Now, he could give her some tongue action but….

Okay, she smelled nice. Musky from her intense arousal. But she didn’t have Celine’s mouth-watering fruity kitty scent…and the taste! Man, he could eat Celine’s pussy forever.

His cock surged to attention this time.

Liv was gasping, her stomach heaving, her love channel gripping his three digits, clenching around them as if it would suck his entire hand in. He stood up for good balance and inserted another digit inside her, stretching her good and giving her G-spot the vigorous pumping it needed to shoot out cum.

He wondered if Celine’s pussy was up to this kind of rough treatment. Her little clam had looked like a delicate, fat, juicy piece of morsel that hadn’t seen much action yet. It needed a cock like his to show her how to use a smoking snatch like hers. A hard, huge, angry cock like his…

A giant surge of blood flowed straight to his groin, filling his shaft to a monstrous size in seconds.

Hallelujah! His pole was finally standing upright ready to raise the star-spangled banner soaring to the heavens! Hail fuckin’ USA! It was time to show this gorgeous Italian her country needed stars in their boring banner. Lots of stars.

But Liv was so lost in her race to the summit he didn’t need his pole to ignite her stars to pyrotechnic level. She was quite happy with his fingers, crying out incoherently, thrashing like she was having DOD seizures. He roughed her up some more, finger-fucking her like a jackhammer in full gear.

No, Celine’s pussy cannot take this kind of rough play yet. He wondered if she could even take his size with ease. Come to think of it, he hadn’t even fingered her yet. Her hole had looked so small that he was afraid he’d hurt her. But he will teach her to take his big cock and his big digits like a pro…yeah, he will stretch her wide open and pound her to the hilt, again and again, and he’d fill her up deep, so fucking deep and she’d come around his cock, her pussy walls choking him hard and good and—”

Liv screamed and squirted like a geyser all over the sheets.

He lost it in his pants.

“Are you alright?”

Celine looked up from what she was writing. “What?”

Rocky shook his head, his eyes sympathetic. “You haven’t heard anything I’ve said.”

“I’m sorry, I’m just pressured with this. What did you say again?”

“Are you alright?”

“Yes. Why won’t I be alright?” she replied evasively.

“Don’t play coy with me, Cee. Something’s bothering you.”

She didn’t answer. Indeed, something had been keeping her awake all night for the past days.

Since she and Dare attended Violet’s party last week, Dare had been ignoring her again. Seriously ignoring her. She never saw him in the mansion this week. He was always out working and he had not been bringing her with him.

He jetted all over the country these past days with Ken, Cruz and his entourage of bodyguards, stylists and business associates, minus her, his secretary. She had no right to question his decision. Maybe she was just not needed. But she knew, everything changed after their last intimacy in his limo.

He had been so passionate with her, so raw and hot. Afterward, he just started ignoring her and treating her like nothing happened.

Was this one of those cultural differences? Were American men like this? Was sex so commonplace in this country that it held no meaning anymore? Or was she just a throwback of the bygone era who still valued sex as sacred and must not be taken for granted?

She didn’t understand him. She refused to even consider the thought that Dare just used her that night. Yes, sex was probably commonplace to him. But it was HER. Celine!

She raged at destiny. She was his fifth of November, dammit! The bearer of his amulet. Didn’t that count for something? Even just a little?

That day in Coney Island was the day that bonded her to him for almost two decades now and it hurt so much that Dare had not recognized her at all. He had not even felt her presence. She was so naive in believing in the cosmic powers of destiny to reconnect her with Dare after so many years, because they shared a memorable ride aboard that Cyclone cab, because he gave her his amulet, his good luck charm. He told her to never forget him, to keep him in her dreams forever. That should count for something. But it didn’t.

Yes, she had kept him in her dreams all these years. His face, his gentle voice and touch were etched in her memory so deeply and by the sheer power of the love she felt for him, she was here now, in his mansion, waiting for him to feel that magic they’d shared a long time ago.But the reality was, that magic only happened to her. It didn’t happen to Dare. Her life had been molded by one burning dream, to meet him again as a grown woman, but his life had taken a completely different course and it didn’t include her.

