He pulled his cock out of her,
stripped off the condom, and got off the bed. He threw the condom into a
trashcan that she hadn’t registered when she came into the room. She collapsed
chest first onto the bed. She still didn’t dare take off her ‘decorations’.

“Come here,” he said.

She turned, and he unclasped the
clamps from her nipples and labia. Her flesh underneath was white, and the
blood immediately rushed to fill the pinched blood vessels. She was satiated
and fatigued beyond belief.

“Lie down,” he said.

She lay flat on the bed, unable
to move because of sheer tiredness now. He dimmed the lights, and then he got
back into bed with her and pulled the covers over both of them.

“Sleep,” he told her as he put
his arms around her.

Almost like love.

Oh yes, she could love a man like
this. And allow him to love her. If a being such as he could love someone. And
she wanted to believe that he could – that this would be the start of a
new chapter in both their lives.

Of course, she could just be
kidding herself and all she was to him was a puny one-night stand.

Yes. That was more likely to be
it.

Her heart quailed.

But she should not think of
things like these. She should just enjoy the remaining moments she had with
him, come what may. They were sleeping together tonight, like a real couple.
Her body against his, skin against warm skin, his arm around her waist, his
breath against her cheek, her hair fanning his face.

Bliss. This was what sheer bliss
was like. She should just enjoy the moment. Not over-think herself into a
frenzy. Not over-ruminate things the way she always tended to do.

She didn’t want to fall asleep in
his arms, but her fatigue gradually overtook her and she drifted off into a
dreamland of her own making involving lions and tigers and bears.

Coda.

Did she even merit a second
chapter?

The next morning, she found
herself alone in bed. He had left sometime in the early hours, and she was so
deep in sleep that she hadn’t even noticed. Her black taffeta outfit was in
tatters, and so she found a dressing gown in the closet and went out into the
corridor, where no one trawled anymore.

She eventually found her way
upstairs into the now empty bar. Stools were stacked upside down on tables and
the place had been cleaned up. There was only one cleaner doing his rounds with
a mop and pail. He looked up briefly, but paid her no heed.

She made her way to the dressing
room, found her clothes where she left them and exited the joint. The door was
surprisingly unlocked. She closed it and looked up at the faint light of dawn
in the sky. The morning air was fresh and crisp, and the wind made her shiver
and her hair dance. Then she looked back at the door. No signs. No clues to
indicate what was inside.

Not that she was ever going to
tell.

It was not the implied threat
which stayed her hand, but the fact that she would be doing wrong to Rust and
the secret community which gave her a chance to be desired like any other beautiful
woman. So she walked up the stairs to the street level. Her legs were wobbly
and there was an ache in between her thighs which bespoke of the previous
night’s pleasures.

More painful still was the ache within
her heart.

Rust, oh Rust.

How would she face him now?

EPILOGUE

She didn’t speak a word to anyone
about the transgressions of the night, not even Michaela.

“Where you been, girl?” her best
friend asked. “I was worried about you.”

“Pulled an all-nighter like I
told you I would. Slept at the library.”

Michaela snorted. “And here I
was, thinking you finally got lucky.”

Kate had to pull all stops to
refrain from blushing.
Hell, I got lucky indeed
.

But facing the Professor was
another matter.

Kate had a class on Tuesday. That
morning when she woke up, she felt viscerally ill.
Can I face him? Can I
look him in the eye and pretend nothing happened?
What if he acted like
nothing happened – like what they had was completely meaningless?

She didn’t know which would be
more awful.

She debated whether or not to be
ill. Then she would have a good excuse to skip class. But she decided she had
to face her demons once and for all.

And so she dressed up. She took
her time in dressing. When she exited the bathroom, she felt a lot better.

Reject me . . . I won’t feel a
thing.

And immediately, a wave of nausea
struck her.

Oh, who was she kidding? She was
in love with this man. In lust with him. In every level of the way. She wanted
him so badly that she could feel the clenching need in her pussy, in every
chamber of her heart, in her mind and in her soul.

There was a ninety-nine percent
chance that he did not feel the same way about her. How could he? She was
nothing to him. Nothing but a casual plaything in the dark.

She walked to class, and her feet
felt leaden all the way. She arrived early and seated herself while the rest of
the students filed into the lecture hall.

When Rust O’Brien arrived, he
walked to the lectern. She was seated right in front, and he didn’t look at
her.

Her spirits sank.

Of course you mean nothing to
him. Who are you trying to kid, girl? You’re just a one night stand. You can’t
make a gilded carriage out of a pumpkin.

Rust O’Brien concentrated on the
lecture. It was something on Jung. He displayed slide after slide. She barely
heard the words and saw the flashing images on the screen. Her chest was an
aching morass of hurt and need, a hollow pit which could not be filled. Not by
what she wanted, at least.

Carlo Estez sat eight places to
her right. He caught her eye and smiled. She averted her face, not daring to
meet his eyes.
Tell my secret, and I’ll tell yours.

Finally, the lecture was over and
she felt a profound sense of relief. The usual students crowded around him,
fielding the usual questions. That slut, Fiona Montgomery, was there again,
bending over, letting everyone had a good look at her boobs.

“What do you think about this,
Professor?”

Think of what? Your boobs?

And: “How would you theorize
this, Professor?”

They were circling him like
vultures around a prized calf, and she was once again on the fringes, unable to
get a look in.

