He released his grip on her breasts
and grabbed for her ass. He loved the way she fucked. Getting more comfortable
with her body, not to mention the pregnancy sending her hormones into
overdrive. She wanted it four times a day, minimum. And if Trev didn

t give it up when she asked, she

d just do it to herself. That
was fun to watch once in a while.

When Trev started to come, he
pulled Eden down on his body and felt himself releasing inside her. He grabbed
for the back of her neck so he could kiss her. Their tongues collided with
romantic fury as Trev

s
cock throbbed inside her.

Eden gently bucked her hips,
working with his body, over and over.

There was a knock at the door and
Eden hurried to grab for the covers, pulling them up to cover themselves. She
lowered her body down to his.

Come
in!

Trev yelled.

The door opened and Blaine stood
there.

Damn. Look at you
two go.

What
do you want?

Meeting.
Now.

Shit,

Trev said.

Okay.

Unless
you want me to push it back,

Blaine said.

If you have
room for one more in here
…”

Fuck
off,

Eden called out and
then giggled.

Blaine shut the door.

Fuck,

Trev said.

I have to go to work, beautiful.

I
know you do,

she said. She
then kissed him.

But I

ll be waiting right here. Naked
and wet.

Fucking
hell. You

re out of
control.

You
make me out of control,

Eden said with a devilish grin.

Trev hated climbing out of the bed.
He hated getting dressed. He hated leaving a beautiful woman like Eden left
behind, while she was naked and ready to go again.

But duty called.

Leaving the room, Trev walked the
hallway of the clubhouse and touched his shirt. He was still missing his
leather cut. He fucking hated that feeling too. He thought Miller would have
given it back at the hospital. But he didn

t.
Even when they got back from the hospital, Miller didn

t bring it up.

Somewhere inside Trev he wondered
if they weren

t keeping the
cut for good.

He walked into the conference room
and was surprised to see not only the Frelen charter but also the Daurian
charter.

Everyone was standing, looking at
Trev.

My
guys sit,

Miller said.

Trev, you come here.

Trev walked to the head of the
table.

Miller put Trev

s leather cut on the table.

You

re looking for this, aren

t you?

Yeah,

Trev said.

That

s
when Trev noticed his leather cut was stripped cleaned.

Outlaw style.

All his Back Down Devil MC Frelen
patches were gone. They were in a pile on the floor next to Miller.

I
cut them off myself,

Miller said.

What
the hell is going on?

You
went after our President,

Jasper said.

You came up
to the charter and tried to take control. You ran your mouth, you acted fast,
and you were way out of line. Fuck, you shot me twice.

I
saved your ass,

Trev said.

He wanted you dead. Is
this for real?

Everyone at the table nodded.

We
took a vote,

Gaige said.

There

s not enough room down here,

Miller said.

We

ll
refill Griffin

s seat with
someone from the charter.

You
fucking guys voted me out?

Trev asked.

No
choice,

Shay said.

Look at all that happened.

The
way you act,

Nate said.

You
don

t belong in a chair at
a table,

Jasper said.

We all voted on it, Trev.

Why
the fuck would your charter vote on it?

Trev asked.

Miller put a hand to Trev

s back.

Because

you belong at the head of a table, Trev.

What?

Trev asked.

Jasper stepped forward and walked
the length of the table.

Trev,
you

ve been voted in as
President of the Back Down Devil MC Daurian charter.

Are
you fucking kidding me?

Trev asked.

Jasper then tossed a handful of new
patches to the table. They were the name and logo for the Daurian charter.

And
this,

Miller said,

is from me
…”

He grabbed Trev

s hand and slapped the President

s patch to it.

Miller
…”

You
deserve this,

Miller said.

The way you handled all of
this. You

ve proven
yourself as a leader long before you came down here.

Trev looked at Jasper.

Why not you, brother?

We
stand by you,

Xavier said.

President.

The Daurian charter started to
cheer.

The guys at the table started to
pound their fists.

Trev didn

t know what to think or feel.

He just looked at the patch.

President.

Fucking President.

He looked at Miller.

It

s the right thing to do,

Miller said.

Between you and me, Trev, we

ll keep these charters safe and
running smooth. This MC is stronger than it ever has been before.

Trev,

Jasper said.

We

ve
got all the intel on rival crews and gangs. The PD. Everything you

ll need. The first thing will be
to clean up all of Ripper

s
messes.

Which
we

ll do together,

Miller said.

Get to the bottom of all these
truths. But before that
…”
Miller reached down and brought out a bottle of whiskey.

