The chair swivels toward the elevator. I plant my feet to stabilize us.

"Oh my god." Her moans are mixed with incoherent mumbling. "You're so hard. Oh my..."

I'm not going to last. Fuck. I'm not going to last. I need to fill her pussy with my come. I'm not going to last.

Her forehead presses to mine. "Talk to me." Her words are low and breathless.

I arch my feet, raise my hips, and lift her feet off the floor. She grinds on my dick with her legs dangling in the air. My pulsating cock is stuffed so far into her I could check my own vitality through her neck. I lower my hips to the chair, and her pussy slides to the base of my dick with force.

"I love fucking your pussy." I kiss her throat and lift her feet off the floor again. "But wanna know what I want more?"

"Yes... yes... tell me..." So sexy. Her cunt grips me, and her juices soak my stomach.

I bite her earlobe. "I've claimed your mouth." My ass meets the chair, and she bounces down on my cock. Her breath catches. Not yet, dear. Not till I'm done speaking. Be polite.

"I've fucked your pussy till it's sore and begging for more." Her body trembles, and her thighs shake. If I wasn't tied up right now, I could jackhammer her on my shaft.

This is bullshit! I growl and yank at the ties on my wrists. The knots are loose, but I don't have the patience or room to slip free with her on my lap. I bend my fingers, grip the arms of the chair, and pull.

Goodbye, chair.

I wrap my now-free arms around her torso and lift her up. The arms of the chair swing from the straps on my wrists and hit my knees.

"Your ass is next."

I ram her down on my dick and she moans. "Once I've taken your ass, it's mine." A carnal growl escapes my throat. "Fucking mine."

I relentlessly raise her and slam her on my cock. Her clit smashes against my groin with each impact. Sweat drips down our bodies providing a sweet, sticky lube for our fucking. I kick it up to a frantic pace, a runaway train barreling down the tracks. I can't hold back any longer. It's coming, and she needs to be ready for it.

"Come for me."

Her head falls back. "Unh! Oh my god!"

Her pussy clenches my cock in violent bursts. She extracts my orgasm from the depths of my ball sack. The force passes through my body like a shock wave, and I grunt at the overwhelming strength of it. She hauls my orgasm through the shaft and out the tip of my cock. Her cunt drinks my come and sucks me farther and farther into her until I'm lost inside her. I'm irrelevant and insufficient. She's the only thing that matters.

I pull out mid-orgasm and ice her vulva and perineum with my come. I shove back in and root myself deep.

Mine
.

Fucking shit.

Goddammit.

Ivy

Exhale. Inhale. Exh—

Hold on. He's inhaling as I'm exhaling and it's messing me up. All together now.

Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.

My body spasms at the memory of dominating such a brazen man. I can't believe I got so freaking aroused by shifting control on him. Jacade covered in sugar, naked, and tied down was out of this world.

Our breathing syncs as we sit with our bodies mashed hot and sticky as one. My palms rub against the stubble on his cheeks as I scratch my fingers through his damp hair behind his ears. I slump down and rest my head against his shoulder.

Jacade

Fucking A. I'm spent.

After skydiving, speeding in her new car, and sugar-coated sex, my body has rung itself free of all horsepower. I did pretty well relinquishing power to her. I only broke one piece of furniture in the process. That's headway for me anyway.

Ivy drapes over me like a limp baby asleep in her mother's arms. Her messed chestnut hair clings to the sweat on her neck and shoulders.

She gasps as I nudge my cock into her. "A little sensitive, are we?" She nods without lifting her head. "Too bad. I'm hard again." I trail kisses from the curve of her shoulder up to below her left earlobe. I take her pliable flesh in my mouth, and she squirms. She tilts her head to pull away, but I tighten my hold on her earlobe, using my teeth to hold her in place.

And round two begins.

"Ahem."

Ivy's head pops up. "Is someone here?"

