“We’ll do everything we can to make sure of that,” Kyr said, tilting her head back to look up at him. “We’ve both experienced opposite ends of the parenting spectrum. We know what we would have wanted when we were growing up. We’ll share all of that with our children.”

In response, he leaned down and kissed her, allowing his love for her to flow between them. She melted against him. What started out as a tender kiss quickly bloomed into passion. Then a solid kick had Ty parting from Kyr’s sweet mouth.

She laughed as Ty looked down at her belly. “The girls are active.”

“Maybe they’re telling us that we should do some decorating instead,” Ty mused.

Kyr once again pulled him down until their lips were nearly touching. “Well, they’ll have all of our attention soon enough. This time, I think they’ll just have to wait.”

He grinned. “As always, Ma’jah, your wish is my command.”
