Locked in a trance, all he did was stare. He couldn’t even move.
Voncile slipped a finger inside of herself. “Are you going to help me with this or not?” she asked softly. “I don’t mind you watching, but I would prefer it if you made a move.”
Kasen stood to remove his clothes, and Voncile had to bite her tongue to keep from crying out in pleasure. This was the view she had been waiting for so long. His body was carved to near perfection, just as she had envisioned. Abs were stacked with muscles, broad shoulders resembled a linebacker’s, and his dick was aimed in her direction, ready to fire.
Her coochie lips puckered at him, and he took the initiative to stroke his meat and step forward. Neither one spoke a word as he kneeled between her legs then moved her busy hands out of the way. He took over by slipping his fingers inside of her, toying with her clit. Her breasts rose, a perfect arch forming in her back. The smell of her sweetened juices filled the air. The temperature in the room increased, as did the size of Kasen’s dick, which was now harder than a black diamond. Right before her eyes, Voncile witnessed it swell to a size that excited her beyond her wildest dreams.
“I need to feel it, Kasen,” she moaned. “Nowww.”
He sensed that his finger-fucking festivities weren’t enough to please her, but without a doubt, he knew something that would. He leaned in closer and planted light kisses on her shapely thighs. She trembled from the feel of his tongue. He slid it over her clit, and then plunged it deep into her tunnel.
Voncile’s fists tightened, and so did her stomach. She reached out to grab and gripped the pillow to keep herself from scratching his back in a fit of passion. Kasen knew exactly how to get her liquids flowing, and within a matter of minutes, she felt heat rising from the very tips of her toes to her vagina. It started to boil over, quickly erupting like a volcano. She sprayed Kasen’s lips with her cream, and he loved every bit of it.
“I knew you had it in you,” he said, showing a Crest smile. “I just didn’t know you had all of
that
in you.”
“Trust me, baby, when I say there’s more. All you have to do is dig deeper. I assure you that’s where you will find more.”
Kasen placed Voncile’s long legs over his broad shoulders, journeying to a place that caused her to lose her mind. Now she understood why he was known as a healing doctor. She wanted to pull her hair out, especially when his strokes became longer, more rhythmic, more satisfying. She was ready to give him another buildup of her excitement, but she did her best not to let him milk her dry. Her intentions were for Kasen to get his too, and thus far, he didn’t seem ready.
Kasen wanted to take his time with Voncile. He was enjoying every minute of their encounter, especially since it was such a welcome relief from all he stress he’d been feeling lately. In fact, he couldn’t help but wonder why they hadn’t done this sooner. It didn’t matter, though, because he couldn’t think of a time in his life when he needed a good fuck more than now.
He was caught up in the moment now, and when Voncile positioned herself on all fours, Kasen prepared to shut her down for the night. He rubbed the soft mountains on her ass and carefully parted her cheeks so he could enter her haven once again. Her pussy was instantly stuffed to capacity, and with each thrust, her folds sunk in. She could feel every inch of Kasen’s meat. There was no holding back on another orgasm, especially when he smoothly stroked her clitoris like a violin.
“I’m done!” she shouted. “I am sooooo done with you!”
Kasen was just about done too. He rocked his body with Voncile’s, and as they crossed the finish line together, they fell forward on the floor.
When they finally caught their breath, Kasen sneaked a peek at Voncile. She grinned at him with a totally satisfied expression, and they both burst out into laughter.
“So that just happened, huh?” Kasen said in a teasing manner. “And you tried to wear me out, didn’t you?”
“No, I didn’t, but you sure did wear me out. And I enjoyed every minute of it. Wish we had done this sooner.”
Kasen agreed. He didn’t say it to Voncile, but she had given him the perfect way to forget how Raine had hurt him. He hadn’t thought about her all night, and he was glad about it. To him, this was the first step to putting the whole situation behind him.
He cuddled Voncile in his strong arms, and as they both lay naked, gazing at the fireplace, he wondered where the two of them would go from there.
