She arched again and this time flung her hair back over her shoulders. She was like a Pagan goddess riding him hard until they both found satisfaction. Her moans soon became small shrieks each time she moved her hips down and buried her pussy over his cock.

Out of the corner of his peripheral consciousness, Rafe heard the front door open, and a familiar voice intruded on his current activity. To tell or not to tell, that was the question. He didn’t overtly look at the person entering. He put his full focus on the beautiful woman riding him.

Callie must not have heard the door open or anyone approach. If anything, she seemed even more intent on fucking him senseless. Her gaze intensified and she kept her hips thrusting and moving. Each time she brought him closer and closer to gratification. Rafe wanted to come. Wanted to explode before they got interrupted. He rubbed her clit then reached in with thumb and forefinger to pinch the hot nub.

The instant he squeezed her clit, she stiffened and came in a screaming rush of repetitive chanting. “Oh God. Oh God. Oh God. Rafe.”

He expected her to stop, but as her pussy squeezed him with rhythmic precision, she moved as if the orgasm carried on and his cock made her ride that much sweeter.

Rafe grabbed her hips and thrust upward several times. He wanted to look and see if someone watched them, but didn’t want to make her move off.

The climax he’d staved off up to this point now became elusive. He wanted to come. Every detail was in place for utter satisfaction, but he couldn’t seem to fall over the edge.

Rafe inhaled slowly and exhaled slowly. He tried to relax and enjoy the ride. Callie’s pussy was still gripping his cock, her breasts bounced within close view, and the mere idea of a familiar someone possibly watching them fuck like rabbits on her desk suddenly gave Rafe his finish.

He half lifted off the desk and glanced to his right at the doorway to ensure he knew who watched them. He’d been correct at the identity.

Callie still writhed over his cock and the orgasm of a lifetime suddenly raced from his balls to the tip of his dick. He growled his release, pulled her breasts into his face, and knew that the man watching them couldn’t possibly have enjoyed this as much as Rafe just had.

She pushed out a long breath, looked over at the door to her office, and suddenly stiffened in his arms.

“Clay,” she said and sucked in a surprised breath. Her voice was thick with what sounded like arousal and desire.

Chapter Nine

“You’re about to get more company,” Clay said in a lazy, sexy tone. Callie’s heart raced. She automatically put her hands up to cover her bare breasts. Rafe still had his face buried there.

Her shirt was half off her shoulders. The sleeves were tangled with her bra straps. Rafe moved his head away from her breasts and glanced over his shoulder at Clay. She couldn’t get the fabric across the front to close so she gave up and left her breasts in the open.

Her pert nipples had been on wide display. She’d fucked Rafe on her desk. And what no one else knew was that she’d left the door open on purpose. She told Clay earlier that whenever he was done, he could walk right inside her house and put the information he’d discovered on her desk.

The naughty thrill of being caught in exactly the position she wanted for Clay to watch now warmed her cheeks and sent her already frantically fast heartbeat to double time.

“What? Someone is coming?”

“Delbert and the doctor are on their way in. I told them I had to talk to you a minute first, but they will be here any time now.”

Clay hadn’t moved from the position she’d noticed just before she came. The door was halfway open. Clay leaned one shoulder against the frame and had a perfectly unobstructed view of them on the desk.

If Rafe had noticed, he hadn’t so much as moved a muscle in concern. Of course not. He loved having people watch him.

Callie knew Clay was a part of their Double Rider Men’s Club Ranch. He didn’t participate as some others did, but she figured he still had the desire.

Clay sent a positively scorching gaze her way. She’d planned this “accidental” moment, and the look on his face said he knew it. The only question was whether Rafe would be upset about her little exhibitionist plan. And what if she failed to mention it to him? Would Clay rat her out? Would either of them care?

The front door opened and she heard Delbert’s voice. That got her moving. She practically leapt off of Rafe. She pulled him forward off her desk and promptly pushed him toward the bathroom.

“Clay,” he said with amusement in his tone as he walked by. He hitched his jeans up over his hips.

Clay stepped inside the room and closed the door behind him. The action made what she’d just been doing even more lurid in her own mind. Her heart was still beating hard and fast as if she hadn’t just had the most exceptional orgasm in her life to mellow her out. She hurriedly straightened her bra and shirt, although the fabric was now hopelessly wrinkled.

Callie grabbed her panties and put them on as Clay watched. Rafe wandered back into the room as she was buttoning her jeans. She stepped back into her shoes and wiggled them on before facing him.

“Here are the papers I told you I’d drop off in your office, Callie.” Clay pulled a small batch of notes out of his shirt pocket. She crossed the room and pulled them from his fingertips.

“Oh right. That was today. I guess I forgot.”
Lie. Lie. Lie.
Her face heated up as if she’d just been blasted with a flamethrower. Rafe tilted his head slightly to one side and watched her face as if puzzled. He had to see her guilt. Had to know what she’d done.

“I didn’t mind. Good to see you, Rafe.” Clay turned, opened the door, and exited from her office, whistling a happy tune as he shut the door behind him. Rafe nodded at him.

Rafe turned to her with a look of wonderment in his eyes. He turned his intense gaze her way. “Did you...
plan
for him to see us?”

