Secrets Mormons Don't Want You To Know (14 page)
Are you a Mormon?
If so, we pray that the facts in this book have shown you how dramatically (and often) the doctrines of your religion contradict the Bible. And we pray that you are now open to the possibility that the following verse from the Bible applies to you:
“In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
(2 Corinthians 4:4)
It’s true. The reason you have believed all these unbiblical Mormon doctrines and rejected the true gospel of salvation by faith alone in Jesus Christ is because Satan has blinded your mind.
But now you have seen the facts. Now you know that Joseph Smith was nothing more than a con man. And you are aware that many Mormon doctrines directly contradict God’s holy Word.
Knowing all this, we urge you to reject the Mormon religion, and all its false teachings. We pray that you will trust Jesus Christ for your salvation by accepting Him as your personal Lord and Saviour and receive His free gift of eternal life.
Are you a Christian?
If so, our prayer is that you are now more motivated and better equipped to share the gospel with these lost religious people.
And we pray that you will use this knowledge that God has given you to lovingly show Mormons the errors of their religion, and to present to them the true gospel of salvation by faith alone through Jesus Christ.