Shane stands in the foyer with his back toward us. "It's Shane."

"Oh my god. Shane?" She plops her forehead back to my shoulder. "Ugh."

"I'm sorry to interrupt, sir. An urgent matter needs your attention." He speaks to the elevator doors.

"Can it wait? I'm a little, uh… busy at the moment." Ivy whacks me in the stomach.

"You dick." Man, she can punch better than Viktor.

"I'm sorry, sir. Surgical emergency." What did Chowder do this time? Goddammit.

I cough, feigning injury from Ivy's punch. "All right. I'll meet you in my office. Give me a few minutes."

"Ten-four." Shane walks backward to his left toward my office. He doesn't even flinch in our direction. Good man.

"He's gone."

Her entire body slacks, and her hands fly to cover her face. "I can't believe he saw us."

"He had his back to us. He didn't see anything."

She drops her hands. "Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure. Shane knows his job comes with discretion."

"Good." She slouches on my lap, and my cock stirs inside her.

"Umm..." I hold up the pieces of the chair still dangling from my wrists.

"Oh!" She laughs and fumbles with the knot on my left wrist until it loosens, then moves to the right. She didn't even notice I had freed myself. She slides off me, leaving me vacant and empty.

I stand from the chair and button my fly. She giggles and pulls my sweater back on over her head. I could have easily worked my way out of those restraints without breaking the arms off the chair. I let her have her moment, and she loved it. I might have lost control at the end there.

I kiss her on the cheek. "Next time I'll teach you how to tie a proper knot."

"Hey, mister, you didn't escape, did you? You had to break the chair to get free." Oh, she's getting cocky about her knot-tying skills.

"Sweetheart, I didn't try." As I walk to my room to grab a shirt, I say to her over my shoulder, "Wait here. I'll be back in a minute."

Chapter 8

Jacade

I grab my flashing burner phone out of my pants. Bernard called four times. Sorry, old man, your niece was riding my cock. Hard.

He answers while I walk to my office. "What's up?" I ask.

"The whale," aka Viktor, "has come up for air." The code words Bernard comes up with crack me up.

"I'll be there in half an hour." I snap my phone closed.

I need to get Ivy home safely first.

"Sir." I walk into my office. Shane waits in front of my desk.

"He's surfaced." I fiddle with random papers on my desk. "Take Ivy home. She goes nowhere." I glare at him. "And I mean nowhere without you. If she wants to go to Bryn's, I'm fine with it, but stay with them both, and stay alert."

"Yes, sir. Do you have backup?"

"No." He knows I don't need backup.

"With all due respect, let me back you up or send Dix behind you." Shane and I have become close friends. He's concerned this might be a trap. I value and trust his judgment, but I want him guarding my most precious possession.

"No. I want you on Ivy. Viktor and I have some matters to settle. Alone."

He nods. "Yes, sir."

"Don't get fooled by her again. Your life depends on it."

"Understood, sir." He turns and walks out of my office.

I walk to my gun cabinet and stand before it contemplating the weapons I need to kill Viktor.

Ivy

Snapping up my shirt, I gaze at him from the doorway. It's not even right he looks like that. Sinewy and sinful in his snug jeans. His ink peeking from the sleeves of his black tee.

He stands with his hands on his hips in front of an ornate wooden armoire. A meticulously carved panther stares at him from the left door, and a devil and an angel square off in some sort of twisted dance on the right.

His stance and intensity challenge the panther in the door. I think I know who would win that battle. He swipes his thumb on the security keypad on the wall. It clicks, and he jerks open the doors.

I walk up behind him and peek over his shoulder. He stares at his organized shelves of guns, ammo, cases, and holsters. He selects a Glock, loads the magazine, and chambers a round before sliding it into the waistband of his jeans. He closes the door on the left and lowers his head as he places the loaded gun on the shelf.

"I thought I told you to wait in the living room," he says without looking up, his hand on the open door.