Nothing had changed, really.

Then Rust O’Brien declared, “I’ve
got to be going now. Sorry I can’t take any more questions, but I’m sure you’ll
find all the answers if you do your research.”

Murmurs of disappointment filled
the area around the lectern. Rust O’Brien glanced around. Kate’s heart leaped
when his green eyes alighted upon her face for a moment, held her eyes
meaningfully (or at least, she would like to read meaning in them), and flitted
away.

He strode off to the exit.

After a moment’s hesitation, she
followed.

“Hey, Kate.” Carlo Estez stepped
in front of her. He was as handsome as ever, and his dark eyes were sparkling
with questions.

“Not now,” she said as she
sidestepped him.

“Hey . . . wait. I want to talk
to you.”

But she didn’t heed his call. She
could feel his eyes on her back as she half-ran after the Professor, away from
the memory of Carlo Estez, what he was, and what he wanted to do to her.

Rust O’Brien did not turn. He was
walking very fast. She wondered if he knew she was following him. They passed
students and other college staff, all bustling along their own way. Several
people turned to look at Rust. Why shouldn’t they? He was a stellar, imposing man.

She knew where he was going. He
was heading towards his office in the main staff block. The corridors were
quieter here. The students were at class and most of the staff was not around.

Rust O’Brien entered a door. Kate
knew what was in there. Rust’s office was one of four in the little enclosure,
and Stacey Stack was the PA to all four of them in the department.

Kate hesitated for only a moment,
and then she went in through the door.

Stacey Stack was not at her desk,
and Kate was profoundly relieved. She couldn’t think of an excuse as to why she
wanted to see the Professor. Somehow “I wanted to ask him about the personality
types Jung theorized about” didn’t quite cut it with Stacey. Unless you were
Michaela, the best barista in the world, of course.

She assumed Rust had gone into
his office already. His name was plastered in gold lettering outside his door.

RUST O’BRIEN

PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY.

Not Russell. Simply Rust.

Her Rust.

Should she knock? It was the
polite thing to do. She simply couldn’t go barging in like that.

So she knocked. Her knuckles
rapped painfully on the wooden door.

“Who is it?” Rust’s voice from
inside. It sounded knowing.

She didn’t trust herself to
answer, and so she tried the knob. It turned and the door opened.

Rust was seated behind his desk.
His laptop was on. He looked up expectantly as she entered. He did not seem
surprised she was here.

Her mouth went dry.

He did not say anything. Not even
“What are you doing here? I thought you knew it was all over”. Not even “It
hadn’t even begun” or “I hope you understand it was nothing. Just one night of
sex. And I’d sooner we’d both forget it”.

No. He just sat there, a
semi-amused look on his handsome features, and he waited for her to make the
first move.

She closed the door behind her.
She doubted many students had been in this office.

Well, she was here to establish a
purpose. And she had nothing to lose but face itself. And she had already bared
her all – body and soul – to this man. He had taken her in every
orifice possible. What else was there but to face fear itself? The most he
could do was laugh in her face and order her out of his room.

Kate, be bold.

She breathed in deeply. Even
here, at close proximity, he made her skin tingle and her loins quiver.

She walked to one of the two
chairs in front of his desk. She placed her bag down on the floor and seated
herself.

Still, he didn’t say anything. He
merely observed her. The intensity of his gaze was unsettling.

She swallowed the lump in her
throat. Then she hiked her skirt up, and placed both her legs on either armrest
of the chair. She wore no underwear, and her pussy glistened with a clit clamp
that she had improvised with a clip-on earring.

She let him take a good look. His
eyes roamed the expanse of her pussy – her shivering clit, which had been
cruelly imprisoned in its clamp for the entire duration of his lecture – and
the leaves of her pussy which he had so lavishly licked a few nights ago.

His eyes lighted up. Her pulse
leaped. The interest in his eyes was more than she could ever hope for.

It clearly said:
I desire you.
I want you.

He shifted uncomfortably in his
seat, a sign of a burgeoning erection. Then he smiled and said in a hoarse
voice:

“Why don’t you get up and lock
the door, Kate Penney?”

Her heart soared even as her
pussy throbbed, and she knew it was the beginning of something profoundly
sexual and possibly beautiful between them.

THE ALPHA
DATING GAME: AN EXTREMELY SENSUAL BBW SHIFTER ROMANCE

All Jessica
Dent wants is for someone to love her the way she is – every luscious
ounce of her big, beautiful frame, the way her super-thin best friend, Lyla,
seems to love her. But the college boys are picky and unkind.

Then Lyla
registers Jessica on a website called BIG BEAUTIFUL DATING. Jessica is
terrified, until she gets ONE response: from gorgeous, too-good-to-be-true
Kyle. It’s impossible to the low self-esteemed Jessica that he seems to want
her, but he does!

Handsome
Kyle is poised to take over his father one day as the Alpha of his proud
werebear clan. But he must prove himself first by selecting and indoctrinating
an innocent Rubenesque girl into the most sacred of his clan’s rituals. It is a
mysterious, erotic and yet deadly ritual which must be performed or the
repercussions will be dire.

But Kyle is
rapidly falling in love with the radiant Jessica, who has been marked by his
father. He must now make an awful choice: Jessica, or the continuation of
everything his family holds dear.
