“On your stomach.” He rolled the filmy protection on himself. “I don’t want to see you.”

“Yes, you do.” Taren smirked before she rolled onto her stomach. “It’s okay. I want this, too. I need it however you want to do it.”

He wouldn’t be gentle, and it had nothing to do with her smart-ass but dead-on remark. He’d waited far too long to be with a woman. Jace climbed into bed.

He pulled her hips up and brushed her backside against his cock, which caused her to shiver. He slid the tip of his dick up and down her slick folds. Taren curved her hips to get him to penetrate her.

In due time. He wanted to enjoy teasing her, which meant torturing himself. He also wanted to be sure he wanted to take this next step. Sex would change everything, not only for Taren, but in him also. Jace didn’t do the one-night stand thing. He had a feeling from the short time he’d been with Taren that she didn’t live her life this fast and loose either.

“Please, please, please, please.” Taren couldn’t stop repeating the plea as she fisted his comforter.

Jace plunged deep into her tight channel. The world stopped. He gripped her hips and held himself inside until his heart started beating again. For this, he wished he had her on her back and kept the lights on so that he could see her eyes. He wanted to stare in them as he thrust in and out her.

“Big.” She hooked her feet around his legs. “Hard.” She raised her upper body and grabbed his headboard. “I looked at your penis when you came out of the pool.”

Jace didn’t stop moving but he wondered if Taren’s statements had been her version of dirty talk. He kept quiet and allowed her to continue speaking.

“I wouldn’t have hit you with that pan in the kitchen.”

Too enamored with her bedroom confessions, Jace moved his hand around her body to start playing with her hardened clitoris. Taren cursed and her body shook. Ordinarily he would have told her not to come.

As though she’d read his thoughts, Taren said, “I don’t want to come. Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. With you. I want to with you.”

No way could this woman be only twenty-two. She seemed so together. The way she moved with him, he felt like they had had sex before.

To test her and push her, Jace slid her hardened nub in between his fingers, then leaned down and massaged her tit. He felt her body stiffen. Her intimate inner walls constricted around his shaft.

“No, no, no, no.” Taren held his hand that gripped her breast. “Wait.” She emitted a cry. “Wait.”

Jace couldn’t help himself. He kissed her shoulder.

“Yes!” She pushed herself back against him and trembled. “I’m sorry.”

Jace pulled out of her. He got on his back. “Ride me.”

Taren started to climb on top of him, facing him, when he stopped her.

“Other way.” If she faced him, Jace would be tempted to kiss her.

She turned around so that her back faced him. Taren didn’t miss a beat. She undulated her body as he held her hips.

“The age difference doesn’t bother me.” Taren leaned her head back as she rode him.

Jace appreciated hearing that that the years he had on her hadn’t been an issue. Too bad he didn’t feel that way. Feeling good and doing the right thing collided. Right now he would go on his carnal instincts.

In the darkened room, Jace couldn’t see if he had transformed her ass to a dark red from his spanking. He wanted to see it. Truth be told, he wanted to view her expression. It killed him not to have seen her face when she had her orgasm.

Taren’s body undulated, waving back and forth like a thin tree in a windstorm. Jace ran his fingertips over her back. He enjoyed the softness. Each time he touched her, she curved into his touch. She seemed too good to be true.

Taren hadn’t called him a freak when he’d spanked her. Instead she wanted more. The timing of him meeting her couldn’t have been worse. He had to keep his mind on work, out of this damn show, and away from his brother.

“Need to see you.” Without permission and without breaking from him, Taren managed to turn her body around with him still inside.

That alone almost made him come. She pressed her hands against his chest. She sought and found his nipples and circled them with her fingers.

He released her hands to palm her breasts. They filled his hands. Her hard nipples pressed against each palm. As much as he would want this for the rest of his life, he saw this for what it was. Relief. Two people who needed someone.

Jace pulled Taren down to him. He wrapped one arm around her body. He palmed her ass with his other hand. To give her more pleasure, he lifted his hips to drive into her more.

“Oh, God! Why couldn’t you teach me about BDSM? Be my Master.” Taren raised her face to look him in the eyes. “Be my Master.”

