Caroline Somers is my daughter-in-law, my business partner, protector of the brand, and mother of my granddaughters.   2. Get at least seven to eight hours of sleep per night.
  3. Correct nutrient deficiencies so as to eliminate food cravings.
  4. Identify food allergies, especially to gluten and dairy.
