Chapter 1

Anna was stuck with her brother still, and she ached to see Don again. Anna just didn’t know what yet.

Chapter 2

Anna looked at her stepbrother as she started to get into the car. He was dressed nice, but casual, and she made sure that she was in a playful dress as well. It was a deep red, and it was one that Anna loved to wear. She really thought it set off her looks, and of course, Derek never really disagreed.

He always loved when she wore a skirt or a dress, and Anna had almost stopped wearing pants entirely. Sometimes she’d wear a pair of shorts, but not often. It took valuable time that she didn’t want to wait when it came to her stepbrother and her. There was no music in the car.

They may be able to agree on passion and pizza, but one thing they couldn’t agree on was music. Luckily, they weren’t in the car often. So it wasn’t usually a problem. Now, without any music there was nothing to actually distract Anna. She knew that most people would see them just as siblings, but to her it looked like a date. “That’s why it’s funny.” Derek finished as she started to park the car in the parking lot, trying to park it in the back in case they want to have fun later. She just looked at him, and despite what he said making sense it made her want to blush even more.