Fuck!

Jace bolted straight up and sat on the edge of the bed with Taren on his lap. Her honesty killed him. He cupped her ass as she wrapped her legs around him again. Old habits took over and he fisted her hair and pulled her head back.

“Yes!” Taren gripped his shoulders. “More. Please.”

Jace dipped his head down and captured one tit in his mouth. He suckled it, twirling his tongue around her pert nipple until he felt her slick pussy walls tightening around his cock. Ordinarily, he would have told her not to come. Orgasm control had been a huge part of his repertoire. She had already come once. He had already revealed too much to her. Because of that, she wanted too much from him.

He took his hand off her backside to snake it in between their bodies. He found her hardened clit and rubbed it with his thumb.

The stimulus must have been too much for Taren. She gripped his shoulders and imbedded her fingernails into his flesh. She gyrated her body faster and faster until she froze, tightening every muscle.

“I. Hate. Boy. Bands.” The statement from her seemed so random, yet Jace figured out that Taren couldn’t help herself or her thoughts.

Jace stood. He placed her on top of a waist-high dresser. Before he continued, he managed to flip a light switch on the wall next to them.

He could see her eyes clearly now. “Tell me what you like.” He pulled back to almost the tip and slammed in her tight channel again.

Taren smiled. “I love to be taken seriously.”

Jace slammed into her again and again, harder each time. He grabbed her breast and pinched her nipple.

“I love that you find me attractive and not just cute.” She kissed the side of his face and licked his ear.

She had been right about that. Jace found Taren attractive. An absolute ten. Letting her go and be disciplined by strangers would be rough now that he’d gotten to know her and after this incredible session. He found her pussy matched her personality: warm, welcoming, and hot.

He felt her tightening again. No way could he hold himself back this time.

“And I love that you don’t mind me talking. Yes!” She buried her face in his chest and held him tight.

As soon as she came, Jace couldn’t hold out any longer. He pushed in her deep and grunted. Jace rested his head on her shoulder. Even sweaty, she smelled good enough to eat. He would have to do that later.

“You’re staying here with me.” He wouldn’t take any argument.

“And then what?” she asked.

Jace cupped her face. He wanted to tell her to give up the show and learn from him. He had no right, and he already set a plan in motion. “Quit the show.”

Jace would have to reevaluate what he really wanted.

Taren shook her head. “No.” She managed to slide off the dresser and collect her robe from the floor. “I shouldn’t have done this.” She covered her naked body and ran from the guesthouse.

“Damn it.” Jace finally found a woman he liked.

If his plan worked, he would be ruining this relationship. He had to figure out something and quick.

Chapter Twelve

Taren turned over in her sleep as she dreamed of Jace and his incredible body and the way he made her come over and over again. Then she imagined admitting to Ananda what she’d done and having her halt production and kick her off the show.

Had Taren been that overcome with emotion that she had to have sex with Jace? God, yes. Every time she thought about the scene at the club and the TV series, her body hummed. If she couldn’t contain herself here, she would be would be done for during the show.

She showered and got dressed. Taren had hoped not to see Jace even though her body begged for another go ’round with him.

In order to make things right, she would have to tell the producers. She would have to come clean.

Taren opened the bedroom door and took a step out to the landing before hitting the stairs. At the bottom stood Jace. He wore shorts and a T-shirt, and had a lustful look in his dark gaze.

“We need to talk.” He took a step up the stairs before the doorbell chimed.

“Taren. It’s me. Vern. Open up.” Vern knocked on the door besides ringing the bell incessantly.

Jace backed away and headed to the back of the house, probably to the guesthouse. Once she heard the door close, Taren made her way down the stairs to open the door.

“Good morning.” Vern adjusted his round glasses on his nose. “Hope we didn’t wake you.”

“No, I just got dressed.” Taren stepped aside.

She’d met Vern before. The rocker chick who followed him had been a new addition. She hoped this woman wouldn’t be one of the contestants.

“I don’t know if you met this lady yet.” Vern turned to the raven-haired woman who carried a sneer on her face. “This is Kitty Kilter.” He turned to Taren. “Kitty will be your director.”