We drink to the new President!

The room exploded.

A second later, the door opened and
prospects came in. They brought shot glasses for everyone. One prospect grabbed
Trev

s leather cut and
patches and went to work.

Miller poured the shots and they
all drank, cheering and celebrating.

Then the room got quiet.

The leather cut was on the table,
ready to go.

Miller grabbed it and held it out.
He nodded and Trev turned to have it put on him.

Not
me,

Miller said.

Her.

Eden entered the conference room.
She looked at Trev, smiling, tears in her eyes.

You
knew this?

he asked.

I
had wind of it,

she said.

Eden then took the leather cut and
put it on Trev.

And just like that, Trev was now
officially a patched in member of the Back Down Devil MC Daurian charter

and their President.

He touched the patch and looked to
all the men in the room.

He slipped a hand around Eden

s waist, all the way around so
he could touch her belly.

It had all come together.

The guys were drinking, still
celebrating Trev.

Jessa came into the room, holding
Caine.

Beck burst into the room and
screamed
Daddy!
running to Miller.

Trev looked at Eden. He kissed her
softly.

His first duty as President was
simple. Ask Eden to marry him and then give her the wedding of her dreams.

Trev then looked up at the ceiling
and thought about Griffin. He thought about the years running outlaw. The years
with
The Lost Men
. The way time did whatever the fuck it wanted, no
matter what.

But there was one thing greater
than time. One thing that would always win the battle against time.

Trev looked around the room again
and understood it.

It was about family.

And that

s what Back Down Devil MC was.

Family.

****

(In Daurian)

Trev surveryed the lot. He had a
cold beer in his hand. In his other hand held Eden

s hand. They were getting settled into a new place,
a place where they could raise their child and become a family. Of course, Trev
would have his own room in the clubhouse that stood behind him.

What
are you thinking?

Eden
asked.

What
a ride,

Trev whispered. He
looked at Eden.

What are
you thinking?

I
have to pee,

she said and
grinned.

I always have to
pee.

Trev laughed. He pulled Eden close
and kissed her.

She walked away and Trev finished
his beer.

Jasper took Eden

s spot except he didn

t hold his hand.

Prez,

he said.

That

s going to take some time to get
used to. Hearing that title.

Better
hurry,

Jasper said.

We

re
all ready for you to call the table.

Okay,

Trev said.

Trev had been talking to each
individual member for days now, trying to gather all he could about the
charter, the people, the town, everything.

The scary part of it all was the
truth Ripper took to his grave. Whatever deals he had going that nobody else
knew about.

It

s quiet,

Jasper said.

I
don

t like it.

Why
not, Prez?

They
always tell you it

s
quietest before the storm
…”

It stayed quiet for another minute.

That

s
when Trev heard the rumbling. It wasn

t
thunder, but it sounded pretty damn close to it.

Over the horizon came a group of
motorcycles. They looked like they were popping right out of the horizon.
Maybe
right out of hell.

Ah,
fuck,

Jasper said. He
stuck his fingers into his mouth and whistled.

Behind Trev the clubhouse emptied
out.

I

m really sorry, Prez,

Jasper said. He took out his
gun.

What

s going on here?

Trev asked.

Those
guys coming down the road? That

s
our rival crew.

Why
are they here?

Looking
for money or guns,

Jasper
said.

We better get ready.

Trev looked back and saw Eden
standing in the doorway. She looked scared already. She put a hand to her
belly.

All Trev could do was remain like
stone.

This was the life he chose.

And nobody

rival or not

was ever going to threaten his club or his family.
In other words: it was
time to take his place as President and fight.

Thank you so much
for taking this wild ride with me!

BDD MC was
supposed to come to an end after Blaine

s
book. But the reader response was just so great I had to write more. I had to
tell Trev

s
story. From the time we met him almost two years ago as he ran outlaw with
The
Lost Men

I
just knew there was something to tell there.

Well

you just finished the
story. And I hope you realize what

s
coming next. I am officially signed up for another charter of BDD MC! And, yes,
Trev will be the President of Daurian charter!

That series will
be launching very soon

and I can promise you this: The stories are hotter. The action is wilder. The
covers are intense. And the men you

ll
meet are like nothing you

ve
ever read before.

So

just like I did waaay
back in OUTLAW REVENGE

I

ll ask the
same question: ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE RIDE?

I truly hope you
enjoyed reading
RUTHLESS HOLD
as much as I enjoyed writing
it!
