The rest of the evening consists of shots followed by another beer. I’m seriously not feeling any pain and my new lady friends aren’t either. I’m thinking it’s time to head back to my room when I notice that the other two girls have arrived, as they are across the room talking to a couple of Ryan’s roommates. One of them has a short cut to her hair. It’s blonde and from behind she has a fine ass to stare at. So I do just that for a moment, even thinking her stance is one I recognize. My arms may be around someone else’s shoulders but I can’t keep myself from staring, thinking I know one of the new girls. The other one looks like . . . well, I really can’t tell ya, other than she has long, blonde hair. My eyes are getting a bit blurry the longer I gaze.

We start walking when I hear a laugh; my head jerks back around but whoever did it stops. My mind isn’t working clearly at this very moment. I think it’s playing tricks on me, because I’m pretty sure I just heard Ansley laugh . . . and that isn’t possible.

I walk back into my room, after using the bathroom, to find both girls naked in my bed. Walking over, one gets off the bed, dropping to her knees. I like the way she thinks. She will hear no complaining from me.

“Honey, if you see something you want, then by all means help yourself,” I say, looking down at her.

All she does is nod her head as she licks her lips, pulling the strings to my shorts. The other hot one comes over and starts to kiss me. Sliding my hands through her hair, I pull her a bit closer. My hands work their way down to her ass, as she threads her fingers through my hair now. The rest of the night consists of different positions and bodies entangled together, until all three of us are exhausted and satisfied. I tell them that I need a quick shower. Jumping in and out, I walk back in to see both of them sleeping with their backs to each other. Deciding not to wake them, I climb in between them, right in the spot they clearly left for me.

Ansley

“GET THE HELL OUT
of the car, girl . . . there are hot riders in there. And you my friend, need to get laid.”

“Umm, excuse me . . . ME?” I act so surprised, putting my hand to my chest, while laughing. You see, no one in the house knows my little secret. One day I’ll share, but tonight is not the night for that kinda of talk. The other secret my roommates/friends don’t know is that I already know one of the factory riders here . . . In fact, I know him better than anyone probably does.

“Yes, you . . . you haven’t had any since you moved in.”

“I’m okay with that. Besides, there hasn’t really been anyone that I would consider to be wild sex material.”

“Well, the guys in here are walking, talking, ripped as hell, sex gods, so if you don’t find one here, then you never will.”

“Thanks for the heads up . . . you, girlie, are too much,” I say, giggling at her.

“So I’ve been told,” she says back, winking at me over her shoulder.

We walk in and I do a quick scan of the room. It’s a large living room connected to the kitchen, so it isn’t hard to look around. I only see a couple of guys over to the side drinking beers and talking. Maddie grabs my hand, dragging me in that direction. I glance over my shoulder and Ryan isn’t anywhere to be found, so I relax a bit. Kenna walks over just then and says she is heading back.

“I have a freaking headache.”

“You look pissed off. What’s up?”

“Nothing, just need to go home, that’s all.”

“You want company? I can go with ya, if you want?”

“No, stay and enjoy yourself. You haven’t had a chance to get out since you moved in.”

I lean in and give her a hug before she walks away. I can tell there is more to her story. I’ll make sure I discuss it with her tomorrow. She talks, off and on, about a guy that she tries to get to know, but he doesn’t seem to be interested. Maybe he’s one of the Honda guys here tonight.

We stand talking with the two guys that introduce themselves to me as Andrew and Justin. Maddie has met them once before, so she feels comfortable around them already. They seem nice but they actually aren’t my type. And what my type is, well, damned if I know.

We turn to head out the sliding glass door to the backyard. Just as we do, I see one of the other guys walking down the hallway with his arm around two of the other ladies that I work with. I do a double check, because from the back it could be . . .
no, it couldn’t be?
He turns his head to smile at one of them, and it’s just who I think . . . Cooper. They are just about ready to walk into, what I assume, is a bedroom. I’m half tempted to sneak down and look to see, but I’m too scared. So the chicken in me just keeps walking out the door.

I can’t get my mind off of seeing Coop, for the first time in four years. Clearly he hasn’t thought of me at all. We stay out back for about an hour or so, before heading back in. I turn to grab Maddie’s keys, since I didn’t drink tonight, just as Ryan leans over my shoulder and kisses my cheek. I throw my hand back to swing at him just as he moves, thank God. I would feel terrible if I deck my best friend in the face.

“What the hell?”

“Hey there, Peanut, don’t hurt this face,” he says, pointing to his jaw.

“Wouldn’t dream of it.”

“You better get over here and give me a hug, girl.”

“Of course, Ry, I’ve missed you so much.”

“What are doing here?”

“I just moved here for a job with Hyped Energy Drink.”

“YOU’RE a Hyped Girl?”

“Jesus, Ryan, don’t sound so surprised.”

“Well, Peanut, I don’t see you as . . .”

“As, what exactly? It isn’t the job I applied for but it’s the job I got, so here I am.”

“Fuck, look at you in that outfit,” he says, giving me a once over from top to bottom.

“Knock it off, Ryan,” I say, swatting him in the arm.

“Well, where’s my hug?”

Leaning into him, I squeeze him tightly. After pushing back, I am both pissed and sad that I know Coop is here, and I can’t even see him.

“Wait, did you see Cooper?”

“I did, but he was a bit preoccupied with two of my coworkers.”

“Did he see you?”

“Nope.”