Chapter 9
Omar and Kasen sat at the busy Chinese restaurant chowing down on some of their favorite dishes as the waiters scurried around the packed room. This was their favorite place to go after a round of golf, and they would enjoy the food while they caught up on each other’s lives. Omar wasn’t a counselor, but he was a good listener. He usually gave good advice, too. That was why Kasen wanted to talk to him about Raine’s sudden departure, to see if he had a different perspective that might help Kasen understand it all.
“Are you fucking kidding me?” Omar cocked his head back in shock when Kasen told him the details of Raine’s good-bye letter. “Is this why you’ve been walking around all week with your head hanging low, not returning phone calls and shit?”
Kasen shrugged, pretending as if the letter didn’t sting as much as it did. “I’ve been a little different, I guess, but do you blame me? I just proposed to her, man. Talk about getting my face cracked! You know I hate to admit this, but that shit hurt. It still hurts, and I’m trying to come to grips with her not being around anymore.”
“So, are you telling me that you didn’t know she was cheating? Come on, Kasen. I said it before: You know how to read people like a book. Why couldn’t you sense that something was going on with her? And, I mean, come on. She laughed at your proposal, for God’s sake! That didn’t set off any alarm bells?”
Kasen shook his head, disappointed in himself for all the signs he had missed. “I don’t know what was wrong with me, man. I let that shit go right over my head. I didn’t sense a thing. Never suspected that she was with someone else. That letter was a total shock to me, and for her to bring up what I’d done in the past . . . I just can’t believe she was holding a grudge all that time.”
“Women do shit like that. They hold grudges for a long time. Then, bam. You get hit with shit like this. Happens all the time,” Omar said.
“I guess so. It took a lot out of me, though. It’ll be a long time before I ever trust another woman. This shit left a real bad taste in my mouth.”
“Don’t let this incident fuck you up, K. Every woman isn’t like Raine. There are still some good women out there, like the two chicks over there who keep looking at us,” Omar pointed out, trying to lighten the mood.
Omar waved at the two women who were sitting in a booth with wide smiles on their faces. Kasen barely looked their way. He tossed back a shot of Henny, his fourth of the night.
“Speaking of good women,” Kasen said, “I want you to do me a favor and back off Voncile. She told me that you try to push up too hard when you come into the office.”
Omar laughed at the idea that he could have offended Voncile. “Man, that chick will say anything to get your attention. You know me. Would I ever bother a bitch that wasn’t interested in me?”
Kasen frowned at his friend’s use of the B word, but he didn’t call him on it. “Yeah, man, I do know you. That’s the problem. You’re not exactly Mr. Manners when it comes to trying to get some ass.”
Omar shrugged like a little kid trying to get out of a punishment. “Okay, maybe you’re right,” he said. “But can you blame a brother? I mean, your secretary is hot as hell, K.”
Kasen couldn’t help but chuckle as an image of Voncile’s beautiful naked body flashed in his mind. “Yeah, I won’t deny that. But even so, how about you back off so I don’t have to worry about her taking out a restraining order against you?” he said, only half joking.
Omar raised his eyebrows, looking a little pissed. “What’s with the tone, man? If you want me to back off, then I will, but you don’t need to lecture me like you my daddy or something. Just because you make more money than me doesn’t make you better, you know.”
Kasen was surprised by Omar’s anger. He watched his friend down the rest of his Hennessey and decided maybe they’d both just had a little too much to drink. Omar always got a little testy when he was drunk.
“No problem, man. I didn’t mean to offend you. She just asked me to talk to you about it, so that’s what I’m doing. We’re still cool, right?” Kasen asked.
Omar hesitated before answering, but as his facial muscles started to relax, Kasen knew they would be fine.
“Yeah, we’re cool,” Omar finally said. “Ain’t no big thing. Voncile’s not my type anyway. I like wild women, not timid and boring like she seems to be.”
“I don’t think she’s timid at all, nor is she boring,” Kasen said, remembering the way she came all over his face the night before, screaming and moaning at the top of her lungs. She had put on quite a show, and he had loved every minute of it. “And believe me when I say there is a very wild and sexy side to her,” he added with a smirk.