“I don’t know. Maybe. Does that make you angry? I was afraid you’d be upset.”

“Upset? No way. Are you kidding? I want to fuck you all over again. The next time I’ll relish it even more when we’re together. I’ll have the knowledge that you arranged for someone to catch us. Jesus, I’m getting hard just thinking about it. You know what, I changed my mind. I’m glad you didn’t tell me. It was all the sweeter to have been surprised. Shit. I really wish we had time to go at it again.”

“Really?”

“Fuck yes. Really. That was the best fucking orgasm I’ve had since the last time we were together.” He brushed his lips across her mouth with several tender, loving kisses. His exuberance over her naughty little surprise warmed her soul. Her heart raced at the possibility that she’d done something totally unexpected to enrich his already wild sexual experiences.

Only one remaining question troubled her. She broke the kiss to ask quietly, “Will Bo be upset, do you think?”

“Hell, no. Bo will be elated. He was afraid you weren’t as excited or anxious to participate our wild life. At least not as much as we wanted for you to be. Now I know different.” Rafe squeezed her into his arms and lifted her up against his chest. “I promise you have nothing to worry about in that regard. Bo will be delighted.” He kissed her hard on the mouth this time. His tongue shot between her lips to tangle and dance inside. She was quite breathless after only a few moments.

He broke the kiss and whispered one question. “What level of participation did you have in mind for Clay to have with us today? Did you think he might join in?”

Callie didn’t have a ready answer. She blinked once and remained silent. She didn’t know the right answer as she hadn’t really thought that far ahead. As it turned out, she didn’t have a chance to answer the emotionally complicated question. There was suddenly a tentative knock on her office door.

“Come in,” Callie said loudly to avoid answering his question. Rafe still had a look of awe and wonderment on his face when the door opened. She’d have to put her complex feelings for Clay on a back burner for a later discussion.

Delbert stuck his head inside. If he was surprised to see the two of them close together, he didn’t say a word about it or even have a shocked expression. “Great news.”

“What is it?”

“Your pregnancy rate is really high for the insemination we did last month.”

“How high?” Callie expected forty percent and hoped for fifty percent. That was a good rate. Sixty percent would put her easily in the black for this season and make her ranch more lucrative for buyers.

“We ended up at seventy-nine percent. Can you believe it? It’s a new personal record for me.” Delbert’s grin didn’t keep her from mouthing the words.
Holy shit.

Rafe smiled. “Shit, Delbert. You only got us a seventy percent rate at the Double R Ranch last time.”

“I know it, boss. No one is more surprised than I am.”

“How are you so good at this stuff anyway?” Rafe asked. “Are you the cow whisperer or something when it comes to insemination?”

“No, boss, it’s all in the wrist.” Delbert and Rafe broke into gales of laughter.

Callie knew she and Rafe would eventually have to discuss what happened before Delbert came with the great news. But for right now, she did a dance of joy.

The veterinarian came in next with a sheaf of papers. Certificates that changed everything for her. For the first time in literally years, Callie had a pang of encouragement that her dreams were finally coming true. Next step, contact the buyers from before and let them know the status of her now viable and almost lucrative ranch.

Delbert and the other ranch hands left Rafe behind. She didn’t know what he told them, but didn’t care. Her mood was so inflated with hope about her future, nothing would bring her down today.

* * * *

Bo drove out to Callie’s place after talking to his accountant. He’d spent more than a month considering his options. He and Rafe hadn’t so much as mentioned Callie’s possible departure in all this time. Perhaps that was about to change.

Today he’d thought of a possible way to keep her in their lives, but it would require buy-in from both Rafe and Callie. He wasn’t sure if either of them would agree, but Bo hadn’t been able to think of anything else to keep the three of them together.

He rounded the last curve on the road to her ranch house and parked next to Callie’s beat-up, rusty Jeep. The vehicle was likely as old as she was, but he couldn’t imagine her driving anything else.

Cows mooing in a nearby corral, the hint of a floral scent in the breeze across his face from the lilac bushes near the house, Bo was completely at home here at Callie’s. It would be a shame for her to sell this place to just anyone.

Bo shook off the thought and walked toward the front door. Rafe had texted him earlier all excited about something. But he’d been cryptic over the details.

Meanwhile, Bo practiced ways to bring up what he wanted to share with Callie and his idea regarding their future. But he was hesitant. If this idea was a no-go then he didn’t have another one. Plus, he hadn’t quite worked out all the details. He also needed to talk to Rafe, first.

He knocked at the door. After a few moments, Callie answered, a smile on her obviously well-satisfied face. “Bo. We weren’t sure when you’d be here. We already had lunch, but I can make you a sandwich.”

“I ate in town after the meeting with my accountant.”

She ushered him inside. “Everything okay?” Her beautiful, inquisitive face made all propriety go out of his head.

“Yep. Just exactly fine.” Bo opened his mouth to explain his farfetched plan for the three of them to be together, but the phone rang. Saved by the bell. He shouldn’t pitch a plan he wasn’t sure about. If it didn’t work he’d be screwed.

The loud jangling sound from her office echoed through the lower part of the house.