Taren took a step back. “Oh, you’re the director?”

Kitty took Taren’s hand. “In the flesh.” She peered around the place. “Looks good. Did they do the bedrooms and the dungeon?” She didn’t wait for an answer. She darted off to see for herself. A chorus of “Awesome” and “Hot damn” came from the other rooms.

“Mr. Nerdlinger, I need to talk to you.” Taren held onto Vern’s arm.

“And I need to talk to you.” He patted her hand. “We need to get started with filming sooner rather than later.”

“Okay, so what does that mean?”

Before Vern could answer, a string of people came into the house. Some went directly to the camera equipment. Others headed up the stairs.

“We’re starting today.” Vern pointed up. “Hair and makeup are headed up to your bedroom. You’ll need to leave the door shut while the contestants are brought in. We don’t want you seeing their faces.”

“Won’t I see them during taping?” Taren noticed that Vern started to nudge her toward the stairs.

“No. All the contestants will be wearing masks.” He held up his finger and waved it. “Not like the cutesy masks from
Love My Way
. No, these will be different.”

“Different how?” Taren didn’t want to come off as nervous but this all seemed to be happening so fast.

A fleeting thought hit her that she wanted to talk to Jace. He could talk her through this. He could calm her down.

“You’ll see, my dear. Go upstairs to get your hair, makeup, and wardrobe done.” This time he did push her up the stairs. “If you need anything, I’ll be here for you.”

“But I need to talk to you.” Taren started to head back down the stairs.

“Afterward. Right now, you need to get dressed. We have a show to put on.”

Taren felt too guilty to go through with any of this. She wouldn’t hold up production. She’d never quit anything in her life. She would have to be honest with the team.

Had the circus not come into Jace’s home, he would have been able to talk to Taren. He could tell she’d been trying to keep herself hidden in her bedroom. No, his bedroom. If he wanted, he could have gotten to her by taking the back stairs up to the office. He wanted her to come to him. He wanted her to want him. The fear he saw in her eyes concerned him. Had she regretted what they had done?

Jace went back to the main house that had people crawling everywhere. At least five people busied themselves by shining up all the toys in the dungeon. The crew working the cameras made sure to block each shot.

Jace caught Vern in the corner on the phone. Like Taren, he wanted to avoid that little man, too. For one thing, Jace hadn’t told Ananda or anyone related to this taping that he had come back to town early. They had all expected him to be gone for a month. Plans had changed.

“You can’t do this to me.” Vern paced the floor. “I have camera crews here. We’re set to tape today.”

Jace opened the refrigerator and pulled out a bottle of water. He would have to go to the store and stock his fridge now that his house would no longer be his own. He stood in one spot as he watched the nervous man running back and forth.

Vern nibbled on his thumbnail in between talking on the phone. “I need sixteen Doms and Dommes here today. You can’t back out now.”

Jace’s heart pounded when he heard Vern’s dilemma. He started to head back to the guesthouse and get out of Vern’s view.

“Wait. Don’t go.” Vern managed to trot to Jace and block his path.

“Get out of my way, Vern.” Jace didn’t bother altering his route.

“No. I need you. I can’t believe you’re here.” He smiled and pumped his fists in the air like he’d made a major score.

“Move.” Jace didn’t plan on repeating himself again.

“I can’t. I need you. Don’t fucking walk away.”

Jace grabbed the portly man behind his neck and pulled him to the kitchen, the least cluttered space in his home. “Don’t ever talk to me like that again.”

Vern straightened his glasses. “Sorry. I have a lot going on here right now.” He straightened his glasses. “I don’t care why you’re back here.”

“Change of plans.” Jace glanced at the workers moving back and forth between the rooms. “Sounds like you’re having problems.”

Vern nodded. “One of the Doms I had for the show is backing out. He’s afraid of what it’ll do for his career.”

Jace hadn’t thought of that angle. Here he wanted to expand his business. Who would want to do that with someone who spanked women for fun? Rich LaMarca had specifically mentioned that he would be checking Jace’s background. “That’s understandable. So now what?”
