“Can I get you another beer? Your friends
late?”

I startled at the nasal voice and turned to
face the dark, smiling face of the waitress who’d served me
earlier.

“Yes, please.” What the hell, it might relax
me a bit. Would they know that this was the first time I’d ever
done this? Sure, there’d been girlfriends who were hot and horny as
all get out, but they’d always balked and run when I’d suggested
