Trick was standing right there, eyes practically glowing.
“Um, so hi,” Katelyn said, suddenly very shy.
“You never answered your grandfather’s question,” he said.
She reached up and grabbed his face, pulling it down to hers. As his lips met hers, she knew that there were no more secrets keeping them apart. Nothing was keeping them apart. Nothing ever could anymore.