“He would want to know you are here, let me go get him.”

I grabbed his arm before he could get away. “No don’t. Clearly he has other plans tonight.”

“Ans, trust me, he’d want to know.”

“I don’t care. I don’t want to see him. He hasn’t changed.”

“Come here, I can tell you’re upset.” He came forward enough to bring me into another hug.

“You like him more than just a friend, don’t you, girl?”

“Yes . . . no . . . oh, I don’t know. I think I do. Then I see him do stupid shit like this, and I don’t care if I ever see him. I guess I was hoping he’s missed me as much. But clearly, I’m an idiot.”

I let go of him to walk away, as he pulls me by my elbow to stop me.

“You’re not an idiot, Ans. He didn’t know you’d be here.”

“Oh, so that’s ok, then? Bullshit.” I say pointing in the direction of the bedroom. I’m hurt and the tears are coming, I can feel them building up.

“Don’t cry, girl. He’s been upset that you haven’t talked to him.”

“I just didn’t know what to say, that’s why,” I say as the first tear falls.

“Well, you need to talk to him.”

“Ok, then by all means, let me go in the room he’s staying in with two girls, right now. I’ll declare how sorry I am for not talking to him for the past four years. Oh, and while I’m at it, I’ll ask him to keep it in his pants for five minutes, so we can talk.”

“Ansley look, you can’t be pissed at him. You chose to stay away. He doesn’t have any idea how you feel. Hell, it doesn’t even sound like you do.”

“I freakin’ don’t know, but seeing him walk away with girls on his arms, pisses me off.”

“Then, I think you need to have a conversation with him . . . like tomorrow.”

“Grrr . . . I’m scared to go after something that might completely ruin my friendship with him.”

“You will never know if it was worth the risk, if you don’t try.”

“But Ryan, our friendship is already on thin ice, we’ve barely spoken in four years. What do I say . . . ’Hey Coop, I think I might like you more than a best friend.’”

“Well, I guess I’d start off by telling him how you really feel about the kiss.”

I nod my head at him, because I know he is right, and I should really be pissed at myself. The tears are slowing down but still want to fall. Ryan reaches over and hands me a tissue. Wiping off my face, I look around to find Maddie. She is sitting on the couch, talking to herself. Even though I’m ready to break down, I giggle a little. Ryan looks over and joins me. What the hell is she doing? Before I can stop her, she starts to unbutton her vest to take it off. The first button is undone by the time I get to her. Thank God her fingers are “
feeling fat,
” as she keeps saying, when she can’t get the second button through the hole. Then, she goes into a laughing spell and says, “
Look, Ans, I’m fat,”
as she lifts her hands up in my face. She does this over and over again.

“Time to get you home to bed, little girl.”

“Nope, we can’t leave until you get laid, Ansley. I told you that you needed a hot piece of meat, and it looks like you found one ooo, la, la,” she says, as she starts walking toward Ryan.

“Maddie, zip it!” I’m laughing now, because she is looking directly at Ryan.

“You mean, unzip it, right, Ansley? Hey there, hottie, what’s your name?” I don’t know whether I should laugh or smack her.

“Ryan, and you are Maddie?”

“Hey, how do you know my name?” She is poking him in the chest as she talks to him.

“Ansley just said it, and well, you’ve been to a couple parties I’ve been at.”

“I think I’d remember you if I saw you,” she is mumbling and slurring her words terribly, but trying to sound sexy at the same time. I can’t help but laugh at her now.

“You’ve come here with Kenna before, right?”

“Yep . . . oh, Ansley, I don’t feel so good.”

“There is a bathroom around the corner,” he says, pointing to a room off of the kitchen hallway, it’s same hallway that Cooper went down. I grab her and rush her in there, just as she starts to get sick.

“You are the best, you know that?” She leans in to hug me and almost falls over. Ryan peeks his head in to tell me to stay the night at the house with her. He lets me know they have extra rooms, and that I’m going to have a hell of time getting her home to bed, now that she is passed out on his bathroom floor. I agree, so he shows me a room, right next to his, to have her sleep in. It takes me a minute to get her tucked in, after Ryan carries her to the room. She keeps trying to talk to me about how hot the guys are. Ryan stands in the doorway chuckling at her, as she looks up, points to him, and shouts, “Look at that!” We hang out in the hallway talking for about half an hour, before I tell him I’m going to head back into Maddie’s room and sleep next to her. I give him a hug and he kisses my cheek goodnight, as we part ways.

Lying in bed, in Ryan’s house is a bit weird, but I try and not to think about that. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Cooper is downstairs, with two girls I might add, and that I’ll have to face him in the morning. But I don’t know if I want to see him. I know Cooper will never change his habits. Sex is everything to him, or so it seems. I want my first time to be amazing and special, something I don’t think he would care about. He seems to be a, “wham, bam, thank you ma’am” type of guy.

Cooper

WAKING UP THIS MORNING,
I lay here for a couple of moments, wondering exactly what to do. I need to get up and out of this bed, take a shower and head home. Practice will be at three today; I lean over one of the ladies sleeping next to me and look at my phone and it reads nine fifteen. Yes, it was time to say my goodbyes to these two and move on with the rest of my day.

I walk out with both girls at my side, heading into the kitchen, my eyes are completely focused on reaching the coffee. But before I do, they both kiss my cheek and head for the door. As I turn back around from shutting the door, Ryan is walking down the stairs, smiling in my direction.
