The thing was, she didn’t consider that she had the right to control him any more than he considered she did. She loved him too much, and forcing him to do things just made it seem like he was a slave.

Like I am now?
It was an unpleasant thought, but she couldn’t argue with her situation. She’d just had sex with a demon. Never mind that it had been the best sex she had ever had, or that she had her own plans and reasons behind the act, the fact remained that he was holding her captive. His expectations that she would follow orders made her his slave.

Not yet. Not if I can get us out of here.
Yipp didn’t believe she could do it.

What does he know, anyway?
Although his last words confused her, she decided to concentrate on her escape plan.  There would be plenty of time to argue the point as soon as Yipp was safely out of the cage and they were far from Loki and his camp.

Her mind still reeling from Yipp’s warning, she turned and stopped dead when she saw
Loki standing only a foot away from her with a bottle in one hand and two goblets in the other.  His face was hard, his expression unreadable.  He stared down at her, and she felt a shiver of fear run down her spine.

“Oh you’re back.” She gave him her brightest smile, but it quickly fell away as she met those stormy black eyes.
What now?

It was as if he were contemplating something, but was unsure how to go about it.  Celeste sat up on her knees and covered herself with her arms, feeling more naked than she could attribute to a simple lack of clothing.  He made no move to come closer and it seemed like an eternity before he finally moved and knelt down next to her.

Loki reached around her, grabbed the forgotten bread and cheese, and tore off a chunk of each, handing them to her.  He then poured some wine into both of the goblets and gave one to her.  She choked down the bread and cheese, appetite definitely gone, and washed it down with the entire contents of her goblet in a few gulps.  When she tried to hand the goblet back to Loki, he simply sat staring straight ahead, not even acknowledging her presence as he ate and drank his fill.

For some odd reason the dismissal stung Celeste more than it should have.
What’s wrong with him?
Something was definitely not right.  A few moments ago, he was eating out of her hand, genuinely smiling even.
Now ….
He seemed upset with her but she wasn’t sure why.  A sharp knot formed in her belly and she felt tightness in her chest.

This can’t possibly be a good thing.
Particularly for her plans. She needed him to want her for this to work, but as cold as he was now….

Loki?” He made no sound or attempt to respond.  Celeste sighed deeply.
Oh, back to that now?  Fine.  It’s only a word, right?

“Master?” This time he turned towards her.  The black depths of his eyes seared right through her.  Hunger mixed with something else she couldn’t quite identify, was plainly written on his face.  Without warning he jumped to his feet, grabbed her, and threw her over his shoulder like an old sack.

“Hey!  What …?” He walked over to the table and set her down on top of it, forcing her onto all fours.

“What are you …?” She tried to struggle, to get away but he held her firmly by the hips.  Her pulse raced and a knot of fear and dread formed in her stomach.  He bent over so that his lips were only an inch away from her ear.

“Shhhhh Celeste.  Our night together has just begun.”

With that, he pulled her hips roughly to the edge of the table and forced her legs apart, grabbing each one by the thigh.

“Now you will know why I am the master!”

Celeste braced herself.  Even though she knew she should be frightened by the complete control he had over her at the moment, her body responded quite differently.  A throbbing started deep inside her, growing harder as he growled loudly and grabbed her hips roughly.  With one forceful thrust he impaled her, the tip of his cock reaching and pressing against her womb.  She bucked against him, groaning as he began to slam harder and faster.

“Say my name.” He punctuated every word with another hard thrust.  “Say my name now, wrench!
