I asked her if she loved Ginnie and she replied that she
wasn’t sure.  “There is something there between us, and I can’t ignore how
much she arouses me, but I don’t want to hurt you because I love you.”
Her hand reached out and took mine while we walked.  I told her that I
loved her too and that no matter what happened she should follow her heart, and
that if she loved Ginnie I would understand and not get in their way as long as
there was room for me in
her
heart.  “There always will be,
sweetheart,” she said, “and room in my bed too.”
When we got home we showered and then got onto said
bed.  Unlike the frantic sex by the Wades’ pool, our lovemaking was slow
and unselfish.  I wasn’t sure how we got into the pretzel-like tangle we
were in when we both orgasmed.
When we finally untangled Helena was aglow, and that’s when I
knew in my heart that no matter the extent of her attraction to Ginnie or any
other woman, I was her man ’til death do us part.
Then she asked me, “Do you know Lisa Dinsmore?”
“The little blond gal that lives down the street?  Why?”
“Oh, she kind of sensed some vibes from me and I think she’s
looking for a hook-up.  Do you think she’s cute?”
“Is this like a trap?” I asked with a smile.  “Are you
asking whether it would be alright for you to seek that hook-up?”
“Well?”
I said, “Yes, she’s a cute pixie.  If I didn’t know
better I’d swear she flirted with me a few times, so I don’t know about those
vibes.  But I guess if you want to go for it…”
“I’d like to.”
“Then it’s settled,” I said.  “How about inviting her
over?  I can make myself scarce if you want.”
What I really wanted was to plant a camera in our bedroom if
something ever happened.  Lisa was indeed a delicious looking spinner.
I wondered if this new interest told me anything about my wife’s relationship
with Ginnie Wade.  Helena kissed me and told me how much she loved me, and
then went off to make a phone call.  “While the iron is hot…” she said,
and I knew exactly what she meant.
The web-cam would come through again.