For the first time, her steadfast faith in her love for him started to really crack, to weaken.

She didn’t know if she was strong enough for him.  Everything seemed to be just a game for Dare but for her, her very life and future were on the line.

His world was very different from her world. It was a far cry from her own experiences in the realm of Philippine entertainment where her family held center court.

Hollywood was a colossal money-making machine, a fast-moving microcosm full of glitterati, public posturing and media manipulation unlike anything she had ever seen. And Dare was at the center of it, the undisputed king despite his infamous marriages and liaisons with women. But maybe it was this very infamy that had sustained the people’s interest in him, his artistic talents notwithstanding. To be with Dare meant to defy the gossip mills that were constantly capitalizing on his relationship failures, or to contribute to his further infamy.

And women loved him. How they loved him.

Livia Missoni was just one of those who loved him. That Dare slept with the woman shouldn’t bother her but God, it hurt! Then again, what did she know about Dare’s sexual activities? She was not with him 24/7 and he was always surrounded by beautiful women.

She saw him on TV attending the ACM Awards with the beautiful country singer Julianne Hough in Las Vegas. Then he opened a new casino-hotel for Trump Luxury Real Estate in New York with the gorgeous Eva Mendez. As any Trump openings went, it was star-studded and widely covered by the media. Eva simply stunned in her red designer gown next to Dare’s black-tie perfection that she’d bitten her nails in anxiety. She’d probably look like a poor colorless Maya bird next to that dazzling Scarlet Macaw beauty.

Then Dare took a detour to New York City to appear in the Late Show with David Letterman. The tabs reported that he left the studio with fellow guest, the busty Sofia Vergara and they had dinner at a posh restaurant. She’d looked at her chest in further dismay. Should she consider going under the knife to increase her frontal assets? The idea made her cringe. She had never thought of tampering with her God-given, natural body parts but the idea persisted now. Pathetic.

The clincher of her misery was seeing Dare attending the Filmmakers of America Awards with Alana last night on E!. He arrived on his jet in LA yesterday, barely had a breather and went straight to attend the FA Awards at the Staples Center. The eyes were the windows to the soul, they say and there was no doubt that Alana was still into Dare. The actress’ startling indigo eyes lit up like flashbulbs when focused on Dare. The question was, was Dare still into his ex-wife?

Kelsey said that Dare would be publicly visible again in preparation for his directorial debut. It was almost a done deal that Alana will star in Dare’s movie and of course, Gabrielle. Two of his ex-wives in one movie? That alone will catapult the film straight to the top of the box-office. The tabloids will single-handedly sell it, Kelsey had gushed over the phone.

It should have elated her as she wanted nothing more than Dare’s success as a director. But her heart couldn’t lie. The thought of Alana and Gabby vying for Dare’s attention for months was very depressing. She didn’t even know if she’d still be around to witness it. Probably not. Kelsey would be back by then and she’d be out of the picture. What would she do then? Give up on Dare? Go back home? Forget her dream?

“Hey!” Rocky mussed her hair.

She sighed. “Let’s finish this. When Dare wakes up, we can start working on the video.”

In Dare’s absence, she busied herself in preparing the MTV shoot with the help of Rocky. They had to submit the footages within three days. The awards night was next week.

“Cee, talk to me.”

She gazed at Rocky seriously. “I can handle it. Please, Rock, let’s just focus on this. This is the MTV Awards. It will look good in your resume. Ace it.”

Rocky snorted. “My resume is fine without this, thank you. I’ve done ads and segments for MTV Asia. ”

“But they did not star Dare Montgomery.”

He rolled his eyes. “Touche. Okay, let’s kill this baby.”

Dare hadn’t seen her for a week.

The moment his jet took off from his private airstrip last week, he’d regretted not bringing her with him as it was a series of activities for him to attend to all over the country.

It was hard. Harder than he first thought, harder still as the days went by.

He never expected to feel like that. To really miss her. To imagine her suddenly emerging from the crowd with that sunny smile on her face. How in hell did he come to this?