“I guess our definitions of wild differ,” Omar said. “I’m talking about a woman who doesn’t mind getting buck wild in the bedroom; who knows how to work that pussy and put her creative mind to good use. Not someone who gets wild in the office by managing things. That’s the Voncile you know.”
Kasen laughed. He didn’t want to put his business out there, but this was Omar he was talking to. Telling him what had happened between him and Voncile last night wouldn’t hurt. At least, that was what Kasen thought.
“I do believe that we have the exact same definition. I know more about Voncile than you would think,” he said. “I’ll just say that it’s been a long time since I met someone as creative as she is. You have my word that she is, indeed, a wild one.”
Omar’s face fell. It took Kasen by surprised, because usually Omar was the first one to ask for every detail of Kasen’s sexual conquests. Now, he almost looked disgusted.
“Are you telling me you fucked her?”
Kasen was straightforward. “To be blunt, she fucked the hell out of me. We got into a little something last night.”
Omar picked up his glass, which was now full of melting ice. He swallowed some of the cold water and cleared his throat. “Dude, you’re over here telling me to back off so she doesn’t file a report, and then you go and fuck her yourself? How about you take some of your own advice on this one?”
Kasen shook his head. “Yeah, I hear you, man, but given the week I’ve been having, it felt pretty damn good to end it that way.”
Omar kept pushing his point of view. “K, that chick is not someone to mess with. Sometimes the way she looks at you makes me a little nervous. I mean, you missed all those signs with Raine. Are you sure you’re not missing something with Voncile too? Something about her makes me think she could go a little
Fatal Attraction
on you.”
Now Kasen was totally confused. A minute ago Omar was talking about how he wanted to get with Voncile, and now he was calling her crazy. He decided that Omar must be talking out of jealousy. He understood, because he had broken the code by sleeping with someone his friend was interested in. Usually he was more loyal, but Raine’s betrayal really had his head messed up.
“Don’t worry about it, O. I was just having some fun, blowing off some steam, and I think Voncile understands that.”
“What if she doesn’t?” Omar asked. “What if she wants more?”
“Right now, she can have more. More sex, for sure.” Kasen laughed at his own joke, but Omar didn’t find it funny at all.
He stood up from the table and put on his jacket. “Just don’t say I didn’t warn you,” he said, although something in his tone told Kasen he wasn’t speaking out of concern. It was almost like he hoped something bad did happen.
Before Kasen could ask him why he was so pissed off, Omar turned around and left the restaurant without another word. As usual, he stuck Kasen with the check.
* * *
Outside the restaurant, Omar sat in his car and called Voncile. She answered in a very tired and sluggish voice.
“Unlock the door for me,” he said, sucking on a toothpick that dangled between his teeth. “I’m on my way there.”
“Do you know what time it is?”
“Yes, but we need to talk. It can’t wait until later.”
Voncile hung up on Omar. That made him livid. Between her and Kasen, somebody was about to get hurt. They had both been working Omar’s nerves, and for Kasen to sit there and talk about having sex with Voncile—how disrespectful was that? He knew damn well that Omar wanted Vocile, but being the golden boy, Kasen was used to having everything he wanted, all the time. He had the professional career, the money, and now Omar’s woman. Kasen didn’t give a damn about anyone but himself, and Omar was sick of it. He had been plotting to bring Kasen down because of his arrogance, and this just made him all the more certain that he was doing the right thing. Before, he had just been after Kasen’s money, but now he wanted Kasen to lose everything—his money, his girlfriend, his career, and maybe even his life.
Omar sat in the car for a few more minutes, processing and reevaluating his so-called friendship with Kasen. He went way back to when they were in college and Omar needed Kasen’s help in a major way, or else he was going to have to drop out. He asked Kasen for money—not even that much, just enough to help pay for his books. Kasen said he didn’t have it, but the next thing Omar knew, Kasen purchased a new car and was catering to as many chicks as he could on campus. Without money to pay for his books, Omar failed his classes. He was forced to drop out, and he never forgave Kasen for being so stingy.