"Why do you have so many guns?" He turns to face me and grips my shoulders.

"When it's safe to tell you, I will." Oh, we're back here again. I'm sick of being left out for my safety.

"Which could apply to anything." I use a mocking tone. "Ivy, be careful pencils are sharp. I'll let you know when you can use them." Tell me, Jacade. I'm done being the little lamb everyone thinks needs to be sheltered from the rain. This lamb can weather a storm.

He straightens his back and hooks his thumbs in his belt loops. He chuckles. "I guess it could."

"I don't want to fight about this. Please be honest with me."

"I'll never lie to you. But I will tell you when it's safe."

I lower my voice. "Maybe I can help so it doesn't have to involve guns."

"How do you know it involves guns? I keep other things in there too, Ivy." He grins and rests his shoulder on the closed door of the cabinet. "See." He flicks a black leather keychain with a sparkling silver snake on it.

"You aren't going to tell me are you?"

"No, I'm not. At least not right now. You're going to have to trust me." He shrugs.

"Trust you? How can I trust you when you don't tell me anything? Like why you have an extensive gun collection in your office."

"Hunting, self-defense, target practice. What can I say? I'm an enthusiast."

Uh huh, sure. This is about to turn into a fight. "Shane will take you home and guard your place tonight. No arguments. No trying to ditch him either."

"Even if I could, you won't tell me why Shane needs to stay with me."

"Viktor is still out there."

"Screw Viktor. I can handle Viktor. What I can't handle is the man I'm falling in love with doesn't trust me enough to tell me what's going on!"

Oh fucking hell.

Did I say... out loud? Am I falling in love with him? He's an earthquake carving jagged lines through my life, forcing his way deep into my soul. Have I already descended into the open fault of Jacade?

Crap. What if he freaks out? It's only been a week. I can't believe my brain didn't keep my heart in check. Those two need better communication.

He gazes into my eyes and steps closer to me. His hands skim my throat, and his fingers tickle behind my ears. My stomach nosedives into his fault line.

He lifts my face. "I get you want to be this badass Annie get your gun, but Viktor is not the same person you once knew. He's a psychopath. Don't ever underestimate him. There's nothing I wouldn't do to make certain no one and nothing will ever harm"—he presses his mouth to my ear—"the woman I love." His low growl vibrates down my spine.

He pulls back and surveys my face. His thumbs rub from my cheekbones to my temples.

"Now, go. Shane's waiting for you in the foyer." He kisses my forehead and walks back to his desk.

What did he say?
The woman I love
? What the... I look behind me to see who this damn woman is, but there's no one there.

"Babe, go."

I guess I'm being sent away. No, wait! We aren't finished with this. I can't think straight when he's near me. I link my arms over my chest and pop my left hip.

He turns his attention to his laptop screen. "Is there something else?"

"I'll go, but this conversation isn't over, Dr. Jordan." I turn on my heel and march to the door.

He laughs and sighs. "I figured it wouldn't be, dear."

"Home, Ms. Summers?" Shane looks at me in the rearview mirror.

I nod. "I'm going to let Bryn have one more day to recover. I'll see her tomorrow. I want to go home now."

Jacade has my head spinning. He was playful and loving before he spoke to Shane. Then he dropped
the woman I love
bomb on me and ordered me to leave. Plastic surgeons don't have surgical emergencies. Even if they did, it wouldn't require being armed.

He can't love me yet. He might have said it to ease the awkward moment of my dorky outburst. Or maybe he could? Maybe he feels the same inexplicable connection I do. I wish he would trust me enough to tell me the whole story with Viktor.

"Shane?"

"Yes, ma'am?" He glances at me in the rearview mirror, but his head doesn't move.

"Were you married when you were in the military?"

"Yes."

"And you were forced to keep information from your wife, right?"

"Yes."

"And are you still married?"

"No," he says in a sharp tone.

Well, that question is answered.
