down her cheeks. Rachel didn’t
understand why she was crying. She was so happy.

“I’ve been waiting for you most of
my life. My biggest regret was not fighting Mitch over you. When we were
younger and you stopped tagging along with us, I missed you. I never minded
when Mitch had to babysit you. I’ve cared about you for a long time, Rachel,
and that’s the truth. More recently I’ve felt that my feelings for you have
developed. I love you with my whole heart.” He held her attention. His words
touched her heart so deeply. How could she ever have doubted his feelings? It
was like he was two different people. The first person was what the outside
world expected him to be whereas the second person was the loving guy she’d
grown up with.

“I love you so much.” She wrapped
her arms around his neck, taking possession of his lips as she did. “I love
you, love you, love you,” she said in between kisses. She felt so happy, and
his delighted laughter cheered her.

If she’d known her simple request for
him to teach her about sex would have produced such honesty about their
feelings she would have done it the night of her eighteenth birthday. They’d
wasted so much time together.

Rachel tried to get him to make love
to her, but he wasn’t having any of it. Instead of making love to her, which was
what she wanted, he carried her through to the bathroom. She watched him run
her a nice warm bath with beautiful smelling salts. Once he was done, Paul’s
attention didn’t stop there. He lowered her into the water and then climbed in
behind her. Paul took over everything. He bathed her thoroughly, washing the
night’s loving from her skin. With his careful attention she felt loved. She
snuggled against his muscled chest lapping up his attention. No matter how much
she tried to urge him to take her, Paul refused. He put an arm between them
telling her that he didn’t want to add to her soreness.

“Don’t you want me?” she asked, pouting
as he got out of the bath and dried himself.

“I always want you, and you know
it.” He gathered another towel and carefully lifted her from the water and
slowly dried her. “We have all the time in the world to have sex and make love,
and we will when the soreness has gone. It will be much better for both of us.”
He would not budge, and in truth she loved the fact he was waiting until she
was properly healed to enjoy it.

“You’re amazing.” She giggled as he
dried off her feet then covered her mouth. Rachel hadn’t giggled in a long
time.

“Still have ticklish feet?” he
asked, smiling wickedly.

Rachel refused to answer allowing
him to dry her body.

“I’m going to take you home before I
go to the garage. I want you to pack some stuff and come live with me.”

That surprised her.

“You want me to come and live with
you permanently?” she asked, genuinely shocked.

“Yes, I want you with me, Rachel.
It’s not like we’re strangers to each other. We’ve known each other our whole
lives. Your brother is my best friend. This is what we both want.”

“Are you sure? This is a huge step,
and I understand if you need more time.” She put her jeans on and threw one of
his shirts over her head, dressing as fast as she could. Her heart was pounding
inside her chest.

Paul caught her to him. “I’ve never
been
more sure
of anything else. I want you living
with me. We’ve already wasted enough time as it is. I don’t want to waste any more.”

Moving in was a huge step, one she
had only ever imagined, but one she wanted nonetheless.

“Okay, I’ll move in with you.
Only if you’re sure.”

“I’m sure.”

She wouldn’t argue with him. Rachel
wanted this as well. To some people they would be moving fast, but to her there
was no time like the present. They ate breakfast together, and then she climbed
into his truck. She would leave her car at his place and spend most of the day
packing her stuff. He climbed into the driver’s side and started the truck up.

On the way to her house she was so
happy that she couldn’t imagine anything going wrong.

Once they were there Paul got out of
the truck and escorted her to the front door.

“What time will you be picking me
up?” she asked, turning into his arms. Paul wrapped his arms around her waist,
and she banded hers around his neck.

“How about five?
I’ll shut up early, and we could
get some takeout and a movie? I doubt you’ll
be wanting
meatballs again.” Paul smiled down at her.

“No to the meatballs. I’ll teach you
some new things to cook. Takeout and a movie sound great. Chinese or fried
chicken, I’m happy with either?” She figured they would get to watch the movie
this time as Paul clearly wasn’t going to make love to her again.

“Get in the house, Rachel.” The
sudden sharp tone of her brother’s voice made both Rachel and Paul jump.

Mitch stood in the doorway of their
parents’ house. His arms were folded, and his big brother mode was seriously in
force.

“Mitch, when did you get back? You
didn’t say you were coming home.” Mitch liked to leave weeks at a time to go
out exploring. He would take the barest essentials to survive. Mitch considered
it getting in touch with nature, while she considered it boring. Either way she
couldn’t stop him from going. If he got bitten by a poisonous snake or eaten by
a bear it was going to be his own fault. She’d long gotten tired of worrying
about him.

“Last night.” Mitch glared at Paul.

“Well, you could have told me.”

Mitch wasn’t looking at her.

“I was hoping to surprise you. Now,
get in the house like I told you.” Mitch was on the edge, and she saw it. His
anger radiated out of him.

“Look, Mitch—”

“Now!”
He yelled the word, making her jump.

“Whoa, Mitch, don’t talk to—” Paul
stepped between her and her brother.

“I’ll get to you in a minute.”

“I’m not a-fucking-
fraid
of you. Back off, and stop yelling at her.” Paul
wouldn’t back down.

“Paul, leave it
be
.”
She tugged on his arm trying to gain his attention.

****

Paul understood and accepted why
Mitch was angry. He saw no use in Mitch shouting at his sister.

“Are you going to tell me how to
talk to my sister?” Mitch asked.

“No, I’m telling you not to shout at
the woman I love.” He saw the surprise flash across his friend’s face. Turning
to Rachel, he cupped her cheek and kissed her deeply. He saw no use in hiding
his affection. His love for her was pure, and Mitch needed to see that. “I’ll
see you at five.”

She kissed him back and made her way
around her brother.

The door closed behind her leaving
him alone with Mitch. They both glared at each other. Neither of them was
backing down.

“I warned you, Paul. Why did you
have to wait until I was gone? I knew you cared about her, but you promised to
give her time.” The anger didn’t surprise Paul, but the hurt he saw in Mitch’s
face did.