Kasen had no idea that his friend harbored so much resentment, because Omar never said a word to him about it. Once Omar dropped out, however, Kasen felt guilty and started helping him out. He gave him money whenever he asked, even if it was money to gamble. He cosigned on a loan for a car, as well as a house, even though that eventually went into foreclosure.
Omar had considered cutting off the friendship when he dropped out of school, but once he realized that Kasen was now willing to give up the cash, he figured it was better to stick around and take advantage of it. That didn’t mean he cared about Kasen, though. He still believed that Kasen was an arrogant son of a bitch who only gave him the money so he could feel superior to him. He always wanted to get a pat on the back for doing a good deed, and from time to time, Omar was willing to play along and stroke his ego, just so the cash would keep on flowing.
Things started to unravel when Omar needed an extra fifteen hundred dollars to pay his rent and a thousand for his light bill. Maybe it was Kasen’s new degree in psychology that caused it, but all of a sudden he started acting like he was Omar’s therapist, lecturing him about how he had to start taking responsibility for his actions, and how he should start searching for a career where he could support himself. All Omar heard was one grown man telling another grown-ass man what to do, and that pissed him off even more. As far as he was concerned, he wouldn’t have gotten so off track if Kasen had given him the money to buy books in the first place. Kasen owed him, because he was the reason Omar dropped out of school.
Omar opened the glove compartment and pulled out a brown paper bag with a bottle inside. He twisted off the cap and turned the bottle up to his mouth, shaking it to make sure he got every drop of the little bit of liquor that was left in there. It felt good going down his throat, but it wasn’t nearly enough to get him drunk, so he put the car in drive and sped to the nearest liquor store.
On the way, his mind wandered to thoughts of Voncile. When he first met her in Kasen’s office, she had brought a brightness to his life that he hadn’t felt in years. First it was just a physical attraction, but he sensed pretty quickly that she was just as lonely as he was, and he started coming to the office during hours he knew Kasen wouldn’t be there, just so he could spend time talking to her. Before Omar knew it, they started to connect. She understood him. She listened to him, and she began to fill the void in his life. The fact that she had agreed to participate in his plot against Kasen was just icing on the cake.
Now, though, he felt betrayed by her. He had been sensing lately that, although she tried to hide it from him, she was becoming caught up in feelings for Kasen. Now that he knew they’d had sex, Omar felt it would be very difficult to get Voncile away from him. He might still eventually forgive her for giving up the goodies to Kasen, but in the meantime, he surely wanted some kind of revenge.
He wondered how she would feel if the tables were turned and he started having sex with one of her friends. The only friend he’d ever heard her talk about, and the only one he’d ever met, was a woman named Patrice. He had met her a while back, and Patrice was down with the whole plot against Kasen. She let it be known that she would be willing to participate in any way—for a price, of course. But Omar also knew that she would be willing to drop her panties if he asked her to. She had that look in her eyes whenever he saw her. It was something to keep in the back of his mind, in case he decided to put Voncile in her place for disrespecting him with Kasen. Patrice was just a phone call away, and he knew it would piss off Voncile.
Omar parked his car, hurrying into the liquor store to get a bottle of gin. When he got to the counter and pulled the cash out of his pocket, he realized he was a dollar and fifteen cents short. He had left his wallet at home that morning, so he couldn’t pay with a credit card.
“Come on, man,” Omar said. “It’s just a dollar. I’ll bring it back to you later, all right?”
“No, it’s not okay. You can come back when you have all of the money. And not just a dollar, but a dollar and fifteen cents. When you get it, you can have it.”
The man snatched the bottle from Omar’s hand, but Omar snatched it right back, holding it close to his chest. “Snatch it away from me again and I will jump over this counter and beat yo’ ass! I said I’ll be back. As much money as I spend in here, you need to be giving me something free.” Omar walked to the door, not even caring that he was on camera. He ignored the man yelling at him. As Omar headed to his car, the man rushed after him.
“You not pay for that!” he said, trying to take the bottle from Omar’s hand again. “Give it back. Now!”