He had been very busy being a celebrity and attending to his huge financial investments in New York, Texas and Las Vegas, meeting his business partners, listening to new project proposals. In the middle of all that, Celine would crop up in his mind, taunting him with memories of her sweet kisses and the sound of her hearty laughter. It was hell, feeling bereft when he was surrounded by fame and riches and people who catered to his whims.

When he arrived in LA yesterday, he had forced himself not to look for her or ask for her assistance in any way. He went straight to the FA Awards when all he wanted was to be with her... hug her, smell her...taste her.

And now, seeing her, wearing a simple white dress without any extra ornaments on her body, he wanted to do just that...hug her tight.

God, it was killing him.

“Okay, Dare, let’s do some blocking,” Rocky’s voice intruded into his tortured musing.

They were in his study and Rocky and two assistants had set up the place for the shoot. The guy was a professional and he liked his work ethic.

Celine was watching from the sideline quietly. She didn’t go near him except when he came down from his bedroom and she had to brief him about the shoot. The rest, she left to Rocky who was performing his director’s duties quite impressively.

Dare had difficulty concentrating on his lines. V was a character that he had mastered to a T early on in his career but it brought back unwanted memories. He did three takes before Rocky was satisfied with his performance. He didn’t mind. He himself was a stickler for perfection.

“Okay, that’s a wrap! You were great, Dare!” Rocky said with a huge smile.

“Thanks,” he answered politely and removed his Fawkes mask and wig.

“I’ll edit this and show you the final cut tomorrow.”

He nodded. “You did great, man. You will do wonders for my film.”

“I hope so. I don’t want to disappoint Celine for recommending me to you.”

“Right.”

He glanced at Celine. She was busy reading something. “Excuse me, Rock.”

He walked toward her. “Celine...”

She looked up from the note pad.

They stared at each other. Her usually animated eyes were lifeless and guarded.

He cleared his throat and fished out something from the inner pocket of his black coat and gave it to her. “Your salary.”

She reluctantly took the folded check and looked at it. Her eyes widened. “But this is too much...!”

“No, I owe you extra for closing the deal on Jamie and for saving me millions from my divorce settlement.”

“But...”

“Take it, Celine. You deserve it.”

“Tha...thank you.”

“You’re welcome.”

There was another awkward moment and he had to walk away or give in to the screaming urge of his instincts. Every single cell in his body was screaming violently for him to touch her and it hurt. His cock and his chest and his head and his entire fucking body hurt from missing her.

He couldn’t remember ever suffering this kind of longing for a woman.

Fifty thousand dollars.

Celine was dumbfounded. It was too much payment for barely a month’s work as a secretary for a Hollywood A-list celebrity. But she would have given it back to him if only he would go back to being warm to her, to being close to her.

She missed him so much. Abject sadness cloaked her heart as she helplessly watched him exit the study. She wanted to go after him and...what? She didn’t want to come across as pushy or demanding. He had clearly dismissed her again and she didn’t know how to take it anymore. Heavy petting in the limo didn’t constitute a relationship. Delusions aside, who was she to even question him?

Rocky walked up to her and draped one arm around her shoulders. “Happy now?”

She glanced up at him absentmindedly. “Huh?”

“The shoot’s done.”

“Oh...yes, Rock, I’m happy now. Thanks. We have to deliver the video in three days.”

“Yup. I’ll edit it right away. Hey, wanna have dinner?”

“Okay...” She had nothing better to do on a lonely Saturday night anyway. “It’s my treat.”

“Oh, really?”

“Just got my salary. Wanna see it?”

“If you want to show me.”

She showed him her check. He whistled. “That would cover my apartment rent for a year!”

“We have a generous boss, so impress him. You will go places with him, Rock.”

“I know, thanks to you. So what can you afford to feed me tonight?”

She smiled. “Let’s cruise downtown and see what we’ll find.”

He touched his tummy. “Ahhh, I’m starving!”

As they were boarding Rocky’s car in the driveway, Carlos approached them. “Hey guys, going somewhere?”

“Just dinner, man,” Rocky replied.
